I dont recommend this day care to any parents I had a bad experience about 6 yrs ago with my son.

They treat my daughter like one of their own. She is always happy to go to school and still happy when I pick her up and thats the most important thing to me AMAZING staff, clean environment and friendly children. I give this a MUST attend childcare if you want the best for your kid. Happy, happy mom! Thanks to all Robins Nest staff we appreciate all you do especially Ms. Shannon.

I wanted to send this email to thank you and everyone that came to my place on Friday to help fix a few things. Everyone was extremely friendly and helpful. The following are the ones to be commended: John & Joe who painted & made repairs, Tony from the Lone Rooter and Jonathan who helped with the fire extinguisher. The last two items to be handled are the bathroom bracket which John will call when found/ordered to come replace as well as the appointment we scheduled with QCS for Wednesday for the Termite Inspection. I really appreciate all of your help with these matters. Thanks again.

Unfortunately for the parents staff isnt always up to par on professionalism and class. My daughter is very well taken care of by her teacher Ana but the director and a other teachers lack heavily in being professional. Extremely disappointing that such a great program that helps single parents get proper care gets such low quality treatment and assistance. If you have another option spare yourself the headache

They are completely unreasonable with parents. My daughter’s Dad is a teacher and he has an after school program and tried to get there before 5:30pm but was 7 minutes late the first week we were there. They told us one more time and we would be kicked out. The next week he cut his program short another 15 minutes and then hit a train which caused him to be there at 5:33pm and they told us we couldn’t come back. They have a giant banner that says they are open until 6 and their online hours say that too. They are extremely rude, most places would just charge you a fee. It was an unbelievable waste for us.

My son has been attending this center since he was 9 months old. He is now four and has always loved coming to daycare. He loves his teacher and all the staff here. I appreciate everything these ladies have done for my child.

Worst daycare in phoenix. Been asking for a transfer for a minute and nothing. I’ve had workers here stalk my social media, Ive had a worker call MY SON a disappointment for picking up a spray bottle, and spraying the classroom when that bottle should NEVER be put out as it is a SAFTEY HAZARD for children. Not only that the woman in the front never smiles, never welcomes parents. The office overall is unorganized, they call and let parents know that paperwork is up there, but upon arrival there is nothing. My son has been sent home so many times that I’m this month he has only been there about 6 days. That’s ABSURD! I had to miss an important interview since the daycare wouldn’t accept my son because he didn’t have his prescription. Again a prescription that the doctor NEVER ordered to leave at daycare. They are 3 capsules for at home in case of an emergency. I’ve repeated this many times, my doctor thought it was incredibly unprofessional. So pleaseee parents go to a daycare will they will actually pay attention to your children. And I’m a parent that says it since my son has 2 years in this daycare.

Robins Nest is the best, my kids have been here 3 1/2 years and they are so happy and love Daycare. Your the best Robins nest staff. Hooray! Thank you

I honestly love this daycare center the staff are so nice they treat my kids good. i will be leaving here ONLY because they started head-start and im not in the area code so we have to go find another center which breaks my heart i wanted to cry when my sons teacher picked him up and hugged and kissed him because she was sad that he was going to be leaving. wish we didnt have too go anywhere else. i will be sad to go but i recommend this daycare to any one. They are always making little things for mothers day and fathers day with the childrens hand and foot prints its really cute. love love love this daycare!!! take care ladies (staff) i will miss seeing you guys every day :(.

The staff is rude, disrespectful, and unprofessional. They never said there would be an extra charge. Then they judged him. My grandson and daughter is going thru family therapy do to trauma experiences. Mind you we told them this upfront before his start date. They said they will work with him and was ok with it. He was there for 2 days just 2 days. Then they give us a paper still not telling us there was a fee.This paper gives us the fee. Then we go to pay so he can at least have a social life. They say they wont allow him to come back because of his attitude. Mind you these people are being extremely rude. I told them ahead of time he was getting help. If they would had said everything up front I would had kept him where he was.

Worst daycares in phoenix by far, if you even think of enrolling your children in this place expect to have your children removed by cps. The staff is under qualified and extremely unprofessional, I had my children attending there, and every single day my children would complain about being bit by bugs while taking a naps, they would always come home whit bruises and bite marks from other children there and the staff would develop an attitude if I asked for incident reports for my record. You’re better off having the the homeless people that hang out next to this day care watching your children than the people in it. Initially everything sounded great but once you get pass the honeymoon state, the truth will be bound to show. Dont make the same mistake I did by attempting to resolve and give this so called daycare the benefit of the doubt. I was initially warned by one of the workers there that their kid was also being bitten and bruised, but I stupidly did not listen and found out for myself how horrible this daycare is, and worst of all, my children paid the price and where the affected victims, I normally dont have the time to waste on blogs, but if I can prevent what happened to my family from happening to anyone else it will all be worth it in the end.

My dad told me horror stories of this place. He went there in the late seventies and apparently this place is still terrible.
