TCC Kids came at a time for me when affordable child care was needed. A life saver as I returned full time to a corporate position. My baby enjoyed his daily interactions, I felt comfortable with leaving him the care of the staff I built relationships with and although our path has taken us in direction(big boy school) if needed I would allow him to return. As with any program voicing concerns is necessary and if I had any there was never any hesitation with resolving them. As of today we still have wonderful relationship with the staff and Im blessed to have found them when I did.

TCC Kids is wonderful! Wonderful staff, reasonably priced, and very convenient. Schools out but I still have to work, they are there! FSP/TRACK OUT days, they are there! Early Release/2-hr Delay.... dont stress, they are there!!! I no longer worry about child care. They provide a caring and safe environment. I am truly happy with TCC Kids!!

I’ve been bringing my child here for years and she enjoys being there. We also attend the church services on Sunday. They give back to the community. They have helped and still help the community with food, clothing, backpack drives. It’s a diverse camp. It’s affordable and pretty much always open even when other childcare facilities are not. They transport the children to and from school

TCC is very affordable and dependable. My kids love going there. The staff is very nice and friendly. They are there whenever kids have 2hr delay, teacher work days, which helps. I would definitely recommend them.

My daughter attended summer camp 17. TCCKIDS is not only affordable but also helped with my daughters behavior tremendously in a positive way. The excitement of having a small morning prayer before being separated into groups made her so proud she had something to look forward to along with meeting new friends. The staff was very helpful and welcoming. I highly recommend this camp again!!

A few months ago my son was attending this so called aftercare program. He was attacked on the van by 2 bigger children and obtained a bruise from the incident. After speaking with this so called pastor and his assistant it was all brushed under the rug. The van driver “Mr Eddie” was never reprimanded for being irresponsible and not paying attention to the children on the van. He was too busy playing loud secular music to even hear my sons cries for help. This pastor is the most unprofessional.unconcerned, fake person I have ever met. He could not look me in the eyes and writhed more than a snake when you pour gasoline on it, as I questioned why he did not investigate this incident. This organization Is here to collect money. Oh, he made an excuse that a diver quit, so he would not be able to offer services to my son anymore once I confronted him. What a joke! DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS ORGANIZATION if you want a truly safe place for your child. They are only there to make a dollar. I choose quality over bs any day. My CHILD HAPPILY attends another program where there is QUALITY care there. I advise you to thoroughly check this place out before allowing theses people to care for your children. Just because it has ties to a church does not make it good. I AM PUTTING THIS AMENDMENT IN RESPONSE TO THE OWNER... you are a blatant liar. I was never informed about my sons so called bad behavior. It is sad that you would stoop this low to try and say that I or my child are lying. i have no need to lie, you one the other hand have plenty to loose. To whomever has responded to this post I implore you to address me in a profession manner because this matter is far from handled. i stand by what I have said and GOD knows the truth. In due time all will be exposed. READ the other reviews be sure to READ THE GOOD AND THE BAD. I have nothing to gain by telling the truth, so you can respond as you wish, but I will continue to share our story with anyone and everyone that will listen and wants to hear the truth. YOU NEVER INVESTIGATED THE ALLEGATIONS....MISTAKE NUMBER ONE. The pen is mightier than the sword. Christian does not mean perfect and before you begin to attack my character, check yourself. Great Traditional camp experience for children of all ages... my son loved every second of it. He got to meet new friends and loved the staff. Such a well run camp! e! Never a dull day at Transformation Summer Camp!

My daughter attended TCC kids this summer and she loved it. As a parent it was very beneficial to me because of the location and especially the price. For only 75 a week she went on field trips and they provided meals. I felt comfortable with dropping her off there everyday, I will be sending my daughter back this summer.

TCC kids is very convenient with the operation hours, transportation, teacher work days, snow days, and Holidays... The price is unbeatable for what it includes. My child has no complaints and neither do I since shes been attending. I definitely would recommend TCC kids for child care!

TCC Kids has been a great place for my daughter to go for before and after school care. It is affordable and the fact that my daughter’s school is so far and they are still willing to drive to and from was great. They are also flexible with her schedule.

First I would like to start off by saying my Kids Loved TCC before and after program . I as a parent didnt have to worry if they were going to get to and from school on time and I didnt have to worry about finding someone to pick them up on early release days and track out very convenient being a single parent. My kids always look forward to summer camp field trips everyday and most of all being around friends in a warming environment. I would definitely recommend !!!!!!!!!!!

My daughter loves going here before school and during her 3 week track out. She even ask to go on my days off. It’s a reasonable price and the people that run it are very nice and responsible.

One of the best places for child care! I can honestly say that I am really blessed to come across a childcare facility that does not break the bank! My son loves it!

I took my daughter here for track out and she loved it here. The price for the week is dirt cheap and they provide a snack and lunch. They also do field trips with the kids. Its 75 dollar a week. That was a blessing to me when I needed someone to keep my daughter.

These are supposed to be Christian people. Good luck with that. Their communication is horrible. Jessica Dunn is a complete hypocrite. They communicate important information with children instead of the parents. My child was made to do other things for lunch for someone else kid. That has nothing to do with my child. I was very dissatisfied with the way we were treated. False advertisements lead you to believe they are open on holidays which they arent. Peanut free facility supposedly and they never communicated that until after 6 months of my son eating his own PB& J for lunch provided by me. I just wonder who the hell had been watching him the 6 months prior that didnt see he had been eating the same type of sandwich when asked to bring lunch.

My son was on track 4 and I had no where for him to attend.. Daycares were so expensive and a friend of mines referred me to TCC. The prices are reasonable and the building is well maintained.. The Staff are caring and loving. My son enjoyed his track out time with TCC.

I just love TCCkids. My granddaughter has attended for about 3 years now for summer camp and before and after school care and she really enjoys the experience. Not to mention the price is phenomenal.

This is an awesome program for your children to attend!!!! My daughter has been going here for over 4 years. It has truly been a blessing and you cant beat the price. Before school, after-school, and track-out. AWESOME!!!!!

My daughter has been going to TCC for a short time but it was such a blessing to find an affordable and reliable childcare that provides transportation. There are not many affordable options for working parents, and this is one less thing I have to worry about. I am very happy with this program.

My son began attending TCC Kids over the summer and we decided to stay for before and after care. He absolutely loves TCC Kids! They are affordable and reliable.

My kids attended the before & after school program and also went to summer camp last year for a few weeks. My kids have attended several different programs at other organizations and I have to say this is the worst. First, for summer camp last year I paid $140/week for both kids but your child gets nothing. They have NO tables and chairs for the kids to even sit in, they do basically nothing all day but sit on the floor in a small room packed like sardines. They went to the pool and skate park about 2-3 times each the whole summer other than that they did nothing but sit on the floor and stare at each other in those hot small rooms. No wonder why they never want you to go past the front desk. And my son informed me that they basically ate pizza every day. Then it was the same situation for the before & after school program but what got under my skin was my kids being dropped off late to school in the am and picked up late as well. Like Im paying you to drop and pick my kids up the LEAST you could do is BE ON TIME!! If you knew you wouldnt be able to fit my kids into your morning and afternoon routes then I shouldve been told that when I called. I look back and I feel like their programs are all about financial gain than the greater good of kids. I paid less when my kids were enrolled at YMCA, Torchlight, and The Boys & girls club not to mention they had more space so the kids could play, different daily activities planned, brains were stimulated more, & they ate more than pizza. Lastly, for this being a church you think they would teach some kind of scriptures or something out the Bible. Smh thats all I can do. For the money you pay here you might as well have your child stay at home and do the same thing at home for free!

TCC kids is truly a blessing. My girls love it, its affordable, the staff is very friendly and helpful, I couldnt have asked for a better place to send my children, I highly recommend this before and after school program to everyone 😘😍

I have a daughter attending track out at Tcckids and it’s been amazing to find such a reliable place for her to be! They feed her and keep her safe while I’m at work and I don’t worry about her wellbeing while I’m not with her. I’m grateful for this service they provide for us working parents that can’t afford high childcare prices! I too am a childcare educator, been doing that for almost 20 years now. These people don’t make a huge profit from this work. I should know. We don’t pay them enough to. For that there is not an adequate word of Thanks❤️

I have been bringing my daughter here for two years and she really enjoys coming here. They are reasonably priced and Im more than satisfied with the care that they provide for my daughter.

My kids love TCC Kids... The teachers are caring and patient and the prices are very reasonable. My 8 year old gets help with her homework and the 5 year old loves all of the staff!

TCCKIDS offers a very loving and caring environment.I believe that TCC has the best before & after school program in Raleigh, they provide transportation to and from school,  stay open until 6:30, open during track out and also offer summer camp at a reasonable rate.

My kids have been going here for the last two years. Everyone is professional and my kids are exhausted by the time they get home. I would recommend this camp to all of my friends.

The price is awesome for all they provide. I truly appreciate TCC Kids. There open rain, hale, sleet, and snow.

Borh of my sons have attended TCCKids on and off for 3 years... And are still attending when needed... They are 9 & 13 years old right now and theres no other place theyd rather be... if TCC was opened on the weekends, they would most definitely harass me to take them... TCC is a Christian environment with friendly and professional staff, which is why my children will continue to attend... Thank you TCC Kids!

So I signed up my both of my kids and paid $130 for a week of summer camp at this place. Both of my kids came home after the first day and said in his been the worst day of their life they did nothing all day. They were crammed in a room with other kids and did absolutely nothing no activities. They gave me a list of the schedule for the week but they do not follow the schedule at all. So far they went 2 days they havent complied with anything on the schedule give to me. They had no devotions they havent gone to any of the places they put on the schedule. Once my son went to the park and when transporting my son he sat where a console used to be in a van on the floorboard thats not safe. Theyve done nothing its not worth the money and I would never send them there again nor would I recommend it to anyone. They are inconsistent they seem careless they dont seem trustworthy and they dont follow through what they say is on their schedule so who knows what else is happening that we are not aware of dont send your child there.

Long story short.....Do not bring your children here! I have been told by my son 3 times in 2 weeks about situations where staff has threatened children with belts, and have even gone so far as to grab a child by the shirt and jack them up off the floor. One counselor threw a football and hit my son in the face when all he was trying to do was bend over to pick up a water bottle off the floor. When asking my son if the children ever report these actions to the pastor, he says, “But mommy, pastor does it too!”. Nuff said!!........

When my son was younger and attended this location there were many different activities for the kids, they were feed and given snacks. For the weekly price I think that was awesome.

My son enjoy the summer he spent with TCC, and will be back this year!

TCC is a brilliant place, the teaches are very friendly, the building is neat and well maintained, they are always open and my daughter loves it! You get so much for such a low price.

I would not recommend this place for you I have not let my daughter return here after the things I have heard and seen they Yell at the children one of the teachers even hit one of the children ! I called and made a complaint and nothing was done if you can’t enjoy children being around them then you need to find another job don’t work around children if it’s not something you enjoy doing My child will not be returning here there are better places for your children to go they are being miss treated when you are not looking please please please do not be fooled by this place!!

My daughter goes there every time she’s tracked out. She always has a good day there.
