I recently visited this gym with my two teenagers while on vacation. This place is extremely professional and knowledgeable, they welcomed us in like family! If you live in this area and havent studied under Coach Adam and Coach Roger, then you are quite frankly, missing out.Thanks a lot to this group for letting us come in a train even though were many miles from home!

I been practicing jiu-jitsu here for about 7 yrs now. It has without a doubt changed my life all for the better. I wish I would have discovered it much sooner. My boys also have participated and competed over the years. The whole experience for us has been a good one. Our instructor Adam Gonzalez is a class act. He is very knowledgeable and dedicated to his school. He is great with the kids in the kids class and he is a beast of a teacher in the adult class.I guess this is as good a time as any for me to thank him for all he has done for me and my boys. Thank you very much Adam! You have impacted my life more than you know.
