We love team quest! Very professional, very friendly, and the coaches are great with the kids. My son is actually learning something and looks forward to coming everyday. We will continue to come here for years to come. Thanks for all you do guys!

Hey, they won’t judge you here. I always struggle with my weight and they make me feel really good when I come to exercise. I do boxing, kickboxing, etc. For me, is about being healthy for my kids. The guys who attend the classes are awesome and they always want to help you so just join and don’t be ashamed if you are not fit! They will help you! Also, I like the fact that you can bring your kids and have them take a class while you attend another class. Very family oriented!! PD: Arron is your guy, he is the manager and he is super friendly so ask for him.

Its amazing you can come from any level youll do great. Its family-friendly and they understand that kids and noisy and everyone. They are so understanding and friendly. 10/10 make sure to ask for the free trial if youre unsure about it.

Usually not too busy. They do a good job of keeping the place clean. The equipment is usually fixed quickly and its pretty rare that you need to wait for a machine

I moved to Portland not really knowing anyone, I joined team quest and gained a family! I feel better than Ive ever felt in my life healthier and good! They have the best programs, coaches and team mates around. I feel lucky to train there!

The staff does a good job keeping it clean and are genuinely friendly. A basic gym to help you get active.

Team Quest Gresham has a great kids program. I would recommend them to anyone because this facility shows character! They care...its not about getting money...its about contributing to their community in a positive way. Best gym for beginners or the advanced fitness buffs. A real family environment in fact you can bring the whole family work out together. Great staff not a corporate gym, good old-fashioned family values and good business. Come train and try it out.

Super clean super staff and a great environment

Super friendly staff and coaches, easy to get into even if youre brand new. Theyre great at pushing you to where you want to go, whether its just for fitness or if you want to really get into fighting.

World class coaching and athletes with classes for beginners also. This place is truly amazing. While I was there I got to meet Matt Lindland and he signed the shirts that I bought. He was really cool and he showed me some amazing technique.

I have been doing their 30 day free MMA trial and I have to say, it is great. Ive tried a few different gyms around town, and this one was by far the best yet.Im not fit, so in many of the other gyms they would push me to the point that I never wanted to come back, but at Teamquest I didnt feel like a chubby loser. The instructor tries to get you going and motivated but wont kill you. Its a wonderful environment to be in, a great workout, and you learn a lot.The only thing I dont like is the price. It IS expensive at somewhere around $150/month. That said, even though Im often a little hesitant to spend money, team quest is totally worth that price tag.

Good for fitness or learning about the sport. You dont have to be a pro to get involved. Everyone is welcome.

In regards to classes I can only speak for boxing and kickboxing (beginner and intermediate). First mma gym experience. Started going here in 2015. Hooked since first class. Super nice. Super friendly. Motivational. Feels like a small community. I loved it here. Training is fun. You get to learn all sorts of different combos, so every time you go its a little different.Pricing is actually damn good and compairable other mma gyms. No contract is absoultely a plus and was a big factor in me choosing this gym too.I Havnt gone for a few months since my work schedule changed (Im personally only into boxing and kickboxing). But, if/when my work schedule changes again and aligns with the classes Im interested in, you bet your ass Im making my way back to team quest!!!!

I was in town visiting a friend, then decided i had to stop in and check out the gym. Aaron the general manager made me feel right at home. I ended up taking both the Muay Thai & Jiu Jitsu Class. Super stoked on all the new Techniques i learned. If i lived in Portland Id def join this gym! Everyone there was friendly. Im stoping in here for sure next time!

I checked out this gym the other day. Spoke with 2 managers there and was extremely impressed by the way they ran the place. This is not your typical mma gym. These guys run a very tight ship, and the instructors go thru a VERY lengthy hands on education process to ensure they teach and train all the classes the proper way. Its all done in house, so the quality control is immense.The facility is huge, with enough gear and room to satisfy anyones training tastes. Kickboxing, mma, boxing, Sambo, you name it. The other thing is: they are actively competitive and do VERY well, taking tons of wins, all out of this one school, so they obviously are doing something right.Very nice people, and I think that is the most important thing about any gym, but even moreso with MMA b/c it can be so intimidating to even start for the average person.They wont make you feel intimidated or stupid. Thats what idiot business owners do. These guys are top notch, and when Im back to 100%, this is for sure where Id like to make my training home.If I were a parent and had kids, I wouldnt hesitate for a moment to enroll my kids here. I know theyd be safe, and theyd be treated well, besides the great training theyd get. Im kind of a hard ass sometimes when it comes to reviewing a business, but here I was so genuinely impressed that they DESERVE 5 stars. This is a 5 star business, with 5 star people, and a 5 star facility. What more could you ask for?
