Johnny Cisneros, is an actual MMA fighter/boxer with experience in Bellator (a major fighting promotion in the United States). This gym focuses on his effective fighting style and is ran entirely/personally by Johnny. Hes an attentive guy and wants to see you improve. You just got to dedicate the time and attention. You will miss this gym if you arent paying attention, as its at the very end of the strip mall. It seems to be a smaller gym, but it focuses more on boxing/kickboxing and stand-up. Many other gyms focus on bjj or kickboxing alone, while this one works on an effective fighting style in any situation. Johnny really works well with children, his tiny terrors but as an adult I find him very personable and willing to work with me on what I want to accomplish. I would recommend.

Love this gym and I especially love the trainer. Johnny Cisneros is one of the most professional trainers in the business. If you’re looking to get in shape and pick up some valuable skills for you and also your kids, then this gym is for you!

This is the place to go, if you’re really looking into getting into fighting shape. I was really pressed here and love the trainers. like I said nothing compares to the patience and relentless I experienced here.They were even willing to come meet me on their days off on days I needed that extra push... that’s dedication.I couldn’t fight then, but 5 months later, I definitely feel like I can fight now.
