The program is excellent. I just miss the previous director. She was more parent oriented, and she was willing to work with us for the best of the kids and our families. She was always willing to go the extra mile. The new director is professional but she lacks that sense of empathy and connections with parents. She could be more sensitive to needs and be more open to do a little extra when needed.

As they say these days, Its the app for me! Getting updates on my kiddos day, picture mail, videos, even just to see what was served for lunch. Just brings me joy. Knowing that my children are learning the bible and getting a general education is awesome.The staff is well put together. They really seem to care. I just really love that.

The school seems very dissent and clean for kids but the way the receptionist react and the way she treat non white person is horrible in my opinion, we went to see twice if the school fit my child,the first day my son was a little nervous and crying she asked me if we checked on him if he has autism? I told her I’m physician my son have no Autism she shakes her head, The second we went she told us she doesn’t have space for now with two weeks it has been 6weeks today,we did not get call.

My daughters been going here for a while now, the teachers there a genuine and extremely caring. My and the teacher parent communication is very good. They are very good on informing parents of anything going on within the facility from classroom partys to even the news of what illnesses, if any have floated its way into your childs classroom.My daughter has also had the opportunity to connect with teachers, specially Nana, Miss Vickie, her previous classroom teacher, Miss Vanessa and Miss Brianna! She adores them as they are extremely genuine and caring! Those are just some of the few teachers my daughter has had a chance to connect with very quickly!

My children have been here for almost a year now, and let me tell you there’s no other place I’d rather have them.The teachers are amazing, very understanding and LOVING. My children have learned the word of god, love one another and how to play with other children.It’s also very clean and a very safe place. I’m glad my babies attend Elite Preschool ❤️

I love this daycare, my son loves it too!! He’s excited to come everyday! The ladies here are professional and really do care for all the kids, they are super helpful, the rooms are always clean and they ensure the kids are being safe at all times and practice good hygiene habits always!! I’m happy I made the move here!!

My two children ages 2 and 3 have attended Elite Preschool and Learning Center for around a year now.What I like the most about this facility:They always greet you with a warm and inviting smile and are very friendly. They all go above and beyond to make sure you have a positive experience. The staff all know my children on a personal level and greet them by their names when they see them including the cook and the front staff. I like how clean it is when I visit or drop off and pick up my children. The teachers all seem to really care about their students. I really feel like they take an interest in the individual childs well being and how they are doing. They communicate with me, the parent, very well. They have an app and always answer the phone when I call. I like the activities they do with the kids. I love that they have a very structured and consistent schedule.What I like the least:I wish the food was better quality. For what the tuition rate is I would expect more for the food quality. My children have attended 3 other facilities(Once we moved and the other two times I did not like the facilities) and Im sad to say I think the food here is the one I liked the least. I like that they have fruits but a lot of the food seems processed like canned food. I wish it was more fresh. Also, I think it would be important for me to note that I havent seen every dish/meal/snack theyve had but for the ones I have seen I feel they could be better.I dont like that they will charge you for the whole week even when they are closed for a holiday or for training.Biting- I noticed other reviews mention biting and that the reviewer did not feel that it was properly addressed. As a parent myself I understand where they are coming from when in that situation but if you do research even a simple google search youll see biting is a common behavior. My kids have both been bitten several times throughout their time here and at other providers previously but I understand it is a normal behavior for their age even though it is not a welcomed behavior and the staff do their best to prevent this behavior or to redirect the children. Ms.Vickie is great, she has been both of my childrens teacher, my little one even asks about her over the weekend sometimes. Ms. Kayla and Ms.Ashley are also awesome and really good with the kids. I do not go to church here or work here.

My son has been attending elite since he was 6 weeks old and he is now 2. I also have my 7 week old daughter at elite. My son has learned a lot from all this teachers. And the teachers are very patient with my son. My daughters teacher are so amazing. Elite preschool is a very well establishment. I recommend this preschool. All the teachers here are very well educated, patient and so loving. The administration team is also very understanding when is come to the needs of my children.The director she is awesome.

My daughter attends Elite and we love it! I love the socialization for her, and she has such a good relationship with her teachers! We have had 0 issues with Elite, and we’ve been here for almost a year!

My son used to attend this daycare about 3 years it was okay but there was a teacher who name Ms Irene I witnessed with my own eyes her grab 2 students by there arm really hard on 2 different occasions. After witnessing it the second time I removed my son, Hopefully she doesn’t work there anymore .

Top Quality education. Our kids were among one of the first students at Elite. The education they received has been a great foundation for their success today. Teachers and facilities are world class.

Elite is a 2-star center for a reason. Its sub-standard in so many ways. Most of the favorable reviews were written by church staff as you can see when you check out the church website. I absolutely loved working there until I saw so many unsafe and unsanitary conditions. Children deserve the best and this is definitely not it. Dont take my word for it. See for yourself and trust your instincts. Ask Monique and her team about their qualifications and what it takes to be a 2-star center.

My son started at Elite preschool and learning center when he was 2 years old and now he is 10 years old, it has been a joy to see him grow in the LORD and to Experience how much he learns about GOD, he has learned so much over the years and I’m very thankful for ALL the teachers who loved him, teach him And guide him to become a respectful young men, for ever thankful for Elite preschool and All the staff.

My daughter has attended elite since she was 8weeks old and is now 3years old. They have wonderful teachers in every class that taught her so much. We are truly grateful to have found such a wonderful center.

My Daughter’s both attended Elite for years and really enjoyed the after school program. They liked their teachers and I really liked that they would have to do homework and not just play. The teachers work hard to help the kids and the staff is always respectful when I come in greeting me with good morning or good afternoon and they always update me on things going on or coming up that I need to know.

We have our two sons here; one in kindergarten and the other in the infant room. Both boys really enjoy attending this school. Ms. Abbey is the kindergarten teacher and does a great job! Our entire family is really happy with her and what she does everyday for the kiddos! She has a special place in our oldest life. Ms. Mande is great in the infant room too. She makes a point to do art projects with the infants everyday. She gives them love unlike other day care that hes been to. The staff is very welcoming and caring, I can really see that they love working with the kids. I would highly recommended this day care and kindergarten!!

I have attended Grace Walk Church for the past 8 year and have been employed with them for the past 6 years. I have never seen my employer not be fair with its employees and more often see when they have tolerated much for the sake of giving grace to each individual. There comes a time though when tough and difficult decision must be made, but rarely do I ever see that relationship broken with those individuals because of the recognized grace that was given and the relationships are maintained. I love my employers because of that and I’m proud to be employed by such a loving and integral organization like this one. I don’t have children who attend the preschool, but I can tell you when I began my employment on this property, there was another preschool renting the facility before we decided to implement our own Christian based preschool, where I constantly heard and saw disorganization and lack of love for the children. With our staff over the care of these children, all I ever see is happy children who enjoy being here.

I personally do not recommend this place. I read reviews of places when I am unfamiliar with them so here are my two cents. I brought my 7-week old daughter here to go back to work, not having anyone to help out. I loved the fact that it was a Christian church as well as having Christian owners. At first, I was happy with the place and I liked the director they had. All of a sudden, the director changed and many things changed, too. I walked into my babys room one afternoon and found the teacher yelling at a crying baby like he was a dog. As she sat him down hard, she pointed her finger at him and yelled, SIT! Exactly like a dog. She then proceeded to push my babys bottle in her mouth because she dropped it. She didnt know I had entered the room because her back was toward the door. She kept saying to herself, if she doesnt come in so time, I am gonna go crazy! That is absolutely unacceptable to me. Of course I expressed my concerns with the director, but her response was: She never acts like that. She is good to the babies. She was having a bad day. I hope you can forgive her. Uhh no. Too many teacher went in and out of this daycare. Many employees leaving and many new ones coming in. Id pick up my baby and someone random was taking care of her. If too many teachers go in and out of a classroom, they will not learn the special needs of certain babies. Also, my baby would come home with random bumps and bruises on her forehead. All they could say is accidents are bound to happen, especially at this age. Yes, I understand that but not twice a week. She never had an accident at home. Sometimes I would express concerns to the director and she would just go in circles repeating the same thing over and over without getting anywhere. This just made me not even want to bother. And just like that, I took my baby to another daycare where I now feel comfortable... AND some of her buddy babies from Elite were now at her new daycare because of unhappy parents.Again, this is all my opinion... everyone will want to try on their own and see for themselves :)

We cherish Gracewalk church and their amazing educational staff! I definitely recommend them!!!!!!

They have a great teaching staff that really care about the kids. I like that they have great programs that keep the kids active. They are Quality First rated which Sunrise and Tutor Time is even rated by Quality First. Its an awesome preschool, Id recommend Elite to anybody.

We have truly treasured the time our daughter has been in the 3 year old classroom, all she has learned and each teacher/staff member (special shout out to Ms. Erica and Karen) that have been such a positive influence on her. I believe that your unique mix of education, play and Christian teaching has provided our daughter an amazing first step to stand on with her education and we as parents are very thankful. (only leaving Elite because we moved)

It’s amazing and there really kind and fun

First of all I wanted to say that elite is a fraud. Not only did I have children attending there but I have also worked there for a while, Ive seen and experienced things for myself and I might seem nice but too many things are covered up. The food stinks, kids dont get enough. They constantly enroll kids that have behavior issues, that hurt other kids that are very disrespectful, and loose the kids that have been there for a while because of something happening to them. When yu try to tell the parents whats going on office tries to cover for the children and hides the incident reports. Saying that we had to encourage positive behavior, which get yu nowhere cause you dont have help or back up from our supervisors. These kids need help the teachers need help and most of the office personnel dont know what to do or simply dont care. Elite is also very cheap, yes they charge field trip fees, activity cost and such but say they are on a budget and most trips include a visit to the public splash pads which are free, dont get treats at the movies, used to have field trips to the library, and just have water days at the center. Most teachers dont last long especially in the threes class. They claim they hire experienced teachers but most come from high school and others are lost when placed in classrooms. Also FYI most positive comments on elite come from workers or people that are with the church/ daycare just saying so dont be fooled.

Elite Preschool in Phoenix has made us very happy! Our daughter, Maria, is doing great in school. She scored above average in all the areas. So from our family, Thank you very much!

I went to get a tour and after walking through the very clean church I was expecting something very nice. Well I seen the ones and twos rooms and they smelled and were very dirty. I seen kids eating lunch and it looked like all the food came out of cans very disgusting. All the toys (very little toys)furniture and carpets were so dirty I didnt want my son to touch any of it throughout the tour. The outdoor playground again was dirty and lacked playground furniture and didnt look fun at all. As a mother to any other mothers reading this review I would never take my son to that daycare. I was just looking for a part time place because I am a stay at home mother and just wanted 1 to 2 days a week and they didnt offer part time only full time for anyone wondering.

I am so happy I found a place where I can feel comfortable taking my children. Not only do I know that they are getting great care but also a great education.

I would give this school no star if it was an option. When I went in to confront them about a bruise/bite on my daughters arm and a big bruise/bump on her forehead that was not reported to me, they had nothing to say about it. The pastors wife shoved a dis-enroll paper in my face to remove my kids because she couldnt handle my frustrations or come up with a solution. This facility in the last month has focused on money, sitting behind computers and all the paperwork to neglect the true care children deserve. They allow abuse and have no remorse or solution to the problem.

My two boys have been attening Elite Preschool for over a year and they love it. My four year old learns something new everyday and has learn so much about the Lord. My 10 year old loves the after school program. They help him with his homework everyday. Working a 10to7 having his homework done helps me out A LOT. He also loves their summer program and all the awsome fieldtrips they have.

Best preschool my kids have ever been to. The teachers are well trained and the facility is first rate.
