I have been an employee with Bright Horizons for 5 years now, this is a great place to work especially in a pandemic. Our safety protocols that we have in place are strict, but effective and have helped our center community stay safe and healthy. The pay and benefits for early childhood educators with Bright Horizons is substantial compared to other centers in the Portland area.

Have had a wonderful experience there from the infant room through pre-K. Teachers are student-centered, patient, and committed. All in all, has exceeded my expectations. Everyone wants the best for their kids, and we’ve had a wonderful experience there.(They’ve handled the pandemic deftly as well, making the best of a bad situation.)

My daughter went here from ages 10 months - 3 years. We absolutely loved it. It was clean and staff were incredibly caring. I loved the app that allows you to see pictures of your child throughout the day and lets you know what they did. I absolutely would recommend folks to Bright Horizons. The only reason we left was it was a far drive for us.

Terrible leadership, high turnover, poor communication, no loyalty, money first, kids last. Be careful.
