I normally don’t write reviews but I wish I had done more research before coming here for a balayage touch up.I came in with a beautiful overgrown balayage expecting a touch up to be simple. I left with orange blotchy hair and my roots not being touched except in some places.I’ll let the photos demonstrate. I’ve included the original right before I went in, my hair now in natural lighting and my hair now in artificial lighting.The stylist was very patient and kind but clearly very out of her depths. I am uncomfortable with the amount of convincing the supervising teacher did as well. The blame was placed on a toner that would “wash out.” It put me in a really difficult situation when it is extremely clear that my hair is ruined. They made me feel like I was overreacting.I am now dealing with the incredibly expensive issue of finding someone to color correct my hair (the entire reason I went to the school was because I could not find a salon with openings in the first place and now I have to go to work with this hair). I’ve been quoted at least 5 hours at $175/hour. I am furious with the school.Update: I keep trying to schedule the satisfaction guarantee appointment (must be scheduled in 7 days from the United appointment) and I cannot get in contact with them.

I love this Paul Mitchell the school in San Diego, Ive been to many of them and this is by far the best one. They have valet parking for about $6-10 depending on weekend or weekday, even if its full theres plenty of 2hr street parking and parking lots nearby. The teachers here are incredible and very attentive, the students are on point and always happy and eager. Be specific about what you want, especially if you know your hair well let then know what you like and what you dont like. They will accommodate you.

My friends helped me look more presentable here. they asked me what if I like the Gnarls Barkley song which is really good. I have a great time living within my means on a budget on SSI and I am going to live off recursive function. getting my free haircut tomorrow with veterans discount also going with something radical. I made friends at multiple Paul Mitchell schools this one is centrally located in downtown SD

Theres hardly ever a crowd on the barber side of the floor. The students are eager to learn and very comfortable to ask the instructor for help. Have some patience because theyll do a great job!

I went in for my first ever lightener, was styled by student Tho. She exceeded my expectations; I came in with a reference picture and man did she show her talents with that! Not only was Tho very skilled with the work she did on me, she was also very professional, fun, communicative, and made sure I was feeling okay through the entire process. I also like that she wasn’t afraid to ask her instructor any questions she had. As for any students and staff on the floor while I was there: they were all extremely professional, respectful, and helped out any other members needing assistance if they weren’t doing a service themselves. My hairstylist was Ann K. and I wanted an anime blue which I showed her a picture of.Ann is readily knowledgeable in hair health, she enjoyed working on it - it was an awesome vibe, she was thorough, and she has good people skills.Coworkers all evening were impressed by the rich cream anime blue we succeeded at.However! They did semi-permanent, I wanted a permanent dye, and it this was still very expensive.

First of all let me say that this School has a checkered history of ripping students and customers off. I wish it could be racked up to a few poor managers or one bad administrator. However, this particular school has a deeply rooted culture of wanton corruption.If you have been a student victim of this Paul Mitchell School or any Paul Mitchell School in the entire nation wide syndicate cabal, I strongly encurage you to report your experience to the U.S. Department of Education. When you report this School to the U.S Department of Education, you can make a claim to have the students loans that you took out forgiven. If you attended this or any Paul Mitchell School, and receive little to no return on your investment, do not be silent. You should try to get you money back and hold this fraud network of bogus Cosmetology Schools accountable.

Ive had two haircuts here and both experiences were great! Yesterday Elisha Grace cut my hair and had to deal with all my tangles and super long hair, and she did great, my hair is super healthy, and I got the full salon treatment with a hair wash and blow dry.

Alexandra Scafidi! Thats it thats the review! She does such amazing work if I would have gone to a salon it would have ran me around $300! I was in complete shock when we I looked in the mirror and saw my hair! I will be going back to her when she graduates even if it does run me up $300!!!

If your school uses its operatives at the State Boards of Cosmetology to block legitimate candidates from receiving their due Cosmetology licences, (like your School System did to Vidal Sasoon in the 1970s), your google ratings will reflect your bad business practices.

This School engages in Nasty High School Esque Political games. They regularly promote some students at the expense of others. The day you protest your abysmal treatment, they lable you a Resister. By the time youve earned that nick name, your $25,000.00 Cosmetology Education is basically ruined. You can kiss your big investment good bye. They have you under their nasty little contract and can mess you over any way they please. The faculty will lie about you and run you out of their program, victimize you and then play the victim, all the while blaming the real victim, you. These are regular occurances with this particular School System, PMS Schools Nation wide. They regularly do this to a percentage of their students. Consumers are warned in advance.

I was really nervous about getting my hair done at a beauty school, but my friend Megan had started doing hair there and I took the leap. Everything was excellent from the get go, Megan explained everything that we were going to do very thoroughly and let me know that she needed to report back to her learning leader with each steps with made me feel more confident that I was going to get a great cut. From the shampoo and conditioner to the blow out, straight iron and actual cut, Megan was very meticulous in everything she did. For my first appointment she made me feel very confident in her abilities to cut my crazy damaged curly hair. We ended up taking 5 1/2 inches off and it has been the best damn haircut I have had in a long time. I came in on a Wednesday and it was great. These before and after pictures should be a testament to Megans skills to cut curly coarse hair. I went in again on Saturday and got a relaxer put in, the customer service and overall experience was great and I will be back in the future!

Absolutely horrible! My friend and I came in today to get a balayage done and I came home with a head full of highlights. So beyond mad!!!

Having been to Paul Mitchell The School locations in three other states, I can say this is the worst by far. I was looking for a trim and asked the stylist to cut 5-6. She not only ended up cutting off close to 10, but one side was 3 shorter than the other. I didnt notice how lopsided it was until I got home, but wont go back for fear theyll cut off even more length. Im going to have to pay to go to a proper salon to have it fixed, which I shouldve done in the first place.At all the other schools Ive gone to, an instructor checks the progress multiple times. Not here. An instructor came by once to give some guidance but didnt even check that the stylist executed properly. I tend to give students the benefit of the doubt because theyre learning, but if the instructors dont even monitor the styling, its not worth the slight cost savings.

Since getting my first haircut here 6 months ago, I have not gone anywhere else. Yes, it does take a little longer, but the experience is informative, detailed, and for only $7.00 (yes, the barber services haircut is $7.00), it is one of the greatest values in San Diego. The instructors and students are amazing. You will not be disappointed. 😀

Samantha (student # 3719) was AMAZING! She did a phenomenal job not only styling my hair, but coloring it as well. Her work was absolutely fantastic and I will follow her for my hair appointments wherever she goes. She did not only what I asked of her, but she also had some fantastic suggestions that worked out really well. She is by far, my favorite hairdresser Ive had since I moved to San Diego 4 years ago. Having a photo shoot scheduled for 7-17-19, I called the school on 7-16-19. For those wondering, being indecisive is what led me to waiting to the last minute to make an appointment. I went in on 7-17-19 for Makeup application, and Ivory, Student #4233, did an EXCEPTIONAL job.I rarely wear makeup (10 days out of a year, if that) & when I do apply it, i consider mascara and poorly filling in my brows enough! I told Ivory I wanted a natural look. When she was done, I didnt feel natural, because Im used to no makeup, which she brought to my attention, but Im absolutely SO GRATEFUL that she did indeed give me a natural look. My photographer said she couldnt even tell I was wearing makeup! Luckily, the camera picked up just enough to give me the look I desired.Thank you Ivory!

Using my boyfriends account but I came in for a hair services and was so happy with the results. Ashley did an amazing job, and wasnt rough with my hair like other places Ive been too. Im happy that she perfected every detail. Ive paid 60 dollars to get a hair cut and other stuff before with the same results so Im happy to pay a decent price for the service. I would not recommend this place, even if you are trying to save money because the end result is not worth it. You will pay more trying to fix what the phase 2 stylist and instructor have botched. I payed to have highlights here and the highlights were blotchy and uneven. The instructors contradict each other. I was mixed a base color by one instructor, and then mixed a completely different base color by another instructor, even after I had explained that I liked the base color result from the first instructor.Unsurprising, it resulted in a muddy dark base color which I did not want, and turned my blond hair a disgusting muddy color as well. They also covered my blond that I had done at another salon, even though I told them not too. Oh and it took the phase 2 stylist 2 hours, (not exaggerating) to do a one color root touch up, and even after the 2 hours my hair was not fully covered after the color was washed out.If you have grey hairs this is not the place for you. They will leave patches of grey hairs even after taking 2.5 hours to apply just to the root.Honestly, very disappointing place, and very disappointing quality of service.

I got my hair and makeup done by Andrea Roberson ( student number 3755) and it was honestly the best experience I have had at a hair salon. She was very thorough and extremely nice to talk to. She understood exactly what I wanted and my make up came out flawless. I could have not asked for a better experience. I highly recommend her if youre looking for someone to do your hair or make up ! :)

First time going and I had the best experience! I had the mindset of only getting a trim.. but when I met Amber Robertson her personality made me feel so comfortable! She helped me step out of my comfort zone and try an ombre lob. Never in my life have I had the courage to go short, mostly because I think my head is too big. But I must say, I loved it! I love my new makeover and have gotten so many compliments. Everyone was so nice there, even the instructors. By only recommendation is to go when you have plenty of time. It does take a while and is a process but it is well worth it!

I was there this past Saturday and Sam#3719 along with her awesome Trainer Danielle did a great job with my hair. I wanted face framing highlights. So Danielle, showed Sam her student to rather than using foil; paint my hair instead. Very impressed. Color, technique and everything! Danielle was very professional and what an awesome trainer to her student she is. She took the time to explain to Sam why do this technique to my hair, how its expected to look. I generally come here every time I do something to my hair and usually have a wonderful experience. I have yet to have an issue with a student rather, the learning leaders. My recent visit cost me double what I was originally told because the learning leader decided to do something additional to my hair without letting me know about the cost of it. Additionally, the final color of my hair was not what was discussed and shown, just what the learning leader thought was right. I truly enjoy coming here to give students the experience, but my recent trips indicate that it is not worth the headache.

I am new to the San Diego area and I had a hard time finding someone who could cater to my Natural hair. I was referred by a friend to try this girl name Andrea Student (3755)and when I say not only was her customer service impeccable but she embodies the true essence of what a stylist is suppose to do she not only treated my hair but she educated me in how to manage my hair and care for it in between visits. I left there feeling a real connection and also with flawless hair. I got so many compliments on my hair. Every chance I got I referred her to a lot of my natural and non natural friends/co works.

Allyson is about to graduate and take her CA Board exam, she knows what she is doing, and she did a great job on my haircut. Normally the Learning Leader will do a final check of the haircut (I have been coming here for several years, almost always VERY happy with results) but this time it didnt happen so I was lucky that there were no issues to fix this time. I will certainly be continuing to visit Paul Mitchells school!

I cannot rave enough about this place! I went into the school a bit nervous, but excited to let a student style my hair. However, Andrea Roberson (#3755) completely exceeded my expectations and was a true professional the entire time. I am a very picky person, and I LOVED my hair. I absolutely LOVE my hair and had the greatest experience with Taylor Gordon (3774). Not only is she incredibly sweet and super easy to socialize with, but she does fabulous work, as well. Taylor has been helping me achieve a platinum blonde look and I am thrilled with the outcome! Ive never had a better stylist.

I feel bad writing a bad review. My hairstylist was super super sweet and nice and made sure she didn’t cut my hair too short. I just feel like since they are all student they are practicing on your hair and it won’t come out as expected as always. I got layers but I have coarse thick hair and the layers I got made my hair look worse. It looked great when they blow dried my hair but after I showered my hair turned to its natural type which is wavy in the middle and straight at the top layer. It looked really bad and now I just want to chop off my hair because I’m so insecure and sad about my hair. I wish I got shorter layers at the top of my hair because my top layer is really straight and dry and I hate it but the rest of my hair is wavy and healthy. I want my waves to pop but they don’t went my top layer is covering the rest of my hair.

WOW! I was so impressed by my stylist and the finished product! I have been coloring my hair for years and am constantly battling brittle and dry hair. I went in and got a deep conditioning treatment from Ashley Marer (ID#3826). She did a wonderful job explaining the different treatments available and which one would be best for my hair. She gave me an AMAZING scalp massage as well as advice on how to keep my hair healthy. I ended up getting my hair styled with curls and it looked fantastic, I recommend her a million times over! She ROCKS!!!

When Karen brings you your student paper work to sign, read the PMS Student Contract fine print VERY Carefully. This school has a known history of bilking students out of paid tuition with a subpar, little to no return on investment. Paul Mitchell the Schoool San Diego, like now defunct ITT Technical Institute, and other for profit technical programs are a Betsy De Vos Favorite. Is a certificate program really worth almost $30 K. For most people it isnt. If you read other student and customers reviews about their experiences at this school, it infers that your Cosmetology Certificate is just an over priced $28,000.00 peice of paper. Dont be a fool for Paul Mitchell the Scam/ School.

This is my third time going to Paul Mitchell the school. I have received great care. Recently Kasey Erokhin gave me a highlights, cut and a hair treatment. Kasey was extremely knowledgeable about everything from start to finish. She has a great personality and helped me to pick a great color. Kasey nailed my highlights and I cannot wait to go for another visit.

I have always wanted to obtain a cosmetology license, and I knew that I needed to do something that I absolutely loved.The admission team is phenomenal, the financial team is unparalleled, and the education is beyond compare, I can not even begin to tell you how many networking opportunities there are here. As a student you work with some of the best in this industry and our learning leaders are amazing at building both your skills and confidence. You can choose to attend day school (Tuesday-Saturday 9:30-5:00pm) or night school (Monday-Thursday 5:00-10:00pm). We have guest artist every Tuesday (this past Tuesday I served as a model for the amazingly talented makeup artist, Sally Wang).Truthfully, I had no idea what to expect as a student but it has been great so far. Like any other type of education, it is going to give what you put in. If you decide to attend this school, be a visionary and grasp at every opportunity they offer. I am giving 5 stars based on the fact that this is a SCHOOL. The students, and leaders are hospitable, friendly, attentive. Your services will take a bit of extra time; the students are a bit slower than the pros, and each step is checked and approved before moving on to the next step. But in exchange for your time, you very a great refreshing look for a fraction of the cost of a pricey salon :)

As a student of Paul Mitchell the School San Diego, I can honestly say that the Learning Leaders (teachers) set us up for success in the outside world. They challenge you without belittling or talking down to you. The Learning Leaders treat the students as team players and they never let you fail. This mentality helps the students feel confident as well as competent in our skills, and this confidence relects in our work. I am proud to say that I am a part of the Paul Mitchell family!

Great place for cheap prices. As a guy I dont require much work on my hair, but its nice to go to a place that is cheap but does a good job. I usually always go to the level 2 students, and get a nice head and neck massage. On Fridays they stop in the middle of working and all get together in the middle of the room floor to dance. Fun place.

A friend of mine referred me to the Paul Mitchell school, last week I got my hair shampooed and cut and blown dry by a Ashley Marer (ID# 3826), just wanted to give her a shout out for being super nice and doing a great job on my hair. It was my first time at the school but wont be the last. I liked the entire environment there.

I had the pleasure to have Vidal Lauderos as my hair stylist. He did a phenomenal job. Not only did he listen to what I wanted but he continued to make sure everything came out as desired. He is amazing! My first time here and I will for sure be coming back. Thank you Vidal!!

I was not offered a stress relief treatmeant for my haircut and I still had to pay. And they will try to say they it is done at the wash house. Its not its suppose to be done at the the chair and they are suppose to massage the head and cradle the head to help relaxing the neck.

I started getting my hair done here about 7 months ago and I come every 4 – 6 weeks.I get a PM Shine rinse, the Awapuhi treatment, a trim and a blowout.  It typically costs about $100 plus I tip – Great deal!!I started out seeing Nina.  She is the sweetest girl and she did a great job.   Before she graduated she introduced me to Stephanie and told me to make my next appointment with her.   Stephanie does an exceptional job too!  She told me her goal is that my hair looks so good when I walk out that I could go straight out to a party.  And she is meticulous with the color application – very clean work.It’s very easy to make an appointment.  The Paul Mitchell school is huge & it’so much happening when you walk in. But don’t be overwhelmed! They do a great job for a really low cost using great Paul Mitchell products.  They are students and may take a little longer – but I have had great experiences.

Although she is still just a student, Ashley Marer (ID# 3826), is wonderful at what she does! Every time she does my hair I always get so many compliments. Definitely would recommend her!

This is a high-quality salon with a very professional staff using Paul Mitchell products. You will forget that you are at a school until it comes time to pay the pay, and its half the price. I am thrilled with the results, too!

Andrea (3755) did a great job on cutting my hair and Im very particular about who cuts my hair but honestly, shes the best! She took her time and made sure my hair was exactly how I wanted it!!! I would highly recommend her to someone!

The stylist was super nice, the staff was attentive, the school is pretty nice inside as well. It does take a lot longer than your typical salon but the results are very good. The Paul Mitchell product line is pretty amazing. I will return based on the quality of the color I received.

This school dishes out very bad deals to customers and students.

Do not recommend for short hair. It took 90 minutes for an uneven, blotchy hair cut. Very poor job and far from decent.When booking, I had been specific about short hair. I could not go out in public with the state of the cut.I had to go get it fixed elsewhere. Expensive and tough lesson. Dont bother wasting your time and money.

Great value! Even though its a school, the students already appear confident enough to be professions now. They were very knowledgeable and gave great advice for my hair type.

So today I met the most Amazing up and coming Stylist!! Andrea “Drea” student# 3755- I’ve never colored my hair and I was looking to have a change. I was told to try Paul Mitchell school and the students there would help me out. However, I didn’t know much about the school and decided to research the reviews and in pop Ms. Drea’s Name on a majority of the reviews! This woman rocked my hair and I couldn’t be happier!! I HIGHLY recommend her to anyone! She is A force to be reckoned with, not only with hair, but she is creatively in tuned with music, writing the works! She is sweet, funny, outgoing and very professional! I’ve already set up a follow up appointment with her🙂!

Awesome customer service and great cuts all at a great price! I got my hair cut by Michaelyn back in November and she did an amazing job! I hadnt had my hair cut in a super long time, but she was able to get rid of all my split ends and dead hair while maintaining length. Yesterday I came back in to get my hair dyed and she did a terrific job as I would expect based on her previous work. She and all the other students and learning leaders I have met in my two visits have all been super sweet and courteous. They do a great job of explaining their process, asking questions about your what you want out of their hair cuts and styling services, and making professional recommendations. Ive already scheduled my net appointment and would highly recommend Miachealyn and the school in general to anyone!

After my fiancé sat in the chair for 2 hours and he came out with a haircut that looked terrible. He saved his head because there was no fixing what they did. Luckily my fiancé is handsome and can pull off the shaved head look.Oh and all this happened three days before our wedding.... so thank you Paul Mitchell school for being terrible.So beware of going here to get a hair cut... also there was a girl there that was getting highlights and they looked terrible.

I had a very good experience with Meg #3057 today. She washed and styled my hair and I was very pleased with the outcome, especially since it was a first time as I was visiting in San Diego. Went in today at 10am for hair cut got taken back at 10 am Andrea was so nice and sweet we talked about the south...She made the whole experience relaxing and I love my hair and i will be going back for her to trim my hair in 6 weeks.

I have went here twice! Ive had a bayalage done which isnt even finished and my hair is beautiful! Ive gotten a cut as well a few weeks after and its perfection. I have curly hair and typically my hair would of been hard after washing and unmanageable but its so soft after their recommendations to use awapuhi conditioner. I do not remember who did my hair both times unfortunately BUT all of them have a great level of knowledge. They dont do anything to your hair unless the professors are there to oversee their next step. I recommend this school to everyone!

To be fair, the 1 star is for the instructor who was so knowledgable and kind. I would actually give 0 stars otherwise.I went in for a chemical relaxer/root touch up and hair cut. After arriving, I decided to add flat iron work and a conditioning treatment to my list of services, which would have totaled about $88-$118, depending on the amount product used. I scheduled with a phase 2 student but the girl who was assigned to my hair had trouble answering basic questions from the instructor (such as Why do we need to know where the client parts her hair?). I was a little uneasy at that point about how something like that was difficult to answer for a phase 2 student but I was wiling to continue because the whole process was significantly cheaper than a Brazilian Keratin Treatment I had been considering and I also do like and use Paul Mitchell products.After the student had been instructed to apply a scalp protectant all over my scalp in small sections, she made this comment:... all this because I raised my hand to doing a relaxer on Tuesday and sounded somewhat annoyed. The other student assisting her, who was working on applying scalp protectant to the other side of my head, then said Lucky for us in a very snide, rude and sarcastic tone. I sat there for about 5 minutes after debating what to do, wanting to give this place a chance because of how great the instructor was but I decided I could not spend my money AND have to tip this person who made me feel like a burden. Also, if this is the attitude the girl had towards learning something new and dealing with textured hair, I didnt want to risk walking out of there with no head of hair while she just mindlessly shrugged her shoulders.I then asked the girls to stop and if I could speak to the instructor and explained to her what happened. She was very understanding and apologetic, and offered to wash out the scalp treatment for me. At that point, I was just ready to get out of there because I was so disappointed.I felt bad saying anything because I didnt want to get anyone in trouble as it could have been just nerves talking but that was totally unacceptable to have that sort of demeanor, attitude and honestly just snottiness towards a customer. (And I previously worked in customer service for YEARS before an office job, so Ive dealt with my fair share)Im a very secure person with who I am and I like myself - whether my hair is freshly done or a little past due for a cut. I truly hope in the future that this girl doesnt pull something like this in front of someone who isnt confident or is insecure about their hair texture or appearance - rude comments and snobby attitudes like that can cause lasting damage. Its hard enough out here to be a female as is and you shouldnt be made to feel worse (by another woman at that!) when youre spending your time and money to better yourself.Truly appreciate the kindness and professionalism of the instructor (she had a really short hair cut, brown hair, didnt catch her name unfortunately). I hope those two students (who I will not name/embarrass) actually learn from their instructor and take some of that same kindness and professionalism with them before they start working in the real world.

Autumn was amazing! I asked for subtle highlights, fringe, and keeping as much length as possible. All done wonderfully!

Adrianna messed my hair up. I had to Pay $51.00 and they could not fix it because it was too late. I am NOT happy and I will never go back there. Beware...students can Screw your hair up. The instructor asked her why she did what she did and that was it. I am stuck with a half done job and paid full price...I would not advice anyone to go to the downtown Salon.

I was there waiting for someone. While I was waiting I noticed they botched up this poor girls hair. Instead of color, they stripped it of color. When the gurl started to question it, they said they had to close and couldnt fix it. The girl kept trying to get an explanation and all they did was ignore her while the other teachers and students snickered. A little later 2 people (maybe her parents) came in to talk to management and they calmly asked how they were going to correct their mistake and this little guy (think his name is tony) just said they were refuse service because the client cursed them all out. That was an outright lie. After she tried to get explanations and they said they couldnt fix it because they were closing, she walked away and while looking at her phone said this is fng, ridiculous. Thats much less than most women would say or do if they messed up their hair that badly and just received, shruggs, rolling eyes and snickering. They even asked this tony kid if he thought that was proper customer service and he just shrugged with a face that plainly said not my problem, I dont care. The customer finally left and the laughter, cursing and making fun of the situation just ran like fire between all of the students, teachers management etc. I even heard 1 girl say to the stylist why were you teasing her hair and processing it like That? The stylist just laughed. After experiencing this, I nor my girlfriend will ever go there again and will warn all our friends and family about what a mess this place is and how completely unprofessional and poorly spoken these people are. If this is what students are learning, beware...when did it become the customers responsibility to be the expert in hair and no longer the stylist responsibility? They should know what will work and what wont but obviously this school teaches nothing about business, customer service or styling. Its very obvious by who they hire there

I was not happy with the hair cut I received at this school. The faculty was very rude, arrogant and condescending. Also, I was not told up front about additional costs I incurred for the service as a result of lack of oversight of the student stylist during the hair cut. The style I received was also not what I asked for, or what I anticipated at all. I will not be returning.

Ive had a wonderful experience with Andrea roberson #3755... someone who is a perfectionist and makes sures your leaving with her work really being GRADE SLAY. If your looking for a great cut, iron service or color .. she is your girl!

I was a Cosmetology Student at this school many years ago. Two weeks before I was set to graduate, an anoying male front reception clerk made up a lie about me. Without even taking my side of the story into account, they kicked me out of thier cosmetology program and expelled me. In addition, I had already paid all the tuition up front in cash. I took a $20,000.00 shot to the gut in a bad economy. To make matters worse, Paul Mitchell and Associates used their operatives at the State Board of Cosmetology to sabatoge my exam twice after I did graduate from another California Cosmetology Program. I am still upset years later over this blatant theft of a great opportunity that I paid full price for. My best advice is beware of this PM School San Diego and read the fine print of the Paul Mitchell Student Contract. They can easily leverage you for what ever bogus reason they desire and cheat you out of your education and subsequent career without notice. It has been very upsetting.

Great service provided by the students here.Just takes long for the haircut to complete, so if you are on a clock book the appointment for Phase 2 candidates instead of Phase 1.
