SA Kids Karate is amazing, my son started in the summer and already tested. The instructors are very professional and work very well with all the kids. They have so much patience. Have good specials for the kids, this place is awesome.

I have both my daughters in SA Karate and has been the greatest experience for them. Not only are they learning Karate, but also respect and discipline. Im proud to be part of the SA Kids family.. thank you for all you do!!

Highly recommend SA Kids Karate for your children and family. Sensei Dan and his staff do an amazing job registering, growing, nurturing, and training their students.Sensei Dan has 25+ years studying and teaching karate. In fact, the bulk of his training took place in Japan as a child.Sensei Crystal is also fabulous. She did an amazing job helping our young son (4 years old) acclimate to the class. He initially was shy and did not want to attend classes. And, when he did he was not vocal. Sensi Crystal and her staff nurtured his confidence and helped him grow over the past two years.Sensei Dan and the team have also taken great lengths to build hygiene and safety into the program during COVID-19. We are now back fully enrolled because we feel confident in the precautions they are taking.

We joined SA Karate in January and ever since we noticed huge difference in my son’s discipline. We are so happy that we joined and we will!

Best Karate school in San Antonio. My son has been attending Karate since he was in second grade and is about to test for black belt this year. Every member has always been super helpful, dedicated and super professional. I could not be happier in all the core values my son has learned throughout the years. SAKK has been like family. As a single-mom with a young boy, I was seeking an activity that would help teach and demonstrate discipline, focus and self-confidence. My son gained much more than! I thank credit SAKK for being such a positive influence in my son’s life. My son not only earned his black belt, but he went back to teach other children. He recently joined the Navy and qualified for an elite program. He credits SAKK for the drive, the strength and will to carry on with such rigorous training. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND SAKK to all those parents who seek a valuable, committed activity-based program.

My son has been attending SA Kids Karate for about 3-4 years. He was being bullied at school and I thought this would be a great way for him to enhance his confidence and stand up for himself. He is now a Green Belt and SA Kids Karate has been such a blessing to build my sons level of respect for himself and enhance his ability to protect others. As a boy who grew up practicing karate, my husband was very particular about choosing a school for his own children. After much research and physically checking into several different schools, we chose SA Kids Karate. We have been extremely happy with our decision. The teachers are professional their number one priority is to share their knowledge with the students. I am very appreciative Sensei Dan and Sensei Kevins philosophy and approach to teaching all of my children.

My daughter started attend evening classes about 2 1/2 years ago and absolutely loved it! The following school year she began attend the afterschool program! My daughter has gained additional confidence, respect, and determination to not give up even when you are frustrated! She is currently a purple belt and part of Black Belt club!

They refuse to work with deaf children and wouldnt give my son a chance.

This is a place of tranquility and learning. here you are trained for life and to prepare for many situations you can put in. They work with everyone here so we can achieve greatness

My son has been attending SA Kids Karate for 5 1/2 years, recently earning his black belt. We originally signed him up as a means to be able to protect himself as he was on the small side. I have watched him grow into a confident, strong, respectful and humble young man. I credit SA Kids Karate for a lot of this. The instructors both prior (Sensei Dennis & Sensei Gabe) and current (Kyoshi Dan & Sensei Crystal) are top notch. They truly care for the students. I could not imagine taking my son elsewhere. I highly recommend enrolling your child. Sensei Crystal is patient, kind and extremely knowledgeable. The office staff is friendly and ready to help with any questions or concerns.

Super McDojo. Overcharging and hidden fees. A pay to promote system

Amazing and professional staff, great summer camp and after school program. I highly recommend the either program for its convenience and the values your child will learn through their program.

Ill be as objective as possible, my son went to karate here for 1.5 school years. When we started he loved it, and was learning new things and engaged. Soon in I was informed that in order for him to move up a belt we needed to pay $50 for a belt test, this was on top of the $70 per week we paid for after school care. I asked why and they said this was due to it being on a Saturday and needing to pay staff. To my dismay there were at least 50 children between 2 dojos testing that day. So how much do you pay staff on a Saturday? Quiet a lot apparently. The next red flag was recently Sensei Chrystal came to me and emphasized that my son was one of the few without sparing gear and he would need this gear [again] to progress to the next belt. My response was Ok how much does it cost? She informed me the total package was around $200... my jaw dropped and i replied Ill get them online Sensei Chrystal replied me No your not allowed to, our insurance only covers our gear and we can size it here for him. When I contacted Dan the owner of the dojos and asked to see the insurance policy, he informed me that it was not an insurance issue and I could order online. I was very disappointed with this dojo... we are small business owners and not made of cash and I felt very taken advantage of. Ultimately after my son not being able to progress up to higher belts he sat in the chair reading for most of the time after school. We pulled him out and are looking for another after school activity that wont try to rob our wallets at every opportunity.

Absolutely love this place. The staff are professional and on point with training and keeping my two kids engaged.
