Excellent flight training, truly THE Cirrus Training Experts! I completed their 21 day nothing to PPL course and passed my check ride all inside 6 weeks, then rolled right on to my Instrument course. That took another 14 days over 3 weeks with a checkride passed first time at the end. Price agreed up front, books and materials provided - I did my part and they did theirs. Flying around the Pacific Northwest was breathtaking. Highly recommend.

TFA is best in the business. If youre looking for vetted, high quality, professional Cirrus pilots look no further. Not only has the company taught me the finer art of flying, they have also become my flying family. I want to take a moment personally thank them for giving me my wings and keeping my spirit alive. Teaching people how to fly is such an art. Their team will find the right instructor to meet you learning style. These folks offer the best instruction for private pilot ratings, instrument ratings, and beyond. And the best part of training is how much fun you have learning with them. Cant recommend these guys highly enough!

Probably the worst flight instruction and value for my dollar I have ever received. I have been flying for years and I was interested in trying out the cirrus. While I like the airplane itself, the Flight Academy left me with nothing more than a bad experience and sour impression of both their business and of the cirrus aircraft company. Very pretentious and self righteous, acting as if only they can do what they do and that at almost $600 per hour they are some how a bargain and the best in the Pacific Northwest. Save your money and look anywhere else for flight instruction.FYI,I am pretty sure the owner likes to take down the old business page on google every now and then to reset the reviews. Only 7 reviews in over a decade of ripping people off, lets get real.

The Flight Academy is a fantastic place to get your flight training. Professional staff. Solid instructors. Great insight into the local DPEs. Also, worth noting, that you dont need to be in Seattle to utilize their services. I did half of my instrument training at one of my home fields, and did the other half up in Seattle. They sent their instructor to me for the training that was outside of Seattle. From the owner Luke, to the supervising instructor Helen, to the field instructors (I used Chad and Matt) I constantly felt I was in great hands coordinating my training. Also, if you are a Cirrus owner or would be Cirrus owner, they are all CSIPs which is important if you are flying a Cirrus in my opinion.I highly recommend The Flight Academy (of Seattle) for your flight training needs and I would use them for future ratings or recurrent training as well.

I had the pleasure to train with both John Fiscus and Helen Cernik from The Flight Academy. Helen on an SR22T flying Internationally in April and John Fiscus on my Vision Jet Mentorship in May and August. I highly recommend them and the whole Team at the Flight Academy. I can’t think of anyone who has more experience and knowledge on Cirrus Aircraft than John and Helen and they took my Skills to the next Level. I am extremely grateful for their patience, professionalism and the overall approach they take in the training process.
