There is no other school to top The Cornell School. The academics are excellent and the natural setting is a dream. When you mix in the care and attention all the teachers provide, we cannot imagine our daughter attending any other school. While safety and learning are top priorities, fostering a fun and loving environment is just as important. Our daughter loves going to school every day which is the best testament of the wonderful experience the staff create. We truly believe our daughter’s early development could not be in better hands.

The Cornell School is simply amazing. We enrolled our 4 year-old last fall (when they first opened) and she has blossomed into a joyful, inquisitive, and vibrant young lady. The teachers are well-experienced and care deeply about each childs individual development. The facility is new and so nicely done that I find myself lingering during drop-off and pickup!The small class size is just one of the wonderful attributes of the Cornell School, but it also makes each available spot highly coveted - if youre lucky enough to get one, do your child (and family) a great service and enroll! We feel incredibly fortunate to have discovered the Cornell School; its exactly the kind of school we need more of!

The teachers both love what they do, are nurturing, and have many years of experience with Masters Degrees. They provide individual attention to each child and their unique needs. I cant tell how much my kid and myself love this school. Our family stopped to look for other pre-school after the 1st visit to The Cornell School, and waited 4 months for the spot to join in. First impression, Classroom facilities are amazing and outdoor environment is natural and safe. Teachers here are super super nice and know everything about the importance that the kids need in their age. Study programs are great . one year learning experience in The Cornell School is a great foundation for my kid to move into Kindergarten. Our 4 year old daughter attended 1 year of preschool before kindergarten and my only wish is that we’d sent her here sooner. This school, the teachers, the programs- it’s all exceptional.

When I first toured The Cornell School, my first thought was, Wow, if I ever needed a full day preschool for my child, THIS is where I would want to send them! The school is just beautiful--a brand new building, big windows, a park-like setting and a very convenient location off of Cornell Road in NW Portland. Teacher Oyen is wonderful too. She was my sons preschool teacher a few years ago and she is very warm, welcoming and knowledgeable. I am so happy for Teacher Oyen, as her dream of running a high quality, full day preschool in NW Portland has finally come true!
