This is the best place in Portland to learn Argentine Tango (in my opinion). Take the beginning series class from Alex, not only will he help you to feel comfortable, but his methods are excellent. I left every class feeling like I couldnt wait for the next!

Tango Berretin is the home base of Argentine Tango in Portland. This is where the revival of this dance started in Portland. It is small and it is intimate and it is not some glossy modern night club. It has it own very real Compás.Many of Portland Tangueros started with lessons and dancing here. Entering the sticky door with a smile and you will receive smiles back. Learning the dance and the etiquette is a long journey of sincere dedication. Men should have old school gentleman manners because if you dont the Mujers spread stories fast than a race horse.
