Both of my kids have gone to SWPCC and it has really been the best start to school that I can think of. Loving, knowledgeable teachers and a very supportive family-like community are the reasons that we keep coming back. Play-based learning, lots of outside time and did I mention how much we love the teachers? Definitely a must-see.

I have 3 children attending this school. I was very excited and a little nervous about preschool, one of my children is developmentally disabled. From the beginning I found the teachers to be honest, straightforward, caring, and open to new things. My spouse was a bit taken aback by how much work was required of me as a member of the coop but I believe the investment is worth it and I actually love the coop experience. My children are learning positive behaviors with peers and learning to get to know a variety of people with all of the parents on site. As a parent I found myself revitalized in my discipline approaches at home (less exasperation, and more proactive language with my kids) and I also let some of the pressure off on providing a great life experience- THEY CAN PAINT AT SCHOOL!! - I am very happy with our choice to attend SWPCC and I highly recommend it.

We love this school. Our kids have learned so much and thrived here. Our children love the outdoor space and have spent many, many happy days playing in the sandbox, riding bikes, and running with friends! It really is more than a preschool, it is a community. I love that I am able to get to know the other children in the school during my shift day. Working with the teachers and other parents I find I am always learning new tips and tricks to help my parenting. I would strongly encourage anyone interested in a parent participation preschool to visit SWPCC and see what it is all about for themselves!
