Can’t wait for these guys to open back up. Covid has seized the production of such great things. Our children need people like these guys. This is more than just a sports program. They help build the foundation with ideas for our children for there future.

The ASSIST team has been a true partner in education to many schools throughout northern California. The leadership team representing this organization have always been professional, reliable and flexible to the ever changing needs to schools in the community. It has been a pleasure working along side this team in efforts to bring valuable structure to the most unstructured time of the day at recess. Thank you ASSIST Team!

I believe that this is a great recess program for children. These structured activities allow kids to have fun while remaining focused on one activity. We have Jordan G. and Ethan J. on our premises and they are incredibly helpful and great with the kids. They talk and play with them the entire they are here. Both are very personable young men.There have also been less incidents on the playground since this program has come to my school.

The ASSIST Team is amazing! I am a development coach for structured sports, this job has taught me the importance of being a positive role model and leading by example. I love going to work each day knowing that I am able to create a lasting impact on so many students.

I am a district leader for Structured Sports ASSIST Team and I just wanted to take the time to say how amazing of an opportunity it has been to be a part of such a fantastic program. Not only do I get to go to work every day and potentially change the lives of so many students, as an owner operator I also learn important skills such as leadership, organization, and salesmanship. Its truly a pleasure to be a part of the ASSIST family, where everyone motivates each other to be as successful as possible!

This is a great program! The coach is very patient and loves working with the kids. I have a group of second graders that look forward to every Monday because they get to play with their coach. The coach teaches them new words that the students can use in everything they do such as teamwork, self control, and perseverance. He teaches them how to work together and to cheer each other on. The coach is very encouraging and remembers every students names. He has creative games that gets the kids excited. They love the games that the coach taught them that they are even playing them during their recess. Overall, he is great at what he does and he brings excitement to the after school program at Florin Elementary. Its an amazing program!

Being apart of the ASSIST Team is unparalleled. When you become apart of the team you are family and treated as such. I am an area director/owner-operator within this company. Being the first coach ever hired has allowed me to see the tremendous growth throughout the years as an organization that serves in the local communities. There hasn’t been a job more rewarding. You truly become a role model to the students and are able to educate and inspire each and every day. I am thankful for being apart of the ASSIST team as it has taught me the importance of leadership, responsibility, and having the opportunity to impact young students.

This is an awesome program that motivates youth! Its great to see a program that has been effective in the school system that teaches life skills, stress relief, coping skills, and builds childrens character through sports!!! The staff couldnt be more supportive and energetic and I cannot wait to see this company grow!

Great group of fun people that are very knowledgeable about sports and Activities for our school Isabelle Jackson. Their structured sports program always has the children looking forward to their recess activities. We love them here at Isabelle Jackson :-)

My student comes home daily and tells me about these fantastic character traits he learned during Recess! He absolutely loves learning from coach Denis and the rest of the ASSIST Team.

I have witnessed first hand that this is an amazing program for elementary school kids. Structured Sports Development introduces the youth to a variety of sport activities that they may not have the opportunity to play at home but they come directly to their school. The coaching staff that I have personally worked with are great at coordinating leadership skills, sportsmanship, team play, listening skills, and encouraging the youth to try something different. The kids look forward to seeing the coaches several times a week. It would be wonderful if we could have them M-F. Every school in EGUSD should incorporate this program in their elementary schools. Keep up the good work guys!

I teach 1st grade and my students always love it when Team Assist comes for lunch recess. The coaches are fun and friendly to both students and staff. Thanks Coach Monterio T., Coach Jordan K., and Coach Trent N.!!!

Top notch athletes teaching the up incoming athletes of tomorrow the fundamentals of rules, sportsmanship, and overall care towards each other. Coach Connor, Coach Jordan, and Coach Snyder all make the games challenging and encourage students to go as hard as they can.

The kids get so much fun out of having the coaches come and play a game of soccer or football with them. They really have a way with letting everyone be involved.

The assist program is great. Always gets al the kids involed in a safe way.

Really good work, they come to our school every Friday, its the highlight of the week for our kids. The coaches come in and work well with all students.
