Great school, they help you out with everything you need to pass. Instructor (Roberto) will guide u and tell you what u did wrong and fix it so your ready. My cousin passed and told me about this school. I signed up and pass. Highly recommend it.

Gave me an outdated study guide. My contract is almost up and still dont have my permit. I would of been better off doing it on my own. Now im out 2500

The best thing i ever did i love these guys like family will get you across the finish line. I didnt know anything about truck driving now i drive a stick double clutch. Carlos is a great instructor and shows you in a way you will understand. Robert is also a great instructor i would recommend this school give it a try you will not regret it.$$$

Great School, equipment is not that new but they make it work, Cesar the instructor is great, he has a lot a patience and teach you well!

Passed my test on the first try thanks to Mia. She was very patient and knowledgeable of the material needed to pass the test. Talk to Mia and set up an appointment time to get a one on one with her. I highly recommend her as an instructor.

LAS AMERICAS was an awesome experience, my instructor Mia was awesome as well,, from my pre trip, air breaks and driving skills- she was patient and taught me everything that was important. An awesome instructor! By the way- i passed on the first try,, thanks Mia.

8-30-2013 I was their at the school there was an instructor named Alex older guy he was Mexican or El Salvador guy had bad attitude He did not explain to me anything he just put me in the truck and just had me do skills I payed $2,200 for unlimited hours and as soon as the Diesel ran out he told me I had to bring money and that was not apart of the contract. The yard was small and narrow it was next to a security warehouse mannnnnn I got robbed he just wanted my money. Helpless guy sucks at teaching and he dont speak good English. I wish I would of got another insturctor my money went down the drain. And he puts you down and makes you feel bad.🖕🏻🖕🏻🖕🏻🖕🏻

Very reasonable prices! you get out what you put in, this school is very basic only what you need to get your lic. The rest depends on your determination and study,I recommend this school for those who are self motivated!!

Place sucks! I got my CDL after watching YouTube videos for a month on my own. I went to the school to learn to drive and even that was a task for Alex. STAY AWAY from this school. Alex is rude and got in my face twice within 3 days. Worst schools decision ever. Stay away. When I passed my driving test, Alex was nowhere to be found at the dmv office.

Las Americas has great teachers. I was able to get my license in 2 months thanks to Mia and Aaron. Theyll help you get your learners permit before you start. You will easily learn your pre-trip inspection, air breaks inspection, interior inspection as well as on road driving. They are no longer located in Ontario as of this review and instead are located in Fntana off of Cherry.

It took me 1week to get my Class A license. Alex and Andres were super awesome in going over and teaching me what I needed to pass the DMV test. They were very patient and very clear in explaining what I needed to know. I was able to ask the necessary questions to clarify my doubts. I always felt I could ask any question, not matter if how dumb I thought it was. I would definitely would recommend this school to family and friends!!! I am the second one is my family thats gone thru them. The price with well worth it. They are more then willing to go the extra mile to help you! I am very happy with them!

This place looks terrible like a yunk yard ! their trucks are too old and the wort thing is owner ( alex ) is cheap old guy that he wont spend a penny to keep this bussines runnig ! i met carlos before ( a worker ) and he looks like a drug dealer guy ! so becareful with those people and this place !!!

Las Americas was my first truck driving school as a first time student i didnt really know what to expect. Luckily the staff at Las Americas truck driving school gave me the edge I needed to succeed I highly recommend this school talk to Mia a great teacher.

At the time i had two family members that past away and honestly they gave me time off but after it seem like Alex just was pushing me to get my license asap even though i was in mourning from my mothers passing and my wifes grandmother...really within 2 weeks i was gonna get over it? Also their trucks werent properly maintained and filthy...also what kind of owner of a school business sags his pants showing off his undergarments. Sick old man. And basically the other guy Andres was on his phone most of the time. I understand it was up to me to get my license but with 2 family tragedies he didnt care cuz he already collected the $1,350 upfront. Take it from me first see his trucks, his so-called office then ask yourself if you really wanna invest your money with them...got my license at Robertsons and they instructed me like true and real instructors. He gave me a package with the supposedly answer, you can tell he typed it and many were type-os, not able to understand the questions and a few of them had incorrect answers. OMG! Dont waste your time with them but if your looking to have a party and need a big spot, he rents out his parking space as well. And btw those aint the trucks he uses at the school false advertising you will laugh when you see the trucks...your a joke Alex

Las American Trucking School in Ontario is the worst experience ever.The owner Alex not professional at all. They make u paid upfront the full amount after you paid they dont train you that good, they worry more about you wasting there disel instead of teaching you how to drive. I will not recommed this school to no one. If you dont believe me check out the school 1st b4 you sign up. Cause there no refund.
