I have to say that A Mothers Touch has been one of the best daycare provider that I have experienced. Personally, I started coming here when my daughter was getting abused at another daycare and was recommended by a family friend to try out the daycare, I have been with this daycare for about 5 years. The owner Mrs. Netta has always been very professional and understanding in regards to my situation, (single parent and at one time 3 jobs), she has been genuine and has offered her services above and beyond to help me and my family cope through some of the roughest times of our lives. I recommend this daycare 100%. Her staff is also very professional and kid friendly. I have no regrets in letting my children attend this daycare, one of the best decisions Ive made. I appreciate the owner and staff generosity in regards to caring for my children and providing a safe haven until I get off of work. My children love going here as well which made the decision for my kids to continue attending this daycare as well. They say kids are the best judge! I would highly recommend any parent looking for a safe, clean, and positive experience to consider the A Mothers Touch. Both of my children have been attending the facility since they were 8 weeks old, and now they are ages 4 and 6. Everyone at the school is very professional and everyone is eager to help and tell you how your kids day was. Especially, Miss Ann, she is just like taking your kids to visit their grandmother, not to mention the home cooked meals. You can tell the teachers and staff genuinely care and love their kids. I have no doubt or question about the fact that A Mothers Touch will help any student to prepare for the next level of education and be ahead of other students their age. You know you made the right choice when your child cries because they want to stay at the daycare rather than go home. They are so much more than a school, they are a family.

I have 4 kids and my 2 youngest (5 and 4) have been with the facility from the time they were 8 weeks old. All the staff have been more than helpful and cooperative. From the home cooked meals to the personal one on one time(both kids are spoiled still), i couldnt have picked a better facility. At the time I was working 2nd shift and Ms.Morris and her staff accommodated my work schedule. Even when Wake County schools were closed, she was open and i didnt have to miss work because of it. I love them like my own family. There ISNT a better facility.

If you love your children Stay Away!!! Anyone in seek of day care in this area is well aware of the difficulties in finding quality childcare and out of desperation we chose A Mothers Touch, the location on Sumner Blvd. I could not have been more disappointed with my selection.For starters, the OWNER proclaims to be a Christian and will quote scriptures to you all day but has a very nasty personality, that comes out with crude undermining remarks. She truly believes she is doing the parents a favor by providing the child care in which you PAID for!!There is not any security measures in place to protect your child from strangers. ANYONE can walk in the center.The center does not have an outdoor play area for the children other than the soccer field on the mall premises, which subjects your children to even more strangers. Even more alarming is the staff to student ratio when they go to the field. One teacher to 10-14 four year olds is NOT COOL.In addition, hopefully you do not have to have your child transported because on days when the owner does not feel up to transporting your children on the bus she will just use her personal vehicle, without notifying you as the parent. According to my child, without a CAR SEAT.BEWARE OF THIS CHILDCARE, IF FOR NO OTHER REASON THE SAFETY OF YOUR CHILD!!

My daughter has been with her since she was 6 weeks old and now she’s 7 years old!! Not a single complaint !!

Where do i began...my child has been going to this daycare for about 2 months now on summer blvd connected to the triangle mall and have been having issues since he started. The director Ms. Netta is very unprofessional and ghetto. She didnt allow my son therapist to have his services there and always talking bad on other daycare center like hers is the best when its the worst.When I first came there to check it out she seemed very professional and pleasant, but after today she showed her true colors. There was a accident with another child that picked a fight with my son. I noticed that my child shirt looked stretched out and pulled on when I came and got him from the daycare. So I asked the teacher about it and she tells me that she didnt see anything and will ask the other teachers and let the director know about it. When I got in the car i asked my child what had happened and he told me another little boy pulled on his shirt and spun him around while hitting him.( I hate that she doesnt split the big kids from the little kids all the time.smh).So the next business day I called and asked for Ms netta and one of the teachers said she wasnt there and she can take a message. So I told her the situation and asked if I can see on the cameras what had happened. So she says ok ill call Ms netta now and let you know what she says... She calls me back to tell me that she said she not pulling up no video!! (exact words). So i finally go in there and talked to another teacher about it and in walks in Ms. Netta with the most nasty attitude telling me how this her house and I need to stop gossiping with her staff because shewas in charge. I dont know what she was talking about all I wanted to know was what had happened with my son. Hence she told me when he first started that if it was ever a issue she can always pull it up on the cameras to show me. Then she calls my son a LIAR in front of him and me??!!. And she kept saying how she always right yelling and screaming.She didnt know how to pull up the video to show me it took for ever for her to figure it out and still didnt get it.Then she didnt realized she confessed that she only have cameras at her other location while going off like a crazy person.!! So at that point I just left. She is very shady and I would never trust her to watch my son again. It just makes me wonder if she treated my son bad like how she belittled and disrespected me. I will be reporting her. The location is bad anyway anybody can just walk and and no theres no where to play outside. Be careful she puts on a very good front like shes a church going lady that care about your child. The so called teachers arent that great either. I walked in on a teacher yelling at a 2 year old making him cry. All Im saying is just beware.
