COVID-19 rates are steadily increasing in the area, over 13,000 cases in Peoria County. What happens? BACK TO SCHOOL! Seriously no consideration for the health of students, this is the reason the pandemic isnt under control.

Being a student during the pandemic is hell and they should have never opened till it was done. Its constantly being swarmed with work during a time where mental health is key. They expect you to get it all done and be able to run to the school often for notes. It screws over many students who cant learn digitally and should be taken into consideration before enrolling since this is how they function in a time of crisis

Im currently in 8th grade in this district, and looking back, PSD150 was a struggle when i first came to Peoria in August of 2012. When i first went to Kellar for kindergarten, it became a bit of a bossy school. Some of the teachers were mean or basically trying to make me emotional.. well, at least there were SOME teachers in Kellar that werent bossy.. But overall, after going to Hines Primary School and Von Steuben Middle School, i would say the district is a bit of a mixed bag honestly. Its like a 50/50 chance of it being bad or good.

The district does of some great funny teachers. But my problem is a principal from MBS. She at times can seem rude and always thinks that she is right and the student is wrong. Been there, done that and Im happy Im through with it.

Students were ready to learn!

These great teachers at Trewyn Elementary, and all the other schools, deserve air condition in all classrooms. How do you expect the children to learn and teachers to teach in these conditions. Please allow everyone to be successful in a conformtable environment.

I hate this school. We have teachers who teach us a single lesson a month. Then we have teachers who give you detention for doing nothing wrong at all, like slouching. The school dosnt even have doors to the toilets. We have sexual predators here and more. Feel free to send your child to PSDepression. They will never be the same, to say the least... Id give this school -999999999 stars if i could on the rating but it only goes down to 1 star.

My daughter has had several amazing teachers who have gone above and beyond through the years. And yet the district promised an IEP and then refused to approve it till 7th or 8th grade. My daughters one on one aid changes daily and the new aid is NEVER given instructions on my childs needs. And the District kept hounding parents to take the survey earlier in The year which I did. Then they made my daughter take it on my behalf even though I had done it already. And that survey really only addresses teachers...not Administration, Superintendent or the school board --- so why push us to take it every year? The State report card says it all and we are a great big F!!!!

Im currently a students here, and this is 0 bias. I hate it... A few good teachers here and there, but overall trash. Peoria doesnt know when and where to put there effort and money, therefore leaving our city completely unbalanced. Need to get rid of some kids, and use different types of discipline. They, the district, say we cant punish the kids or the parent swill yell at us to us, but school alone is the punishment. They give it in the wrong way. They display anger at kids by just saying Do it on your own, you obviously dont need my help, an we respond as yes, we do! To bad we just dont want it... But thats in fault of our city, Peoria Illinois being so instable itself the kids think itll all be fine. Fix it please, I want to grow up and stay here with my family! But with the way things are now Id like to move, far away! thats the end of my rant. KO

It’s alright,not the best district ever I mean the K-8 grade is okay but what I’m not okay with is that they have to wear uniforms and nobody wants to wear them. Middle school and high school has a bunch of drama and need to get rid of some of the students . If we do that then district 150 would be a lot better.

Im sad that there isnt an option for 0 stars because that is what this school gets, there is only problem with this school and that is Mrs. Vynke! She constantly bashes kids and says racial slurs towards them. BS
