My toddler likes the lunches but they served him hotdogs which are a class 1 carcinogen (proven to cause cancer), as are all processed meats. They told me that if my toddler didn’t want to sleep during nap time he could read books or do quiet activities but they shut the door and the windows are blocked completely and permanently so they are in a pitch black room for around 2 hours. When I picked him up he was quite emotional and didn’t want to go back. The room smells gross and the building needs repairs and is old, and the carpet and sleeping mats are dirty and dingy. The second time we did a drop in (you only get 2), they started nap time at least 10 minutes early so even though I was a little early I wasn’t able to keep him out of nap time. He got hungry only an hour after lunch so I’m not sure they gave the kids enough time to finish their lunches. They don’t stick to their schedule. When I arrived they hadn’t started outdoor playtime yet like the schedule indicates. It isn’t much of a problem as long as important activities aren’t cut into.

My oldest has gone here for almost 5 years and my youngest for a year and half, he started at Adventure Time at just 3 months old. We love the daycare so much that when we were house shopping we specifically chose a home in the neighborhood. The office staff is easy to communicate with and notifies you of anything that happens during the day that is note worthy. My oldest gets homework help daily and then enjoys time with his friends. My youngest is cared for by teachers that truly love him. The daycare providers give me a sense of peace that helps me be able to focus at work during the day. I never worry about their well-being and know they are happy and enjoying their day. We will continue at this daycare until our children are old enough to care for themselves. We have had options for at home care at a better rate but cannot stand the thought of them not coming here every day. Also, compared to other daycare centers their rates are less and they really are worth the price. WE LOVE ADVENTURE TIME.

An amazing place where they genuinely love your children and take care of them the way you would want them to be taken care of. Even when issues come up with kids being kids they are quick to help solve any problems and they do it fairly and come up with a solution that makes sense. I have complete trust in them and would happily send any child there.

I have been going to this daycare for almost 6 months and love it! The teachers are so nice and are always welcoming when I pick up my son. They work with me and I can tell my son really enjoys his time there. Not many daycares go out of their way to be so positive and nice. They know me and my son by name, and I am very pleased with their professionalism.

This is a review from personal experience, I am 18 at this point and still remember many of the days I spent at this place. The thing I remember the most about this place is not ever wanting to leave. My all time favorite memory of the place was the wall with all the handprints and the endless times I spent constantly running in every single direction. I guess this is me thanking the people that set me straight at the beginning

We love Adventure Time! My kids have been going there for 6 years .It is a great daycare for kids. The kids are loved and have so much fun. There is always activities for them to do, especially during the summer. As a parent leaving them at a daycare is scary but to see how my kids are totally comfy and okay being there when I leave I know that they are in great hands which makes me super happy. They are excited everyday to be going to daycare. The teachers are really patient with your kids and love them as their own. Everyone there is AMAZING!!! My kids love everyone of the teachers there and so do I.. Thank you Adventure TIme for taking great care of my kids..

We used Adventure Time for 9 months before we moved. We love this place and always felt that our daughter was in great hands. The staff was friendly, attentive, and kind. The facility is always clean, too. We wish we could stay with these guys forever because they are exactly what you hope you are getting out of a daycare.

This is a great place for kids. I was actually employed here several years ago. I saw first hand how much the owners and other teachers care about the kids. They will bend over backwards for you and your child. Teachers are held to high standards. As a teacher, I remember thinking I would definitely trust Adventure Time with my child. Later, I did send my son to Adventure Time and he loved it! Weve moved out of state, but I will always think fondly of Adventure Time. :)

My child went to Adventure time for 6 years. I did not want to leave my child in a daycare facility before because I have trust issues, but Adventure time made it possible for me to trust my child with them. When I leave to go to work, I know that my child is safe with them. The teachers are amazing especially Miss Julissa. She gives her 100% everyday to care for the children. She is one of the best teachers ever and I am so happy my daughter had her. When the new owners took over, I was worried that there will be significant changes that will affect my child but to my surprise, they have done fantastic and the new owner cares for each child enrolled in their school. I was even amazed that he knows my child by her name. Just shows that he is paying attention to the children.

I love Adventure Time! It is a great daycare for kids. The kids are loved and have so much fun. There is always activities for them to do, especially during the summer. As a parent leaving them at a daycare is scary, but once you see your child actually eager to go, it really takes the stress away. My younger brother (2) who went there for a year was potty trained and learned basic skills to be independent. The teachers are really patient with your kids and love them as their own. Thank you Adventure Time.

I’ve been taking my 3 year old there for a year. We absolutely LOVE them! They are always willing to work with my pay schedule and making payments. As a single mom I feel very confident that my son is getting taken care of. We especially love “Zuma”, Paula, Amanda (no longer there), “Piiii-a” and Luz. I love them all. I drive from Pleasant Grove every day just so my son has a place to be with people who love and care for him. Thanks guys!!!

I placed my twins in full-time childcare at Adventure Time over the summer and had a completely *wonderful* experience! I was impressed with the responsiveness and competence of the staff, the design of the schedule/curriculum, and the convenience they offered for me as a working parent. I appreciated, in particular, the way they keep the children moving throughout the day by regularly transitioning between a variety of rooms, both indoors and outdoors, and alternating between things like crafts and free play. Adventure Time also provides breakfast, lunch, and all snacks for the children, which saved me a lot of time and hassle over the summer. I felt completely confident that my children were receiving great care, and would not hesitate to recommend Adventure Time. Well use them again the next time we need childcare in Provo!

The staff at adventure time are well trained, friendly, and invested in our children. One of the best decisions Ive made so far for my son has been to place him at Adventure Time. Weve been there for six months. Not only is he well taken care of- but the things he has learned while there shock me. He comes home singing nursey rhymes and counting numbers that I simply havent had the time to teach him. Im so grateful to know that the staff at Adventure Time isnt just watching my two-year-old; they are teaching him!

As a working parent, one of the hardest decisions you can make is where your children will go while you work. There are so many choices out there and you want your children to receive the kind of care you would give them in your own home. We did our research, we found some doozies of care facilities, some I knew I wouldnt take my kids to even just talking to them over the phone or walking into the first care room. We did our research, we toured, we grieved. Especially, since we receive childcare assistance, we didnt want our kids to be just another number and guaranteed pay. Adventure Time was our place from the moment I first saw the baby room. The teachers and staff are so friendly and welcoming. They have taken the time to actually get to know my three kids and let them flourish as their own little personalities. The staff sends me updates throughout the day via text, pictures or videos. They really show that they care for every child in their care. The buildings are older, but by no means falling apart or dangerous. The rooms are always clean and you can tell they try to keep them smelling fresh (lets face it, sometimes daycare room stink, but you should be able to tell the difference from an old diaper smell and a fresh one). My husband and I have gone out of our way to insure our children continue theyre care at Adventure Time and will continue to do so, because our children have learned and grown so much in the year that theyve been attending. If you knew my children, youd know that my kids are outspoken enough that even my 18 months old would be able to tell us something was wrong if there was.If I could give this facility more than five stars I would and anyone reading these reviews would be able to see that any negative ones are purely personal and not the staff by any means because the parents here love taking their kids here. They go above and beyond to make you and your children comfortable and happy. I have made some dear friends with the staff, more like extensions of our own family, because, after all, it takes a village to raise a child. 100/100 stars in my opinion. HIGHLY recommended.

My daughter was only there a month and it was non-stop issues. I would pick her up and she would be in soiled diapers, or her face would be crusted with boogers. It was as if they didnt watch after her at all, anytime I would drop her off she seemed reluctant to want to stay. Ive had her at a new daycare for the last 2 months and shes much happier. After we left we were working with staff on paying off balance which is another set of issues, and after being told they would work with us sent us to a collections agency. I would never recommend this place to anyone.

My child is enrolled in the infant room since he was 8 months old with some health issues everyone from teachers to the cook, sub teacher or office staff member they have all catered to his food allergy needs. Every time I come picked up my son or drop him off the teachers are always playing with the children. Since a couple of months the policy has changed and the new owner of the preschool have started to do a lot of great changes and investments. Theteacher are always willing to work with parents and always follow all recommendations. Ive created some friendship with other parents and I can say that most of us are really happy to have our child in care at Adventure Time. I have no concern to drop off my child in the morning because I know that heis on a good care and they are extremely attentive to his health issues and food allergy. During a regular day Im always welcome to give a call and askabout how is my child doing or come see him. Im aware of all your the building upgrades and investments for the school and Im pretty excited for allthe children.

These people go out of their way to gouge you whenever possible and the care is sub par. The rooms smell, the floor is littered with pieces of who knows what your baby can put in their mouth. They don’t use the personal care items/food you give them for your child. My girl is depressed and after months still cries and acts terrified of the care givers. The fact this place doesn’t have security cameras after seeing her reaction to certain people makes me physically sick and furious thinking of what these people could be doing to her. We have witnessed other parents expressing the same concerns in person. If you feel like being extorted by their billing practices and want to subject your child to mental distress and possible physical abuse then this is the place for you.
