My 8 year old was the lead singer in a cover band and she banged her head and screamed out 5 rock songs from the 90s. Need I say more?! Incredible, such a great experience for her.

My son has been at SOR for the last 5 years and can now confidently play 3 instruments and is a musician for life. The staff is so welcoming and positive, they help the students reach for goals and they are a lot of fun to learn from. This school has played a major role in our lives and in my sons happiness and self esteem.

We are very happy with the lessons that my daughter is receiving on zoom from Liz. She is very motivating and a great mentor.

Excellent teacher and fun for kids

I really like the format and the feel of real recording studios/practice studios. Johnathan is a great site manager and makes sure the customers are well taken care of. Most of the teachers my daughter has had have been really fabulous (except for one). The lessons are a little more expensive than some other places, but the rock band experience is really clever and well-executed.

My three boys take classes from SOR and as a lifetime musician I cant be any happier with the school. The teachers listen to their comments and the songs they wanna learn. Jonathan and all the staff are the best. Thank you from the Smith tribe.

Great instructors who inspire the kids to develop a love for music. I especially like the group rehearsals and performances. That has been the most enjoyable for my son. Hes made friends, developed confidence to perform on stage and has probably progressed even faster with the motivation to keep up with the older kids in the group. I highly recommend School of Rock!!!

My 11 year old loves the classes, they teach the instruments in a very easy way for kids using Rock nroll songs. We had very good experience with the classes either in person or online. They also have the kids performing at the end of each season which boosts kids confidence and help them learn presentation skills.

We love School of Rock! Our daughter is learning piano (aka keys). Unlike traditional lessons that involve classical pieces, shes learning contemporary songs that she can play on her own or with the song cued up on spotify. The teachers are also amazing. They know their kids well and how to engage them and excite them about what theyre learning. 5 stars!!!

My daughter really enjoys learning electric guitar and she really likes her instructors at School of Rock. The “rock studio” atmosphere adds a fun and inclusive element that really makes it a more exciting experience and she likes the small class size for the group lesson. For her, learning guitar with songs she likes and chooses herself really empowers her to own the lessons rather than just being told what to do, which she resists. She’s experimented with numerous instruments and this is the first time my suggestions rust she practice aren’t met with resistance. Win win.

School of Rock is great! Everyone is really kind to both the parents and the students. It is clear that every employee and instructor wants to make it a fun experience but also a place where the students can really learn music and grow as musicians. Jonathan is incredibly talented, clearly knows music and makes the experience for our keyboardist very positive, encouraging and enjoyable. I love that the kids learn songs right away and that they play together as a band. I also love that the kids (and parents) are expected to adhere to behavioral policies to ensure a safe and enjoyable environment for all. We love School of Rock!

The best place to learn music and play like a Rock Star!

My son went to the summer camp there and he really liked it. I saw that his face brightened up and he liked to talk about new songs and plays that he did during the class. It seems he learned a lot and had fun. I thank to teachers for introducing new genre of music to my son.

Our son is learning to play multiple instruments in a fun environment. He’s developing a great taste for music. He loves the classes and the instructors. Awesome program.

The teachers have all been amazing, and both my son and I are enjoying our lessons. We look forward to coming every week. Additionally, both of us have become more outgoing and confident in our performance ability.

Whats not to like? My daughter gets to be surrounded by other kids with a passion for music. Its fun. The music is great. The instructors are great. My daughter has learned so much, and is having fun in the process.

Both of our boys are playing instruments reading music and even singing! They love their instructors and have both changed for the better since starting school of rock. If your kid is taking lessons by himself its not enough you have to try school of rock! It changes everything to play in a band of your classmates.

I like that kids learn how to play as a group, incorporating multiple instruments into a song, while also having private sessions to get one on one help and critique! Love your program!!!

Weve only just started, but my daughter loved her first class. She is always nervous to start new things, but she left smiling and asked me to sign her up for more.

Good mix of music genres, instruments and combination of lessons and opportunity to perform on stage

This place is awesome! Prices are fair and some of the best Ive seen, and the people there are very friendly!
