I love this place my Son and Daughter both go there. Ms. Sandra is amazing and Ms. Ruby and Ms. Jessica are always great to see, and have great customer service. My daughter had Ms. Selena as her teacher and absolutely loves her. This is the best place shes comes home happy every day, and it shows that they are teaching her. I will defiantly recommend this place for any parent looking for a amazing place for there child. As a Navy Veteran I fell that the little ones are in the best of hands.

My daughter has been going here for over 2 years. She has made tremendous strides in speech, counting and more importantly interacting with other children her age. Mrs. Ruby and staff are continuously hosting events like a petting zoo and gymnastics bus. My daughter comes home with numerous arts and crafts weekly. On evenings when I pick her up I always see staff mopping and disinfecting toys. What can you do? Kids will get sick either way but in the 2 years my daughter has gone here she has not been sickly. Communication is always put on the front of the door and I will always get reminder texts from the owner, Mrs. Ruby. If I had any concern I voiced it to her and she acted immediately. I understand having your own business you cannot please everyone but I am one satisfied mommy and truly appreciate all the teachers and staff at Lil Peas and Sprouts for caring for my daughter and instilling structure and fun throughout her day. Keep up the great work ladies!

My son and daughter have attended Lil’ Peas and Sprouts daycare since Braun and we moved to the bigger location. The owner and staff are wonderful with our children and learn something new everyday. They keep them engaged and provided an array of activities. Yesterday they had a petting zoo for them in the morning. I just love this daycare and how caring they our with all the children. I get greeted everyday with a smile and ask if I have any concerns. Our children have home cooked meals at breakfast, lunch, and a snack is given to them in the afternoon. They also provide water to them daily when they go outside. I love the fact that they have five shades play areas that keeps them safe for the sun. I highly recommend them.

My two year niece loves this daycare each time I pick her up from daycare she never wants to leave. She loves Mrs. Ruby and her teachers. She always asks them for a hug. I am always greeted when I pick her up and they give me her daily report. She loves interacting with other children her age and the actives they do to prepare them for school. My sister did an excellent choice in selecting a daycare that e joys children and ensure they learn.

Absolutely love this center. My baby started when she was 6 months old and has grown so much. Ms Sandra in the infant room is the BEST caregiver. She’s very loving to all the children and my baby loves her. Ms. Selena is also a great teacher too!!!!

My 3 boys have been attending since August 2018. They love attending here. My 2 year old goes in happy everyday to Ms. Shae. They work on different activities daily, and the rooms are very open and lots for kids to play with. Ms. Shae has taught my son some of his colors and numbers, considering that he just turned 2. Also, you don’t feel like your child is caged in a small room all day. Also, Ms. Sandra in the infants room is so great to my 4 month old. Also her assistant, short hair blonde-very loving to him as well. Over all, I am satisfied with this daycare. Owner Ruby Mendoza does a great job at communicating with me and you can see truly loves her daycare center. Highly recommend them!

Our 4 1/2 yr old daughter has been at peas and sprouts since she was 3 months old. Its her home away from! I love that its family owned and how everyone is treated like family. You leave your child knowing they are in good hands. Thank you Ms Ruby and staff!

My child enjoys going to school everyday. She always comes home happy and excited for another day at the center. The staff are respectful of parents and children.

My son is 4 month old he started 2-14-20 at this day care and Tuesday 2-18-2020 I pick him up and he was all red of his face and had marks and eyes and crying I ask the teacher what happened a blonde lady she never told me her name say he fell asleep on the little chair and i told her why she didnt put him on the crib she didnt say anything. Spoke with the owner Ruby about the incident and told her my son would not go back I wouldnt recommend this day care to no body.

I highly recommend this daycare. As a first timer putting my daughter in a daycare is very stressful, not to mention my daughter anxiety. I looked at many daycares and this one stood out for me. I love the teachers they are so caring and understanding. They leave me with a peace of mind that my daughter will fine. Its always hard on the kids when they first start daycare, and for my daughter they always try everything to distract her when I leave at drop of, or if she cries they try to clam her down with hugs or with other distractions. Mrs. Lindsey, Mrs. Ruby, Mrs. Jessica and her teacher Mrs. Analis have all been way too kind to my daughter and cannot be thankful enough to have found this daycare. They have a great team. Mrs. Ruby is always assuring me that she is be fine and goes out of her way to check on her for me. I might have missed some name but I’m just getting to know everyone name.

Our family loves this care center. We have 4 children going from 8 months old to 4 years old and they love it. We tried other franchise care centers and our kids stayed crying Everytime. At lil peas and sprouts our children are happy to stay and since we live in the neighborhood we pass by the school regularly and the kids start telling us thats my school. Ms Ruby the director and owner is always available for help and so is Ms Jessica. We look forward to watching our kids prosper and learn. A big thank you to Ms. Shay in the 2 year old room, our son loves to see her daily and stays so happy w her, that never happened before!

Do not trust your children here! Listen to the negative feedback. These people are paying people off to leave positive reviews and then coming after those who leave negative ones. We trusted our children here for far too long. There are rampant behavioral problems that management claims “every daycare has” however at our new daycare there aren’t any issues. Probably because other daycares aren’t putting children in high chairs for long periods when they misbehave. Management will NOT listen to you as a parent claiming they know more or better. Management will become defensive and will attack your character if you give negative feedback (other negative comments as proof.) When confronted about anything, the owner will hide in the office and ignore your pleas to speak with her. She will block you, ignore your texts, have her employees cover for her, have her husband clean up her dirty work- all so she can avoid and save face. She will call you demanding when you ask for clarity on a situation. She will also skirt around questions with no intention of answering you. The building is dirty and grimy and smells of poop no matter how many plug ins are put in. The rugs are dirty and the employees bribe children with candy for good behavior. The employees seem overwhelmed and overworked and there is a high turnover rate which is a sign that management is not easy to work with. Be very wary and think before you entrust your children here. This business is not military friendly and will take advantage of you. Of course there are things that can be changed- outward and inward appearance needs updating and cleaning and a general good scrub to help with smell and infestation and germs. Training can be given to employees on how to better deal with difficult situations. What can not be handled or changed in anyway is how management is doing business and a complete character rebuild. Good luck to you and your family if you decide to go with this daycare.

I just have to say the only reason why I left my daughter there as long as i did was because Mrs Elsa was the best caregiver ever and my daughter loved her however my daughter has been sick ever since she has been attendin this daycare. Second I picked up my daughter one day and she was just crying on the floor and the girls were just looking at her. One of them even had the audacity to tell me I was wondering why you had not picked her up yet The final reason I did not take her back was because everytime I pick her up from daycare I change her diaper and today she screamed when I cleaned her her little vagina was really red like she was cleaned with paper towels idk but I am furious because my daughter is always stocked up on EVERYTHING.I will be taking her to the doctor tomorrow to make sure its nothing serious. Keep in mind shes only 16 months... i would not recommend this place.

I’m sadden to see the negative reviews. I can honestly say we have never experienced any issues.My husband and I truly appreciate all the staff at Lil’ Peas & Sprouts Learning Center. We cannot say enough good things about Lil’ Peas & Sprouts Learning Center on Village Park! They are exceptional! Especially, Mrs. Sandra, Ms. Ceci, Ms. Shay and Ms. Annisa whom our toddler and baby have had the pleasure of being taken care by these wonderful, patient, kind-hearted ladies!Ms. Lindsay, Ms. Jessica and director Mrs. Ruby are very involved, caring ladies with hearts of gold! They truly do an amazing job! They believe and preach to staff to put the interest of the little ones first with love. My husband and I always see the staff with smiles on their faces. The facility is always clean, sanitized, organized and our children are always fed well-balanced meals and snacks.Our toddler has transitioned from Two’s classroom to Three’s and our baby is currently going through the transition from Infant room to Mobile. Our children are always entertained with age appropriate activities and curriculums. We LOVE Ms. Shay and Ms. Annisa!! Both helped our toddler learn her shapes, abc’s, numbers, potty training, socialize with her classmates and reinforce safety in and outside the classroom. Mrs. Sandra has helped our baby so, so much!!! We absolutely LOVE Mrs. Sandra, she has taught our baby to eat on his own, keep him on a schedule, reinforce sharing, and currently teaching him how to walk. When our kids get sick or we go on vacation and they don’t attend daycare, they miss their teachers and classmates…that’s a testament to how much they enjoy it and constant reminder to my husband and I of how blessed we are to have such an amazing group of ladies at daycare that love on our kids as if they were their own!If we could give Lil’ Peas & Sprouts Learning Center—Village Park location more than 5 stars we would, all the staff are absolutely amazing!THANK YOU to each and every one of you for caring for our children - we couldnt have asked for a better group of ladies and facility!!! We definitely recommend this daycare to anyone who wants their kids in a loving, clean, respectful environment!

Worst daycare experience ever. Its long but will save you money and your kids well being. We switched daycares thinking we were saving money, but its cheaper for a reason, and I see that there Braun location closed for valid reasons. They said because they got more kids but they are always enrolling and how does loosing a location make sense that yall got more kids. . They are always hiring for new staff. When I picked up my 2 year old he had someone elses clothes on that was 24months, when my son is 3t and he had plenty of change of clothes in his cubby. They sent him outside in the winter with a baby jacket freezing when his jacket was on the table inside. These clothing mistakes happened multiple times. When I told the owner she said hold on and handed the phone to her assistant. Her assistant and I discussed the issue. Katie the assistant and I spoke the next day with me apologizing to her for being upset the day before. The owner then came up to me not knowing what we just discussed and said only come to me with issues. Yet when I brought it up to her she handed the phone to the assistant. The owner then told me to leave it in the past because it was happening at the Braun location and now were at the village drive location. Stupidest thing I ever heard. All the Braun staff moved to the village drive location and yall are still having issues. My kids attended for a month maybe 2 with many more issues. We took them out with grandma babysitting. We wanted to try it again. My other son 3 year old is always left with no underwear on. They just put his jeans on and leave him like that and say I brought him like that which 100% a lie. He had 5 pairs of underwear in his cubby labeled with his name. My husband and I told my sons 2 teachers. One teacher pulled me aside and said the morning teacher told me he came here with nothing. If y’all aren’t doing it you can’t expect us to. Complete BS. He always had coverage. So I asked her does he have anything on right now. She said no. I walked to his cubby and showed her his bag full of clothes and underwear. She said I didnt know. Why have a cubby with his name and his stuff then. I told her specifically which is why she felt the need to stop me to tell me someone else did it when I was picking up my son. The owner then said I was being disruptive and called the cops on me. Another time they had no idea where his backpack went. Seems disorganized. My daughter also came home telling me her teacher pinched her lips shut and told her to be quiet. I asked the owner to check her cameras and she said it never happened. My daughter cried and swore up and down. It seems like the behavior never eased up but only got worse. I have asked for a refund for the extra week I paid for and the owner refused to do anything but tell me she will ask her husband. I have never seen this husband ever. Why would he be responsible for anything but never be seen. Why are you there then. Sounds like everything is out of her control. I rather go back to my other daycare to pay extra where they pay attention to every single child. They had organized curriculum. They pay attention to detail. It was the mustard seed childcare. We just tried to save money so we can buy a house. Gma is taking care of her dad after surgery now. I dont think lil peas and sprouts ever told me anything my kids were learning only had them watching cartoons and go outside to play and feed them. Even then my kids act like they are starving when I pick them up everyday. This place is a waste of money. Save your time and your kids well being and look elsewhere.The owner responded to this review and basically said I lied and I just had a random outburst. Exactly my point. They will take no accountability for anything. If your child is injured it will never be there fault period. Parents read all the other reviews on yelp. Not all the staff are horrible, but there were always issues, and the owner will defend them to the end not your kids well being. This is that nightmare daycare every parent fears.

I enrolled my daughter when she was 6 weeks old. She stayed with mrs ruby and her staff until she was 3 and the braun location moved. My daughter has been at the new daycare for about 5 months and just the other day she told me she wanted her “other school”. She wanted to go back to lil peas and sprouts. Mrs Katy always smiles when I picked up my daughter. And mrs ruby would send me pics of my daughter which I really appreciated because she knew I didn’t use media..If they are ever in our area again we will go to them for childcare.-Sarah and Aria

This is such a wonderful place. The staff is so attentive to my granddaughter. If my granddaughter is happy then Im happy !!!

I do not recommend taking your children here the staff is too overwhelmed with kids and it always smells like poop when you walk in.
