I want to say I am very pleased with kindercare they have been so amazing with both of my girls since day in . My had bad anxiety at first bringing them to a new facility due to a bad experience at another daycare. My kids have been there over a year and I have to say my kids love each and everyone of the teachers there and I appreciate everything they do for them they treat us like we are family. My girls have learned so much being there it blows my mind. Also big shout out to Ruth and Erika for keeping this place together. I’m a busy mom so I love seeing my kids on the app it helps me get threw my day knowing I can just log in and see how much fun they are having . I recommend this daycare to everyone . At first i was very anxious for my son to go to daycare but I put my trust in them and they havent disappointed me at all. They take such good care of him and he has learned so much since starting in September. I have seen positive change in my son and I cant wait to see what else he learns.

I LOVE this KinderCare for my kids. From the very beginning they were welcoming.They gave me plenty info when I called and set up a tour. I was really worried my kids wouldn’t like it as this was the first time in a LONG time I had to leave them so I could work. My kids love it so much here they ask me if I can pick them late in the day so they can stay longer haha. Currently because of COVID they are helping virtual students with school assignments. I appreciate that SO much, I love the updates as well as communicating between teachers, directors and parents. My kids are in two age groups my son is in Mr. Enrique’s &Ms. Maria for PK (whom he always talks about), and my daughters in the school age with Ms. Bri, I honestly can say I would recommend. Thank y’all, Ms. Ruth, Ms. Erica and staff for all y’all do for my kiddos and making me as a parent feel that my kids are in GREAT loving care!!!!

I have had my child enrolled in Kindercare at the Parliament location since November of 2019. I did have my reservations as it is my first child at 3 years old, and first time in a learning center. Having had experience in owning a child care facility, I know the trials and tribulations of early childhood learning and development. This center has improved consistently since the new director has taken lead. Mrs. Ruth is amazing and what she is building with the teachers in the facility is truly a work of art. The feel of the center from all individuals especially Mrs. Michelle, Mrs. Catherine, Mrs. Maria, and Mr. Enrique, whom all pour their hearts into the children. I have had the opportunity to see the children run to all of them the minute they walk in to the classrooms. The environment there is one of concentrated love for the children. If you have a decision to be made for where to send your child and be cared for the way a parent would. This is the place, even if you have to get on a waiting list...Get On The Waiting List!!.

I would love to share my experience with this center. I enrolled my 3yr old in March 2019. When I called I spoke with Ms Bianca and she was very professional and knowledgeable with the entire process which made me enroll my child. Unfortunately, due to some life events I withdrew my child from the center as of 02/21/20 and I wanted to share my experience. Ms. Michelle (3 yr old room)was amazing, loving and caring from day one. She is very welcoming and knows how to make your child feel like this is their 2nd home away from home. Ms. Keoni, Ms. Maria & Mr. Enrique (4yr old room)all are AMAZING! There isn’t enough words in my review to express my appreciation with the staff! If you are looking for a daycare who gives 100 percent then this is the place. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS LOCATION! I will miss y’all! A MILLION THANKS!

My son has only been going to daycare for a few months, and I can honestly say that I am so happy he started when he did. When I went in for a tour, Ms. Amber was super helpful and so welcoming! Since it being my sons first time in daycare, Ms. Amber made sure we were comfortable and well taken care of. She explained everything thoroughly and answered any questions that I had. It was because of her my husband and I decided to enroll our son at this daycare. The toddler teacher Ms. Roberta, oh where do I start with her!? She is such caring, loving and kind soul. My son had an instant liking towards her. She always has a sweet smile on her face and you can tell she loves her job. She has been an amazing new asset to the school and I am absolutely so thankful she started that same week as my son! Ms. AJ, Ms. Amanda and Ms. Tara have all been amazing as well! Seeing how comfortable and happy my son is around all of them definitely makes me feel like we made the right decision when choosing his daycare. I definitely recommend Parliament KinderCare!

Management are understanding and are cooperative when issues and/or concerns are brought to their attention by parents. I would also like to acknowledge Ms. Dette and Ms. Ella from the Toddlers and Twos Room for being good teachers who are passionate with their work.

I have been bringing in my children to this facility since august of last year. I have to say that in the beginning I did have some issues with some staff, but things were corrected for the better. Both Administrators have been very helpful and nice to us. Amber and A.J are great!. There has been some changes with the teachers that have made improvements, but thats for the centers best interest. I have a child in the toddler room and I absolutely am grateful to have a toddler teacher that is so involved with my childs care. She has updated me on his daily activities and any issues that she sees occurring with him. No once have i had any issue with this teacher. She is not overbearing with affection as to what a previous teacher had leaving lipstick marks on my child and claiming him as her own to other parents along with not being able to handle the older children an raising her voice at them. Please dont let a disgruntled former employee sway your decision to bring your children here. I couldnt be happier with the care that my child is receiving!

My daughter has been attending this school for three years now. This school is amazing. The staff is loving and caring and willing to go the extra mile to make sure my daughter is happy. I definitely recommend this school!

I wouldnt recommend sending any infants they just let them scream all day I picked my son up 2 times to huge bruises on his forehead nobody could explain to me what happened nor did I get a phone call ! I walked n to my son left on the changing table while teacher assistant another child ! I wouldnt recommend it I loved miss linda n Rj & Ms . Cathy they are great but they staff sucks tremendously !!!

I was recently hired to be an infant room teacher for this kindercare parliament location. After spending a month and a half there as an employee AND as a parent I quit and removed my daughter. The director was put here to rebuild this location from the horrible state it was in before her arrival. Although I think she can turn this place around she has not gone about it professionally or in compliance with licensing or NAEYC rules and regulations. Management has bit off more than they can chew. The infant rooms food prep station is filthy! Lincensing is being broken left and right. Required teacher student ratios weren’t being followed. At times they had to put older kids in my daughters class room leaving her teacher with 30+ students. Kids were punching each other standing on furniture, etc. the infant room bottle warmers had mold in them at one point and after pointing it out to the management we were told just to rinse it with vinegar. The warmers drip water and are also placed right in front of the extension cord and outlets. They already blew through one extension cord for being covered in water by the bottle warmers. The outlet has gone out twice which caused the refrigerator to turn off. There have been a couple of times I have gone in the next day and found sour milk in the refrigerator because of it. Changing tables require a barrier between them for licensing and there has yet to be one put in place. And the worst thing I can think of is false information that the management has put out for parents to see. There are banners hanging claiming accreditation for this center when it is NOT accredited. In the comments below the center director, Tara Ramon, implies she enrolled her children to this location and that she chose this center because of its accreditation. Her kids are well passed pre school/ pre k age and do not attend the after school program. Her assistant director, bianca, also claims to have enrolled her child. Which is also false.It really upsets me to have to post this information because I truly loved my coworkers and the babies I looked after. Don’t get me wrong the babies were loved and taken care of. Constant hand washing and proper diaper changes and clean safe milk and bottles were given to the babies. But the issues I have listed did not set up the employees for success. It made their job to care for the kids ten times harder. I do have to state my daughters teachers were amazing and did an awesome job with what they are given. They love and care for their students and I’m so grateful for that. And I didnt work in the other classes and from what I can gather from my daughter her pre school class was doing ok. But ok is not what I’m going to accept. I feel responsible to put this out here so future parents and those looking to enroll their kids can make an informed decision.

My daughter has been going to this daycare since she was 1 1/2 years old. She has been Thru many teachers and 3 directors so far.. Tara the new director is amazing . She truly goes the extra mile. Weather I have concerns or questions or just need reassurance, she is always there for my daughter and I . Mrs. Valerie was her 2 yr old teacher and she was so good to us. Mrs. Michelle her 3’s teacher was always transparent and knew how I wanted my daughter taken care of .. Now ms. Vennessa is her 4’s teacher and I’m so blessed to have her in there. We had some problems arise when she first moved into that class due to the teachers before not having enough experience dealing with this particular age group. ( there 4 and 5 yr olds, they will test and act out at the drop of a hat ) but with ms. Venessa, she has put some order into that room, and truly cares for the kids. I know this job is one of the harderst to handle but these women collectively have exceeded my expectations time and time again. I’m so thankful that my daughter feels safe and LOVES to be with ms. Tara the director. She will accomadate my daughter as well as other children there time and time again. I love her work ethic and our goals for my child line up .. thank you so much as well to ms. Bianca .. from my family to yours, you ladies are amazing. ❤️❤️

The areas for babies & toddlers *seemed* ok & staff was loving. However, the after school/summer camp was absolutely horrible. Emotionally abusive, uncaring & immature staff, esp. Ms. Ashley. From day 1 they were greeted with I DONT CARE IF YOURE NEW!! She should go work at a prison the way she talks to the kids.They dont follow the guidelines that are on their own website as far as treatment of the kids; it is an emotionally abusive environment. I tried over & over to escalate this, but no amount of coaching will change a rotten, hateful attitude. I had to pull my kids, they dreaded going & were scared.Their playground is a joke with no shade or anything to do for big kids. Since 1 kid would throw the ball outside the gate, theyd withhold balls from everyone. Never seen kids at a playground just sitting in the corner, bored. Their restrooms are filthy, place is a dump & very ghetto.My kids have been in daycares their whole lives & this was the absolute worst! I wish I had found reviews before enrolling them...RUN!!!

Love the staff here and the new center director linda sparks is the best director!!!
