The staff is terrific and our kiddo is ahead of the curve thanks to their learning and development program. Absolutely recommend!

The staff at Kids R Kids of Hardy Oak have cared for our son since he was 8 weeks old. Our son is now almost 4 years old, and we cannot say enough good things about this childcare center. They have many means for parents to see and check in on their children throughout the day, keep track of developmental and educational progress and communicate with teachers/caregivers. They have been flawless in caring for the kiddos during the pandemic. We have never, not for a second, felt that our son was not safe in this center. They clean meticulously and really genuinely care for and love on the children in their care. Their rates for tuition are very reasonable. They give the children many opportunities to play, have fun and learn and grow. If you send you children to Kids R Kids of Hardy Oak, you will not be disappointed!

Kids r kids has been so good to my son! All of the staff is so caring, knowledgeable and loving towards myself as the parent and my son. My son runs up to the front door and is excited to go to school everyday. We have been going there since he was 9 weeks old and he is almost 2! Highly recommended! Very friendly and professional staff! The director Vanessa is very professional and attentive to whatever we need for our baby! We absolutely LOVE our daughter’s teacher Lexie!!! She takes EXCELLENT care of our baby! Love that they have cameras so that we are able to see how our baby is doing throughout the day! Definitely gives us peace of mind!

Being a first time mom you can imagine that finding a daycare for her was so scary. I had all the anxiety and worry in the world. I researched tirelessly and came across this gem of a daycare. I have been so blessed to have that piece of mind that my daughter is so well taken care of. It’s been so refreshing the level of engagement and caring that they have for my daughter. She lights up when we are on the way in the mornings.

We are very grateful for Kids R Kids. They have taken care of our 2 year old since she was 8 weeks old. They have always loved on her and kept her safe. If there is ever a concern, they’re awesome at contacts my husband and I immediately. We are thankful that we are able to leave our girl and know she’s safe. The cameras help too!

When my son was at a different daycare, he cried everyday when I dropped him off for 2 months. My son was okay leaving me on day 2 after he started here. Whenever I moved to San Antonio, I scouted out every daycare nearby and read reviews. This one had the best and theres definitely a reason why. All the girls, starting from the admin, directors, and teachers are all so welcoming. They are definitely worth the extra few bucks for your children to get the proper care and education. They have apps that allow you to watch the video for the classrooms and send daily notifications in regards to your Childs day (meal times, diaper changes, pictures etc.) I would recommend them to anyone!

My son hasn’t been in childcare since he was about 9 months old, he is now 2 1/2 years old. I just got stationed here and I went to view the center. I immediately fell in love with it and the way they are operating due to COVID. The hard part to me was taking him, I thought he would cry and fall out being that he hasn’t been away from us (he was standoffish BUT he went). The second day he walked right in. He feels so comfortable and I love it. I’m able to watch him through their app and they also keeps me updated with his meals, naps, etc. Thank you for putting my mind as ease!

This facility is amazing! They are very clean and very caring. Vanessa, the director, is extremely conscientious of her work there. She takes special care of interacting with the parents and make sure the children always have what they need. Her work speaks to her personality, as she adores children (she happens to have 4 of her own) and is a family person. The staff is very obviously dedicated to their work at this center as well. I highly recommend! You won’t regret it :)

Kids R Kids of Hardy Oak is an AMAZING child care center! I have had my children in several centers, but this one has been my absolute favorite. The staff, teachers, and the director are all wonderful. The environment feels like family and one that values a sense of community. My chidlren have grown and developed so much because of this facility. I cant thank them enough for all that they do each and every day. I would like to add that given the circumstances in health concerns at this time in our community; they take extra precautions in keeping every area extra clean and safe for our kids. This is extremely important for this germaphobic mom. I highly recommend this facility! :)

Love the new director! She is always ensuring the students are well taken care of! I love that I can watch my kids through the online cameras. As a nurse it is extremely convenient that the daycare opens at 6am so I am always on time to work! Thank you to the amazing staff as well! Highly recommend!

Amazing! This learning center has been more than I ever expected for my child. I have a peace of mind knowing that I can watch my son on live feed at any time. His teacher is very active and always going above and beyond for not just him but for each of her students. I recommend this learning center 100% as my son has learned so much.

My brother and sister in law take my nephew here. They been with the Kids r Kids family for years. We love this school and the teachers are super nice. The school is always very clean. My husband and I just moved to San Antonio, and we recently enrolled our kids at Kids R Kids. In the few weeks that we have been here the staff has welcomed us with open arms. Ms. Lily has been great with my two year old son and has eased our fears of potty training! He even tells us when he needs to go potty at home now!

This daycare is trash. Mostly the infant room (and director and ownership). The babies arent taken care of and theyre constantly left to cry. When you walk in, all the babies are crying. The teachers arent consoling them because theyre too busy doing paperwork. Hell, one teacher was putting ice cubes in baby bottles because they overheated it. We filed a complaint with the city but I guess it was too late because that worker was no longer working there and Im sure they buried that case.

Super excited about the school year with Kids r Kids. We have our 3 year old here and the teacher made us feel welcomed. I spoke to the front office about what to expect and they were amazing at filling me in on what to expect. I am a busy Mom like all Moms and I love being able to trust where my kid will be.

Been taking my 3 kids here for the past several years. I have always trusted the school and front office. They are working on a new cool safety system for parents to really enjoy. I love how they are always pushing the school to new technologies. Any parent looking for a school should come check this school out.

While looking for a daycare, talking to a relative that had a bad experience here, to be fair I decided to do my own research. After reading the positive reviews that seemed to pop up after negative reviews, It appears some reviews are staff members and their family. The negative reviews go with the findings of dfps (Texas Department Family Protective Services) This report is eye opening and shocking. Everyone should read this report before leaving their child at any daycare. Shame on you Kids R Kids take care of the children in your care and stop spending time recruiting 5 star reviews.

We transferred here from another childcare and this place is so amazing compared to the horrible place we were at. I let them know that my son doesnt to take naps and my 3 year old daughter still has accidents and theyve been extremely understanding. My kids love that theres a splash pad and other activities. Every morning Im greeted with a smile and they already know us by name which is amazing. So far I have nothing bad to say and Im so happy we switched. Having cameras and the tadpoles app is also an added bonus and brings peace of mind to my husband and I.

My sons love this school! I’ve been at three different schools in five years and found this one to listen to parents more than others. If there is an issue, I feel like they listen and act. The classrooms for the most part are more structured, so my kids do much better. They also do not fee you to death. They seem to care more about military service as well, offering a discount to families. My only wish would be less turnover of directors and teachers.

We are excited for another school year with Kids r Kids because last year was my sons first time in school here. He loved it. He moved up in the class and we got to meet the teacher. I saw the things they will get to learn and cant wait for my son to be there all year in the class.

This daycare is AMAZING!My soon to be 3 year old has been here for almost a year and I’ve never once had a problem with them. The teachers are fantastic! They basically did all her potty training and we were off diapers way sooner than I expected. The front desk is always welcoming. This school is literally the only reason i haven’t found another job, my daughter loves it so much! 💕

Horrible place... wish they had 0 stars. This daycare was good 4 months ago, but the Staff turn over, unqualified or untrained teachers whichever it is has made it awful. My 3 year old completely potty trained at home but has accidents at daycare! He goes to the potty BY HIM SELF AT HOME, just needs assistance with cleaning. Totally baffled he was having frequent accidents there! Once came home with 2 pull ups on! They don’t like the ideas of training pants wants to use pull ups. Staff doesn’t secure class room children leave classroom but some how is the fault of the child when staff or parents going in and out doesn’t secure classroom. I have picked him up only half of the time the door was secure. I have mentioned this on several occasions the door wasn’t secure.They say there is a curriculum, but never seen anything but kids running wild. Never seen any evidence he learned anything but bad habits. He isn’t attending this daycare. It is truly regretfully the short times he spent there. His new daycare is working with him to bring back structure and curriculum he had missed. He is doing very well very happy now. Seems strange when a negative review is posted several 5 star reviews appear. Some by staff members and their family. You are your children’s voice and protector do your research follow your instincts!

Having my child enrolled here was the best decision I could have made as a parent. Compared to the other daycares in Stone Oak, for the quality of care, what is offered and for the price, there is no better choice!

My wife and I absolutely love this place. Our son has been going here for just about a year now and gets so excited ever morning to see his teachers and friends. All of the staff members know each childs name and great them each morning with a smile and hugs. It truly is a great feeling for both my wife and I to be able to go to work with a peace of mind knowing that our child is getting the love and support he needs all day long while learning and playing with other kids.

I used to work at this location and have always loved it. Now that I have my own kids I decided to enroll my 9 month old twin boys. I love watching them on the cameras & appreciate that at any moment in the day I can call the school and talk to the boys teachers to see how they are doing. The staff is super helpful getting them to and from class when I am by myself. We are here to stay!

I can’t say enough how much I wish I could change my original post. The management has ruined this place. The directors (who were good) are now gone. They treat their parents who get upset at their upper management like trash to take out. I’m beyond sad for the staff that stay (few and far between) and the kiddos that live in chaos. I’m not sure my 3 year old learned anything all year due to turn over and understaffed rooms. As a former elementary administrator, go elsewhere. Trust me!! You get what you pay for. I was sad to leave, but God has blessed us with a much better place for our child. Praying for these people. They need it.

The teacher staff turnover is ridiculous. My child attended this school as an infant until about 3yrs old and teachers who worked at this facility for at least a minimum of 10 years have left which speakers volumes about management style. When my child attended this school they were in at least the hands of 6-7 teachers at a time at each age level. Thats minimum 30 teachers in less than 3 years. Director staff turnover is high as well. During my childs attendance was a total of 4. The school was once great but now it has really become a sad situation for the kids as well as the parents. The tuition doesnt match the quality of car. If youre looking for your child to receive a thorough education with stability of a familiar face, this is not the school. Many of the long termed parents who have remained only are there for the security cameras and thats truly sad. Hopefully this review sheds light on what needs to be improved upon and taken as constructive criticism and not as a bashing review. Hopefully this Kids R Kids facility can make a comeback because it was once a great school.

I am a new mom and just enrolled my son in the infant program at this school. I have to say, at first, I was absolutely terrified to put my son in a child care center. After just the first day at this school, my fears completely vanished. To start, when I came to look at the center and program, Danielle, the director, as well as the rest of the management team greeted me with the warmest welcome when I first walked through the door, which is a great feeling- I toured four other centers that same day and none made me feel this comfortable. Mariah** showed me around, starting at the front, where the parents sign in using Fingerprints! I was shown the classroom next, and saw the teachers sitting with all of the babies in a circle reading a book to them and playing with puppets. My heart melted! The teachers took the time to come and say hi to me and introduce themselves, show me the curriculum and what they had planned for the week to Teach the babies! and assured me that my son would be well taken care of! To top off everything, and what really put me at ease and made up my mind was seeing the cameras in the classrooms. I was informed that I would have access to view my child while he is in school, while I work. Best feeling ever, knowing that I could check in on him during the day! I feel it is also necessary to mention that all of the staff members are CPR certified and go through background checks AND once my son is old enough to eat solid food, the school PROVIDES all of his daily meals (5!!!!) for free! This was something that no other daycare in the area came close to providing. All of these perks and my son is only a few months old! I honestly could go on and on about this center and I am so happy that I chose Kids R Kids over the other daycares I visited that day.

My son switched to this pre-k program after having a really bad experience at another private pre-k. Since coming here, my son has been a different child. Happy, eager to learn, and his teachers and the administration genuinely care for him.

The front staff goes above and beyond to make sure that we are informed about the happenings at the school. Ms Desiraylyn is the pre- teacher and I must say shes teaches her class to write, read sight words, and is always engaging with her class. I highly recommend kids r kids in stone oak.

I did not like this place for my son. The staff was rude to me and treated my son like a problem child when he had never had an issue being at other daycares or with other children. I only left my previous daycare due to my work schedule and I am sad i had to change. I liked that they had cameras to watch him but then there front didnt even lock. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

Kids R kids was the perfect choice for both my children. Teachers are wonderful with the kids. They have learned so much while in attendance. Staff is exceptional when it comes to addressing my concerns. Ms. Cassie, Ms. Alma, and Ms. Shay are extremely helpful and easy to talk to.

My daughter attended this school for the past 3 years. In the last year all the good teachers quitted and no adequate curriculum whatsoever. The last drop was when my daughter had her arm broken. A kid, that was not from her group stepped on her arm and broke it. When my husband called the owner, her reply was Kids are playing, what do you want us to do? They dont have emergency protocols, even a first aid kit. The only thing they did was to put an ice patch on her arm. And we had to ask them to call an ambulance. If you really want your children to be safe, stay away from this place.

I will be upfront and say that I dont have a child that goes to this daycare but I am friends/co-workers with someone that does, or in this case, did. I have been witness to some very unprofessional and unreasonable behavior in the last several months. The incident that make me inclined to write a review: After voicing concerns face to face at the school and then, frustrated with the lack of concern from the staff and management, my friend wrote a negative review. Nothing disrespectful or tacky, just voicing her opinions on how things are being done.Today, on a Friday afternoon at 4:50pm, she was called and informed her 3 year old child is expelled because of the review.I have been in management for many years and this is not how you treat people. Now, this single mother is going to have to scramble and potentially miss work because these people dont have the integrity to address the issues and answer the questions.I am saddened and shocked that people that are responsible for the care and education of children would behave in such a disrespectful and sad way. The assistant regional manager, Amber, should be ashamed of herself.Just my opinion and you cant be petty and kick any kids out for this one.

After over two years of our two boys attending this school, we decided to leave due to the turnover at both the teacher and administrator levels. While there has always been turnover with the staff, most of the teachers have been competent. The latest group of teachers may not have any experience with kids at all, at least in the 5 and 3 year old rooms. Our 5 year old was sent home three different times for not napping, and after the third time was suspended. Four other boys were either suspended or expelled with him. For not taking a nap and being disruptive... are you kidding me? Meanwhile in the 3 year old room, our child is potty trained yet the teacher felt compelled to put him in a pull up during nap time. When we picked him up one day I heard a dad of another child mention that his kid had four accidents that day, which means they dont even seem to be trying to potty train. This is why I say the latest group of teachers lack competence. They dont know how to potty train 2 and 3 year olds and they dont know how to keep 5 year olds quiet when they dont want to nap. As for the administrative changes, there was a lady who had been at the front desk since we joined there that put in a two-weeks notice but the daycare let her go immediately. I think she was the assistant director, the director position always seemed to turnover every 6 months or so. When she tried to give a two-weeks notice, she was let go immediately also. Now we had brand new front desk ladies along with newer teachers. We never learned the new admin ladies names because they never made an effort to form relationships with the students or parents, sadly. I highly recommend looking elsewhere. The leadership in this school is non-existent and the school is getting worse, not better. We went from happy with the school to putting in our notice to leave within two months.PS Isnt it suspicious that there are suddenly several 5 star reviews from people with no review history?

Terrible daycare. Staff is terrible. Management is worse. No curriculums being taught, kids just run amuck. Ive heard teachers being yelling at students and yanking them by the shirt when theyre trying to run off. My child isnt learning a thing and when I tried to bring it to their attention they were defensive and unhelpful. Not to mention it smells like feces most of the time. Anyone can walk in at anytime no security. .

Just went to tour this facility, you could hear the 2 year old teacher screaming at one of the children. Don’t waste your time, and steer clear of this place!

Daughter was been here for close to 6 months now, and really seems to enjoy it. The teachers are great, the center has webcams so you can see what your kids are doing doing the day, and the tadpole app the use is also wonderful.

K r K has been wonderful for my daughter. This is our first experience with a daycare facility and I could not be happier with our choice. Ms. Tessa and ms. Maria are absolutely wonderful!

The teachers are not experienced and as I would drop my child off I would see so many insufficiencies unfortunately I was desperate for child care for the three and a half weeks that I had my child at this facility searching for another health care provider this child care facility is not only geared towards being Liars from the child care teachers and director but they also are very abusive to the children by not comforting them when they have separation anxiety from parents not feeding the children appropriately and causing the children to have physical markings of abuseThe daycare teachers observe the children the children fighting each other and they would say that there are just arguing over a toy or fighting over a toy well they were just fighting aggressively the teachers would do nothing and the children would end up biting each other unfortunately because of the lack of supervision this is very honest as to what Im telling you and Im sorry that this is a very truthLater on when I discuss this with the teacher if they ever had any concerns or comments he can reach me anytime at work or otherwise that I had serious concerns about the biting incident in about the lack of supervision for the children I suddenly had a retaliation episode on my hands I was contacted by regulatory Services lie upon lie that my son was not well groomed because he had longer hair due to our religion and that he smelled which he didnt & just so many different lies I decided to do the best thing possibleI DECIDED TO REMOVE MY CHILD FROM THIS ENVIRONMENT AND SO SHOULD YOU!!!!This was the worst few weeks of my life see my child bitten several times slapped and punched and having the regulatory Services investigate me for their/ there neglect!!!!It is appalling to me that whenever you speak to the director and she says that she has a conference and if shes talking to another parents and you show up a minute later and it was nothing but a lie as there are so many other deficiencies for example breakfast is served at 7 a.m. how about the children that are coming in about 8 or 8:30 they do not get to eat but Im morning snack they come home starving and you should see their energy levels fr crying all day and how the other children have real runny noses with green boogers running down their noses and the teacher just walks around watching the kids climb everywhere on top of tables throwing toys at each other this I tell you is the truth Im glad that I have moved on now I hope that this will be a learning experience for many parents to understand did I saw many of your children being neglected and I truly apologize for not saying anything to anyone prior I was selfish and I apologize deeply because I needed my child care so badly for those three weeks that I was searching for a new one Im sorry that I didnt say anything sooner however when I did raise up the issue on fighting for all of the children retaliation was taking place I became a victim of their mental attacks and suddenly I was targeted with regulatory services on false allegations because I decided to speak up against lack of supervision dont let this be the same for you rwonderful daycares out there unfortunately having your child screaming kick by the glass door being locked its not one of them I have made a choice to forgive these people &to have a life learned lesson dont just trust appearance because it will get you ev time go on experience caz this child care has a great lack of it that is my honest review the Lord bless this viewer that is honestly seeking an amazing child care which is certainly not this one Kids R Kids are not just Kids R Kids they need to be guided super vised nourished &they need to be directed to be healthy and positiveBehavior theyre not just another $ THEYRE UR CHILDgood luck 😥

Awesome staff and a good facility. My daughter has been going here for a year now and she has learned so much. Things that I didnt learn until elementary school...

It is horrible here. The only place in the entire facility that has warm/hot water is the kitchen. The children stay stick and do not get their hands washed. They put TAP water in the babies cups! Most of the toddlers have diaper rash from not being changed appropriately and the toys are not properly sanitized. The children are only allowed to get a drink while they are eating and no time in between. They lie to the parents about what happened to their kids. Do NOT take your child here. You will be paying all of your money for your child to get sick and get diaper rash.

Are you looking for a daycare for your little one? Look no further!! Kids R Kids #15 is an awesome facility that your family will love! We have tried multiple daycares in the past two years and have left because we were not satisfied. We are so glad we have finally found a daycare that we love and that our son loves! The staff is loving and genuinely cares for our child. Our child literally runs to hug his teachers as soon as he is dropped off. The ability to watch our son throughout the day via the Web Cams is awesome! And as an added bonus, parents are provided coffee and pastries every morning. I am thankful for this facility and their caring staff who always greet us with a smile and go out of their way to accommodate my childs needs. Great job KRK!!!

If I could give this center 0 stars I would. Once the director Ms. Devon stepped down (almost forced to do so) the money hungry owner started making changes to the center and teachers and parents started to leave immediately. If you want to put your child in a safe caring place do not put them here. I pulled my child out as soon as the teachers either got fired or quit due to the ignorance of the owner. This place has been reported to the state due to unsanitary food, unfiltered water, no sheets on their nasty mats, and staff to children ratio. Most of the quality teachers have left the center so your child will most likely be left to a person is not equipped to handle children. I later found out they had a maintenance person caring for my child! Check the child protective services website for their violations and make sure you check twice before putting or leaving your child in this place. They dont care for the kids or parents only about the money. They should remove the Quality Learning slogan from this place.

My son attends full time in the private pre-k program that kids r kids offer. I am super amazed at how much he is learning. He can write out his own name, plus all of the letters. They were working on fractions at point which is just blowing my mind. He comes home everyday and tells me what he learned. He learned all about the Statue of Liberty and new a lot of factual information about it. The teachers are both named Chelsea, I think that is hilarious! They call them Chelsea 1 and Chelsea 2. Both of the teachers have been here all year and Chelsea 1 has actually been here since my son started when he was three. He has been so fortunate to have her in his class again. He moved up because of his age. And not a week later Chelsea moved to Pre-k. I am so lucky to have found this location. He is thriving! I am only scared about what will happen when he actual starts kindergarten next year and will not have Chelsea there to be his teacher and know how to calm him down. This facility is warm, the front staff seems to know every child that comes in. Saying good morning to everybody. I really cant say anything bad about this school.

Majority of teachers are inexperienced. I witnessed boys jumping a little girl while 3 teachers were on the play ground. The teachers were busy talking. High turnover. If your kids are 3 and up dont use this place.

Heard about rampant bullying and they dont do anything about it.
