My children loved their caregivers at ABC! I loved hearing their stories about what they learned and their friends everyday. The best part for me was the flexibility the center provided. The majority of centers require a set schedule to hold placement, but ABC allowed drop-ins and flexibility whenever my schedule changed. It was the best feeling not stressing everyday about my schedule.

I would like to give this place more stars. There is a lot to like about it. However, the most serious problem I witnessed is too concerning to recommend them at all.I took my daughter here a couple of years ago. I loved the outside play area. There is a huge backyard area that is mostly shaded by two large trees.When I began care there, I sometimes got calls for job interviews at the last minute. I was grateful that they were able to accommodate my daughter on the spur of the moment. I also appreciated how they helped my daughter smoothly transition into their program.The major problem came the day I went to pick my daughter up and found a little boy wandering out front. He seemed about two years old and was looking for his mom. I took him inside and was shocked when the staff blamed him for getting out rather than taking responsibility for the situation.I would expect a daycare to take immediate steps to make sure this didnt happen again but I never saw any changes the rest of the time I was there. The street in front of the daycare is a small residential road but has a surprisingly high amount of traffic on it. There are several inexpensive solutions that would ensure children dont get out.If it werent for that event, I would be giving this place four stars.I had one other annoying problem. They were patient about the state aid at first. I asked them several times about it and offered to pay them upfront. They always declined and said it was okay.Suddenly their patience ran out and their tone changed. They acted like Id been stringing them along the whole time even though they had also called and checked a few times themselves. They told me I would be responsible for the months that hadnt been paid.However, the amount they charged me was far below the amount they were asking the state for, less than half. The state had already paid them more than the full amount for those two months.The state did finally pay them for one of the months and told me they couldnt pay for the other. It was about 2 1/2 times what ABC had asked me for so I just walked away and they never bothered me again.The good parts of this day care would probably make it the best place available if it werent for the issues I had. Sadly, they are fairly serious and I cant comfortably give them even two stars because of the safety issue.

ABC Kiddy World is the best Preschool & Childcare Center! They have been around a very long time! All of my children have went there and my oldest is 35 now! Robyn is fantastic to work with and very accommodating with your schedule! She goes over & beyond to make sure your child has a great experience!❤️

My son has been going to ABC Kiddy world for just over 4 years. He started going when he was 2. It was difficult for me to leave my child with someone else all day but it really worked out great for us. Robyn and all the Teachers are so amazing with these kids. I never have to worry when he is there.When I was looking at day cares I really liked that they have a preschool program along with day care. My first impression when I stopped in to check it out was that it was clean well organized and all the kids looked happy working with the Teachers. The preschool program helped my son so much. When I was ready to start potty training they all were a BIG help and were right on board with the process. I actually think they made the whole potty training process easier for me :)They always keep the kids busy learning, doing art projects or playing outside. My son really enjoys the occasional field trips they go on and gets so excited for the Christmas program/Art Show etc. that they put on for family members to come see.I would highly recommend ABC Kiddy World to anyone that needs day care or a preschool for their Children. It is a nice clean place with great teachers and It isnt overly priced like many others.

This is the best place in Utah county!!!! My daughters have gone to a couple daycares where they were miss treated and ignored one daycare even gave my two year old LICE!! Since bringing my children to ABC my daughters have been potty trained in less then a couple weeks. My children speak as if they were adults and say big words I wouldnt expect my three and four year old to say. My daughters are so excited every morning to go to the daycare and see their teachers. You can feel the love the moment you walk into the building the amount of activities they do with the kids is awesome!!! This week my kids have made pizzas and had the Provo library come read to them they made cookies and always have THEE cutest things for mothers day. When I first started bringing my kids here my youngest wouldnt talk and my oldest hardly said anything. Since being at ABC they have excelled in learning and talking. I would highly recommend bringing your kids here they are so sweet and nice to the children. BEST DAYCARE EVER!!!

My kids have been in ABC for 4 years now and we couldnt be happier! My schedule is always crazy and Robyn has always been very understanding and supportive. I breathe easier whenever the kids are at ABC, safe, well fed and happy. The staff is also great! Big shoutout to Miss Tammy who is the sweetest most patient teacher Ive ever met. Great place!

This place is absolutely amazing! Great price and excellent care for your little ones. One of my nephews go there and his brothers went there also, they both have had solid foundations and one of them got placed in an immersion school thanks to his great discipline. I am sure that big part of it was the formation given at ABC kiddy world. I sure recommend it 100%

I have 2 kids at ABC and its been such a great experience. My kids have made awesome friends. They have always let me know if one of my kids had anything happen like the usual scrapes and belly aches that kids get. As a working mom that is so important to me. I love the art shows they put on of the kids work and how special they make the kids feel.

Forgive me, but Ive experienced it there and one time there was a few kids who hit me in the eye with a utensil and the other in the playground added sand on my pants. It was never pretty for me and I even told the tutors about it but they never seem to do anything. Maybe its just Im very confusing to them, but mostly it can be on purpose? This was through 2006 and I still never forget that time. I even didnt wanted to go there, saying it to my mom but she has hotel work so- Whats else to do? If the place still does this, I highly suggest to watch the children. The activities in it are fun when I was little, watching tv in nap time, making crafts and such. The only thing that Id tell is that the tutors should be more active to see whats going on, and if you really experienced kids hurting others. Just please tell them to stop it.

I love ABC Kiddy world. My daughter goes to pre-school there and loves it too. She is learning so much. Robin is very nice and always lets her make up days that she misses. If my daughter is sick or if we go on vacation we can choose to make up another day in the following weeks. It is reasonably priced and I couldnt ask for better teachers for my child. They always have fun activities for the kids especially during the holidays. I will continue to use them even after my daughter goes to kindergarten. The play ground in the back is awesome and my daughter has made so many wonderful friends. I would recommend this daycare/pre-school to everyone.

While this place comes off as a good daycare when you take a tour of the place, it is far from it. Talk about neglect, I cant even count the times I saw many kids walking around crying, missing shoes, throwing dirt at each other, hitting one another, had dirty diapers that reeked, snot running down their faces, etc.... all the while the main person in charge, Robin, was inside, not doing a damn thing. She comes across as a nice and caring person, but she is far from it. All she cares about is money and that you pay it on time. Also, I know for a fact that, on several occasions, she charges more hours than your kids are there. I had to call her out on it a couple of times, then she apologizes, but not until after she has swiped your card for pay. I spoke to other mothers there and they had the same thing happen to them. I cant even remember how many times my own kids got sick from the other kids there. I had my kids there for almost two years because I had no other choice. Even when there were bullies there that picked on, hit, stole toys from and cursed at my kids, Robin did nothing other than put the bad kids on time out. Even when one of the bullies went around and would kick all the boys in the privates for no reason, she still do nothing. I think Ive said enough. Do your kids a favor and take them somewhere else!

ABC is a fantastic place to take your children for daycare. I have a daughter who began going to Abc when she was 4, she is 9 now. We love how fair and attentive the staff is and the extra mile they go to make the kids feel special. Their curriculum for the kids and the field trips have been something my daughter really enjoys and continues to talk about. When we as parents cant be there to watch our children, ABC Kiddy world is the next best place to take them.-DSZ

If I could give them a 0 I would. I used to live in this neighborhood and there were a few times the children would escape the watch of this daycare and run out into this street. I wouldnt trust them with my kids.
