My daughter and her cousins attend here and they all seem to love it. Very friendly staff. I really do appreciate the quality of care my daughter recieves here. She has a great relationship with her teachers. I also love the picture updates of her fun activities!

Excellent staff that have been there for a long time. Teachers really care about the children and so many ways they keep us in touch. Wouldnt send me kids any where else. Worth getting in for sure

Has all the issues with regular typical childcare magnified by mismanagement that seems burned out and/or improperly trained. With poor training (staff often doesnt know), staffing coverage demand issues (think bleeding diaper rashes where you have to keep your child home to heal), cashflow issues (3.5 months for refunds), disconnected systems & processes, high turnover, improperly maintenanced toys & facilities (doors swinging right at your toddler from rushed staff), and smells like mold when its wet there... I would ask about and watch for these issues before leaving a loved one there

I called for details and rates and was advised that they don’t get those over the phone? The 2 minute Conversation I had with the person on the phone was very awkward and they constantly stumbled over their words didn’t sound like they knew what they were talking about? I’ve never called a daycare center that wouldn’t give me rates? And it said that I had to come in for a tour in order to obtain rates? Why would I waste mine & their time If they were going to be out of my price range? It just seemed very unprofessional from the whole two minute conversation. I already get a bad vibe from this place....

My nephews was taking away from their mom and into cps custody, it was huge change in our families life. At first we loved this place but as time went on we started noticing our two year old nose was never wiped. So much that you had to scape the dried up snot off with a warm rag and his shoes was always filled with sand with Little Rocks. He would walk around like that all day. The director of this location seemed to not like me for some reason and didn’t really care that the cps not finding us in a timely manner to pay the re enrollment fee. I explain to her that cps found a program to help us pay for it and that they should have something in the mail to her. The following Monday they kick us out the girl in the office yelling and moving her head side to side as if we was in a street fight, I have never cried so hard and my foster kid was upset. This daycare is absolutely not the place for your children the only thing I will miss is the wonderful women in the infant room. Not only was my foster son neglected by their staff they caused more trauma for him cause he couldn’t understand why he couldn’t go in. If they was more professional or cared about the children they could’ve pulled me into an office instead of yelling, holding the door in front other parents. They treated me as if I was trash. CPS called the director and spoke with her, she said I don’t about them and hung up on her. CPS was so upset they even filed a complaint against the company.

I have had a total of 6 children at child-time during the last few years, from a 1yr old to a 12yr old (for after school and summer care) and while nothing is going to be perfect all the time, i can say that Casey D. the director at this location is by far one of the best people i have seen in this kind of role. I work with charter schools in phoenix, tempe, mesa, and so while again, not perfect, this place far exceeds the average standards others uphold, and if they ever lose Casey I will pull all my kids out because she keeps that place running WELL When she is on vacation, you can TELL the DIFFERENCE ... its super hard to manage a staff who manages kids and make all parents and kids happy, and so I am pretty happy with the way she manages it all. I recommend this place also for the cleanliness, and caring they provide ... Ms. Ashley and Ms. Connie go ABOVE AND BEYOND to be great care providers to my group of crazy kids, and I appreciate them ALL!

Hello, i was going to sign my child up for child care but after visiting the location i decided not too. i was only in the building for about 20 minutes and so much transpired in those 20 minutes. I saw the site director buying drugs and also a teach jacked a student up by their shirt and was yelling. A mother stopped me and told me to run away from the place as fast as i can because her daughter has been attending since 6 weeks old and is now 3 year old and cries when she sees this evil place please STAY AWAY would not recommend they kept a pet let alone a child.

My child attends this school and it is wonderful! The teachers are so welcoming and communcate his whole day to me. They began an app that updates your childs day. It notifies you when your child has eaten, has been diapered, naps, and the teachers send fun pictures of him engaged in activites throughout the day! This app is wonderful and it shows me how engaged the teachers are with him as well. The management team is terrific! The Director Casey is so welcoming and personable and has made our family feel so welcome! She knows what is going on in her school because I get daily updates from her as well. This school is truly invested in the children that attend and I would recommend this school to everyone!

My nephews mom goes to pick him up and he has a huge red swollen welt across his eye and nose. They say he fell and hit his head on the corner of a table. If that was indeed the case, they should have called his mother IMMEDIATELY, not wait for her to walk in and see that. Makes me wonder if he actually fell or did something else happen.Unfortunately, G+ doesnt have a zero star option.

Awful place. My kids went for 3 days and I couldnt let them be there anymore.Day 1 my son had sand thrown in his face by another kid. Sure okay, this stuff happens, but then when I confronted the management about it nobody had any idea it happened and the other child wasnt disciplined. Ugh.Day 2. My other son took the bus there after school, when inside he went to do his home and some kid grabbed his homework pages crinkled them up and threw them across the room. However he didnt tell me about the incident until later at home. Again there were no reprocussions.Day 3. My son was punched and hit by an older age kid that should have been in a different group. When I confronted management I was told they had no idea about any of it as both my kids were right there saying they told her. Also, each day they were supposed to give my kids snack but never did. Both my kids said how hungry they were and that no food was offered.Absolutely disgusting human beings. When I asked for my money I pre-paid to be refunded they refused.STAY AWAY. LITERALLY ANYWHERE ELSE IS BETTER.

This is the 3rd time my son has came home with a scratch on his body. Now I understand that kids are kids and theyre going to fall and scrape their knees or arms here and there. But when it comes to his face or its a bad fall Id like an incident report and would assume the teachers would be aware of whats going on to know that he was injured and notify me but they dont. The first incident he had fallen on his face and scratched under his chin and in between his eyebrows I asked the teachers and office staff what had happened nobody had an explanation nor an incident report. I had to ask for an incident report. And what was written on that was an assumption as to what had happened. Last week on Friday he came home and had a bump and scratch on the right side of his forehead because he was at his grandmothers in the evening after daycare and I didnt pick him up I blew it off. Now today I pick him up from daycare and they said he had a good day, behaved well. I get home to wash his hands and both of his forearms are scratched not just a few knicks here and there its like he slid on the concrete. And once again tomorrow when I bring it up to the teacher they will have no idea as to what had happened because I didnt get an incident report today when I picked him up. Also this past fall we had a hard time getting the teacher in the evening to wipe my son. Since he was potty trained before others in his class they felt that he should know how to wipe himself and they shouldnt have to do it for him because he wasnt in a diaper. Although that was resolved after several wks of complaining it should have never happened. I had to literally pull my sons pants down in front of the office staff to show her that he hadnt been wiped inorder to get this resolved. The Director had me download this app on my phone to give me updates of my sons day. That way wed know who was in the class when he was going #2 and needing to be wiped. Problem was that and still is that the teachers dont stand by the bathroom doors like they should to know if he went #1 or #2 so Everytime they updated his bathroom time on the app he was always going #1. Now you cant tell me that my child isnt going #2 when your feeding him 3 or more times a day. Someone had left a review saying that the teachers are so involved with the kids sending you updates and photos through the app. Yes I get updates but Everytime I pick up my kids and theyre outside playing the staff is sitting in a chair hardly interacting with the kids or on thier phone. How are you supposed to be aware of whats going on around you and watching all these kids if youre sitting literally in the corner in a chair?! When I get my son from the 2s playground 90% of the time the teachers are on thier tablet or doing something ridiculous with each others hair. When I go into my sons class the teacher is snuggled up on the chair with her tablet. Yes I get it they have to do updates but do that when the kids arent awake and need your attention. Not when you should be interacting with them. I will be looking into filing a report on this daycare and finding a new one for my kids to attend.
