If this is your first time flying I can’t recommend enough to avoid this place. The instructor is just mean, aggressive, and not a very godly teacher at all. Please go somewhere else so he doesn’t ruin your first experience with flying. I told him multiple times this was my first time flying and he said okay that was fine. Then he went over the controls for half a second, but they were easy enough to understand which is fine but when we were in the air he is constantly yelling at you to keep perfectly level, fly with one finger, relax, loosen up, and there was clearly a lack of communication the whole time. Very bad experience.

I just completed my instrument rating at Pro-Flight, and was delighted with the quality of instruction, the friendly, professional staff, competitive rates and good scheduling availability. Highly recommended!

Last minute reservations for a flight with a family member who was leaving town. Kristi called me back immediately. And Dan, the flight instructor, gave us a fabulous flight overlooking Rainier and downtown Seattle. Thank you both for a great flight!

Coming in from out of town. Felt confident that my plane was safe. Line staff polite and topped off the Cessna. Inside the office, nice and very helpful.

Got diverted here when Paines ILS went down. Took great care of me. Lent me the crew car so I could get some breakfast and waived my parking. Good folks.

Pleasant experience to say the least. Helpful staff made sure my plane remained fueled and hangared during my stay. Couldn’t have been an easier stay.

This is exactly what a GA FBO should be. These folks are very friendly and EXTREMELY helpful. Nothing bad to say.

Fueling service is hit or miss at best. Evidently understaffed and cant seem to hold on to fuelers. On some days, you could fly down to Auburn for cheaper fuel and fly back in the time it takes the Proflight truck to get to you. Seriously, do not give them business.

I have been renting from Proflight for some time now and recently enjoyed a great lesson in their newly refurbished 1977 Cessna 177RG. The plane flew great and the instructor John was top notch. I can highly reccomend their rental fleet to anyone looking to discover the joy of flight. As an automotive mechanic by profession I am fairly picky about the maintenance of the aircraft I fly. My confidence level in their aircraft is high.
