We have been taking our daughter to TLE for almost a year now and absolutely love it! Ms. Glory has been her teacher in the infant room and is great at communicating with us any of our daughters needs or new developments. Ms. Jenna, the director, is also wonderful and treats our daughter like one of her own. They are always available to talk if we have any questions and have worked with us if we ever needed schedule changes.

This child care center is absolutely amazing. My daughter has been going to TLE since she was 6 months old and she’s almost 5 now and ready for kindergarten. I can’t say enough about how wonderful everyone here is and they all really care about the children!!

We love our TLE Family! My daughter has been going to TLE for almost a year now and this school was her first ever childcare experience. The care and love that was shown to our daughter since day one has made such a huge impact on her not to mention the amazing growth in her social skills and educational knowledge. The learning experience treats every child as their own. Halia is my first and only child at the moment and the Director and Ms Glory made the transition easy and welcoming. I knew Halia was in great hands when I had to leave for work. Halia learned a lot during her time at TLE. She came home using her words, sign language, and pretend play. I can thank TLE and all the awesome teachers for Halias growth. Moving away was the hardest decision and we miss you all dearly!

This is clean and we’ll managed establishment with a very caring staff. I could not be happier with the teachers and the curriculum. My son is engaged and love going to school everyday.

I am beyond impressed with The Learning Experience in Plano!!! I couldnt ask for a better group of teachers to teach and look after our little one!!! Our experience with Learning experience has been very positive. This is my first review ever but when it comes to your child you want the best. Having tried two other day cares before this one, we were hesitant and stressed when our toddler started here. The people at school have been very accommodating. He is already settling in. We do have some trying days but overall as a mother I am very comfortable leaving him here. The team here feels like family. Would highly recommend!!

The Learning Experience Plano is a wonderful place. My infant daughter has been with them since their first day of business and I couldnt be happier. The owner and Managers are warm and welcoming and I absolutely adore her classroom teachers. She comes home with the cutest art projects and is all smiles when I drop off and pick up. I love that the school feels so much like family. We couldnt be happier.

My sister went and applied for a position, with a college degree in early child hood education and they asked her to be a cook, ( which isn’t the position she applied for) a Arab lady came in and they talking and laughing and she had her complete a test that She completed at home before She came to the interview. She’s the only “black” individual there! How rude is it to tell her that’s she’s going to be a cook with a college education and have her waiting while you help the other person of a different race! Smh. You have to be careful of these type of things if you’re taking your kids here, being of a different race.

Us: We have three children at TLE; a 5 yr old girl and twin 1 yr old boys.Place: The facility is clean and attractive.People: Management is responsive and the staff is kind and caring.My experience: My five year old loves to show off her TLE work book and art while my boys have really taken to sign language and love the playground.Extra: Weve participated in the occasional optional weekend event and recently, parents night out.Recommend: Schedule a tour. Before submitting our 2 years old daughter to TLE we had visited almost every daycare around. TLE is a very clean and attractive facility. All the equipment is pretty new or well-handled. People are polite and caring indeed. We like their learning program which provides a diversity in different types of activities: fine motor skills, cognitive abilities, outdoor activities etc. Only positive vibes so far.

Im sure its a wonderful day care center. I just wish the property owner behind the center would take care of the landscaping. Our homes face the rear and the weeds are getting high.

Owner is very rude and does not appreciate loyal families who are investing in his own franchise.

I have 2 boys (4 and 2) who attend TLE Plano. The teachers are very kind and patient in teaching the children, there has been an emphasis on reading and writing and in 2 months I have already seen tremendous progress with my 4 year old, he is now able to sound out all his letters, write and if I give him any word he can tell me the 1st letter of the word (1st steps towards reading and spelling). The owner is very hands on and shows up at least once a week and actually works the front desk, greeting parents himself. Mrs. Vicky and Miss Hailey in the front (school coordinators) are always very warm and sweet to the kids, they even give them hugs on some mornings and my children absolutely love them. My 2 year old is finally getting the hang of potty training, and eating more selections now (previously a very picky eater). The school is always clean and my kids always look do tidy at the end of the day, no dirty clothes and runny noses and dirty faces like you experience in some other day cares. You can tell the teachers really pay attention and take care of these kids. Overall my experience here has been awesome and I am so happy my husband and I chose to bring our boys here. I would recommend this school to anyone else looking for a home away from home for their kids.

My daughter starts 4 months ago, she needed lenguaje therapist but now she speak really good any she can’t tell me the principal colors in English and Spanish .... the school is always clean and the teachers really love kids, I’m so glad with this school!

Disappointment is an understatement. We were so excited to of found TLE when we did. We had a traumatic experience at a previous private daycare and we felt at ease with TLE. The curriculum is great, the school itself is very clean and well kept. Our child attended for 8 months and during that time we developed a great relationship with the director and the assistant director, who were nothing but amazing, they kept us at ease and truly care about the children. After 4 months, we noticed some turnover issues with the teacher in our child’s class, and in other areas of the center. We understand this happens in business, but it did become concerning when the new hires had none or very little experience. We had a situation with a new hire in a different class, however was around all children during times in the mornings and afternoons when other teachers were arriving or leaving for the day. The first three encounters with this person were very surprising, as their attitude and behavior were terrible. We watched them bark orders at children while just sitting on the counter top, and very rude to us as parents. We did speak to management about our encounters. A few weeks later, a family member was picking our child up early for the day and witnessed this same staff member aggressively placing a child against the wall to go outside, “because they were not listening”. This individual did admit their fault as our family member went straight to director. This person did not get suspended or obviously terminated; they were at work the very next day. We were upset at this decision because it was completely unacceptable in our opinion and a long talk was all that was done. We asked management to ensure this individual was never around our child, and they did. After this situation occurred we were jolted with the news of the director and assistant director had put In their two week notice. Three days later the main teacher in our child’s class quit on the spot and never came back from lunch. When we heard this news and the immediate solution was to have a representative from a temp agency step in, we decided enough is enough and clearly there are issues behind the scenes when staff members are dropping like flies. When we pulled our child out that day we advised TLE of our decision and voiced a request to meet with the owner. We were contacted via email by the franchise owner, who we have had very little interaction with, we were basically told, “I will meet you, however I am so sorry our policy stands, you still owe tuition for the next 4 weeks”. We understand the need for policies in business; however the passive attitude, non compassionate behavior, and even more so, the reactive and not pro active process, is just beyond us. We have filed a complaint with TLE corporate in regard to our experience. If you care about where your child is cared for, which obviously you do because you are researching and reading reviews, DO NOT send your child here, it is all about the money and now with the two main pieces of the puzzle (director and assistant) leaving, I have zero hope for this place. Don’t just take our word for it, look at the reviews for TLE Corporate, and also what employees say on indeed and glassdoor, it’s all the same.

If you are looking for more than a daycare, then think about giving TLE a try. They have a great, intriguing, age appropriate curriculum with lots of extras, such as yoga, ballet, etc. that you would normally have to pay extra to outside vendors at other daycares. The owner of TLE Allen and Plano desire is to build a learning academy, and just not be another daycare. He truly is interested in providing exceptional care and educating the children who attend his facilities.

We have been part of the TLE family since our son was 6 months old. We recently moved to the Plano area and before that we were living in Richmond, VA where our son has been enrolled in the TLE program for 4+ years. We are very satisfied with our experience at every stage right from infant to toddler to now a preschooler. The TLE program puts great emphasis on overall development of child along with providing a great curriculum. He has not yet started Kindergarten and he can already read simple books, write small sentences and do basic math. He has also developed a lot of interest in art work.When we moved to the Plano area it was an easy decision for us to enroll him at the TLE. We have been very impressed by this center and our experience so far has exceeded our expectations. Even though the center is new, the management is doing a great job. They are maintaining a very high bar in hiring of teachers and the quality of the center is excellent. All the teachers are very compassionate and dedicated towards the kids. I am also very impressed by the level communication they provide with constant updates and reminders. Safe n Secure app is awesome!
