They were okay prior to the pandemic but since they have went down hill. Allowing kids to miss the bus and lie about it. Camera showed the bus came and on time. They are liars and very disrespectful because They are under staffed. Meantime they are accepting more kids. diapers are always full at pick up time...Shame on them

Small Miracles East Plano is by far the best daycare I could ask for my son. I’ve had some bad experiences with daycares and was skeptical putting him back in another one. However, from day one Ms. Kryss and the whole staff has put all my fears to rest. They’re caring, thorough, reliable, and have provided the best care I could imagine over the past 6 months. I’m blessed and thankful to have found a second home for my son.

My son has been at this center for over 2 years now. I picked this facility for location and price, and I’d still definitely recommend it. Current staff is probably my favorite group so far, I pick him up happy and he comes home knowing stuff I darn well know I didn’t teach him.

I love sma because my kids are safe. I feel like it is the safest and clean daycare, also the teachers are respectful and the owners and director are the best!!!!

My daughter has been attending Small Miracles for 1 year now. She started at 8 months old. We LOVE this place. A keypad password is required for parents to enter (if you dont know it, you have to be buzzed in by staff), the check in/out is done by digital fingerprint reader (not pen and paper). I am so happy they have such stringent security measures! The staff are loving, attentive, and great with the kids. Best of all, the price is lower than other nearby daycare facilities that dont even have some of the technology/security this daycare has. My daugher enjoys the other children (who are of all ethnicities) and the caregivers as well. They do not have a high turnover rate for staff, and the teachers switch classrooms now and then to get acquainted with all the children of all ages. Other reviewers who complained about kids getting scratched, bruised, etc. need to understand that kids are kids, and that no matter how much supervision, kids will occasionally get hurt. I have NEVER heard/seen staff being ugly to each other or to any children. I can only say good things about this daycare. We love it!

Small miracles doesnt do this center justice. I was soooooo lucky to find Mrs. Toni and openings for both my daughters. I would recommend this center to any parent looking for reliable safe and honest care. They had my younger daughter potty training at 9 months!!! Hats off to the caregivers here! Your work and care is greatly appreciated!

My Children have been going to this day care for more than 3 years now. And I have to say this has been the best daycare I have sent them to. Before other daycare I took my children to would pull and pinch my oldest son. I decided to move him to SMA and my son is super happy and he loves his teachers. They are all super nice and listen to any concern you may have. Mrs.toni is always on top of everything and willing to help you out with any concern you may have. My 2 year old loves his teacher and is happy to attend daycare.

Small Miracles needs to screen staff a little better. Me Diane the kitchen lady shouldnt be nowhere near kids. She is not to be trusted.

Do not take your children here. I filed report with CPS and the Plano Police Dept for abuse.
