Its been hard to find a day care for our children that meets what we got from this place. We moved out of state and have been looking ever since. The staff were great, we got info about what our kids did all day and what they were taught, they were flexible, and cared well for the kids. We miss them and so do our children. Thanks for doing a great job Valley Child Care!

We love Valley! I cannot say enough how wonderful this daycare is! My daughter has been going to this daycare since she was 6 months old and is now almost 2. She’s always so happy to go and reaches out for her teachers with a big smile! Her day is filled with learning and activities and I couldn’t be more pleased with that. I’m so grateful for all the wonderful ladies watching over her and loving on her while I’m at work. It truly is a comfort. We have nothing but an amazing experience and I would highly recommend this daycare to everyone!

My 2 daughters attended Valley for 2 years. We loved the teachers, and only left for one reason. Ms. Kelly (family owns all valley childcare’s) who works front desk is horribly rude and un welcoming. I cannot emphasizes how rude she is. Every single day she acts over whelmed and mad. For 2 years I just ignored it, but enough was enough. Better childcare is out there.Giving three stars because my girls teachers (infant and toddler rooms) and Ashley (director) were caring and hard working.

My son came back from this place with 2 head injuries in a 3 month period, one required liquid stitches (attached pics for both injuries). Blurred out the injury that required stitches because its very graphic (left a scar on my childs forehead). They didnt even offer to pay for the medical bills.

We started at Valley when my daughter was 3 months old and now she’s almost 2 and we absolutely love it here. All of her teachers and staff give her so much love from the moment she walks in the door and as a parent, I couldn’t ask for more. Everyday when I pick her up she is reading, doing an activity, dancing, and most of all, she’s happy! This is the best school and I can’t say enough good things.

Valley Child Care & Learning Center is outstanding. The leadership is professional, courteous, caring and thoughtful. Classes are well organized and teachers are knowledgable and experienced. I have twins there now and they are always ahead of the schedule in their learning objectives. When you have twins things are crazy so its nice to know that you have someone in your corner like The Learning Center. Id recommend them to anyone.

My family has been trusting Valley Child care and learning Center with our children for over eight years now and we highly recommend them to others. After the birth of our second child I had to return to work earlier than I had expected. I had no problem handing over my sweet baby boy to the caring staff at Valley

Ive trusted VCCLC with all three of my children since 2000! Love the teachers here and my kids do too. The staff knows all the kiddos names, greets them every morning with hugs and smiles and sends them home with their cute little art projects and stories of the fun things they did that day. Picking up a happy child after a long day at work makes everyone happy, and so grateful that we have a place like Valley looking after our little ones!

My son has been attending Valley Child Care for a couple months now and I can already see a huge difference in his attitude towards school! He runs to class every morning & doesn’t want to leave at the end of the day. There doesn’t seem to be a large turn over rate & the staff always seems happy! I am so happy that we found this amazing school!

I was extremely nervous about putting my baby in daycare and Ashley definitely helped to put my mind at ease and helped us tremendously through the whole process. Highly recommend!

Would recommend this place! My two children (now 2.5 and 1 year old) love VCCLC. They both started at 12 weeks and you could tell they were comfortable there by the way they reached for their teachers when we arrived. Every day I get a report card of what they ate, when they napped, and all of the activities they participated in. The schedule is varied and has art, music, play, etc. The children occasionally get sent home with some of their art projects and my two year old is constantly singing new nursery rhymes from school. My children come home messy and happily exhausted. Frankly, VCCLC has taught my children more baby sign language and eating skills than I have at home. The facility is clean and safe with a keypad access and log in system. Cannot get anything of comparable quality for anything near the cost! Enjoy!

Our son has been going for the last year and a half and we just started our 3 month old as well. The front desk team is friendly, quick to help, and know everyone. All the teachers weve had with my son have been great. It was tough dropping a 3 month old baby off but the ladies in the infant room are so on top of everything and helpful even as i change the feeding schedule often. We are very happy here and have trust in everyone!

In looking for childcare, Ive visited a few places. In my opinion, they get two stars for having drop in rates, even for infants. They got another star for following up with me after my visit. Unfortunately, while I was there, at least one infant was screaming the entire time, and the workers did not respond very quickly. The other teachers all seemed very nice.

They have been phenomenal with my daughter. The front staff and teachers are friendly and seem to genuinely care about the kids. We had a very bad experience with a different daycare prior to this and within a few days here, my daughter was calm and comfortable during drop offs.

At first this child care seemed very impressive especially for offering daily rates...I thought with being in business for a good amount of time they would have enough patients with working with these kids unfortunately that was not the case. My daughters 1st day went well and as the days went on our experience and confidence in the care given here had dramatically decreased we tried everything even switching teachers. After a few weeks when my daughter and I were playing school she was acting in a terrible rude and harsh manner and so I asked my 5 year old who speaks to you that way and she stated her teachers by name at this institute, I did brushed it off in hopes that wasnt true because I didnt want to think her first experience with any type of school program to set the tone for school moving forward. Also, my daughter has never had a problem with lice and a month after attending this institute she had a head full of it when it was brought to our attention and she was sent home one of the teachers did mention that theyve had bugs in the past and that they took care of the problem but of course with my daughter coming home with them doesnt seem like it was taken care of. All the horror stories you hear about child care centers you hope nothing like that would happen to your child and you put a lot of hope and trust into these people. There are good and bad reviews I just hope this helps the next person and I hope that itll help their company to strive to do better for the sake of another family wanting to enroll their child.

I took my son here for a couple months part time. He started attending when he was 6 mos old. At first the care was great! Being a first time mom and new to the daycare scene I wasnt sure what to expect. After a while my son was getting frequent diaper rashes, only when he was in their care. I did make mention to the to the staff and they said that something would be said to the teachers. When I would pick him up at the end of the day he would often have a snotty nose, and food on his clothes and face.I did also notice on multiple occasions that they would allow the older kids in with the infants when the child/teacher ratios were too high in other rooms. The first time I saw this there was an older child pulling an infants hair and hitting him on the head. I was not ok with this, on this same occasion I walked into the building and heard my son crying so loudly i could hear him from the entrance. I was told that he had been crying and wouldnt go back to sleep. I am not sure why no one picked him up and soothed him. I am still upset about this.Every time that I brought my son back to VCCLC after having him home to recover from a cold, he would instantly get sick again. I know that infants get sick frequently, but not like this. He was exposed to viral croup, and the diaper rashes were so bad.I called and let the center know that I wasnt bringing my son back and that I was moving him to a daycare center that was closer to my place of work. I think that if your child is older this place would be ok, but not for infants and and toddlers.

My child went here for 3 days. They called me every day, because they couldnt handle him Hes 3! I hace worked in childcare and never in my life did I ever call a parent to pick up their child, because I couldnt handle them. In 3 years I have never had a daycare say they couldnt handle my child. I disenrolled him today and now they are calling me and saying I owe 131.00 for 3 days when I have DES. Never once during the enrollment process did they say there was an enrollment fee nor did they mention it would be 21.00 a day on top of what des pays. My goodness!! I would never pay 100.00 a month on top of DES. I would have never agreed to that. Do yourself a favor and dont waste your time with this money hungry uneducated corporation .
