I’m one of the “senior” members here. I was a complete OTF addict prior to joining Taekwondo. I hesitated for a long time thinking it was just for the kids, if that’s you don’t hesitate this place is great! I did use my kids as an excuse to go initially but I am loving the workout, discipline and growth for myself as much as for her.If you’re looking for a rewarding workout look no further! The atmosphere is amazing the people are amazing and Master Cam is top notch!

Outstanding TKD academy. My son has been going here for months and looks forward to every class. Master Cam and team thoroughly promote the tenets of TKD: Courtesy, Integrity, Perseverance, Self-Control, and Indomitable Spirit. The growth your child receives here is both physical and mental - instilling positive values and good life lessons (examples - sharing good news, developing and recognizing good character, instilling confidence). I highly recommend KCTKD - it is a true gem here in Parker. Sit in on one of their classes and you will see a room full of great kids - not just another martial arts class.

This place is awesome! I love the structure and I have really enjoyed seeing my son grow in Taekwondo as well as a better person with the values they teach. Master Cam and all the instructors are so helpful and amazing with the children. My son took private lessons with Reese and she was so great with the lesson plan! My son got so much out of the private lessons. I am very impressed on how they adapted with COVID and if you are thinking about getting your child group or private lessons I highly recommend! You’re child will be learning more than just Taekwondo!

Master Cam is absolutely amazing! He is a great instructor and it fantastic with the kids. All of the instructors and staff I have had the privilege to meet are awesome as well! The facility is large, clean, and overall very well put together. They have a variety of equipment for training including some fun tech gadgets! My kids (and nieces) thoroughly enjoy attending class there and I really enjoy the structure and discipline offered. I highly recommend Kim & Cams Taekwondo!

My kids love KCTKD and I love KCTKD. My kids have been going there a year now. A year ago my son (a first grader at the time) was having big problems focusing and about 6 months into his KCTKD journey, his teacher commented on how much his focus had improved. So much that she was able to move him up to the next level reading group. My daughter (now a fourth grader) is very shy and wouldn’t volunteer or speak up. This month, one of her teachers told me that she is taking more risks and raising her hand more. I contribute their positive transition to KCTKD. The instructors work with them on their focus and encourage them to get involved. They are positive role models in my kids lives.During the COVID-19 pandemic, KCTKD continued. They didn’t close down but instead offered classes online. This was the one thing in my kids lives that was a constant and brought some stability during a time where everything else was turned upside down or was taken away. My kids have been resilient throughout this whole ordeal and I attribute a lot of their resiliency to the innovation and support of Master Cam and the other instructors at KCTKD.I would highly recommend KCTKD to anyone that is thinking about enrolling their child in a TKD program.

I highly recommend KCTKD! If you are searching for Taekwondo lessons you have to give Master Cam and his amazing instructors a try! My 8 year old has been going for almost 3 years and has learned so much more than Taekwondo and my younger son who is 4 just started and asked Master Cam if he could please add more classes, he loves it! I appreciate the schedule, online private lessons, the option to do either in-class or online learning and in-person or online belt testing. And if you are like me and need to keep your kids busy over the summer, try the summer camps, they are INCREDIBLE! Probably the highlight of my 8 year olds summer! He loved it so much, he went twice!!

We are so glad our son is training at Kim & Cams. The life skills he is learning through martial arts are invaluable. The training is great physical and mental exercise. Master Cam and the instructors are encouraging, but also help the kids learn self- discipline and accountability. Really love this place!

Master Cam and the other teachers at the Kim & Cams Taekwondo Academy have been an amazing impact on our family. Both my boys have been attending for a month and in that short amount of time they have improved their grades and are more willing to jump on their homework and help me with chores. There have been no other changes in our lives so I attribute it directly to Master Cam. Plus, they are having a great time at each session and are excited to go every time! So glad that they are here in Parker. Also, easy to reach and very responsive. We look forward to being part of this studio for years to come.

I can’t say enough about Master Cam and KC TKD Academy. We’ve been practicing TKD here for almost 5 years & it keeps getting better and better. Even during remote learning, Master Cam has been creative with his trainings/workouts for our family (which includes 3 black belt students) and consistent with his expectations.

My son has gained so much personal confidence since he began attending Kim & Cams Academy. Its helped him learn how to focus and has definitely helped him develop character in other areas of his life. We are thankful for Cam especially because he is able to gain respect and attention of the kids without being aggressive or mean. Its a very positive, yet challenging environment.

My son absolutely loves attending classes here. Master Cam does a wonderful job communicating with the students and the parents. He has a very good rapport with his students. The academy is very clean and well-maintained. There is a wonderful viewing area for parents. We felt very comfortable here from the first moment we walked in the door.

I found this school to be authentic;- You dont get another belt just by attending a few months and paying a testing fee.- World Taekwondo Federation standards are taught, not an untested local version.- Taekwondo is a real martial art that also produces significant health benefits.I found this school to be excellent:- Aerobic exercise, flexibility, and speed Training. Maintain or improve strength.- Builds confidence and calm.- You want to learn to do things right, and Master Cam is excellent.- Self discipline is everywhere. Even Master Cam trains to be better, just as he wants all his students to do.- Most schools have a master who is very good, but not all of those masters have a teachers eye. By that I mean being very observant, determined to lead each student to improve, and creative in helping them get there.- Fellow students are encouraging and helpful. If youre having trouble doing something right, theyll try to help you correct it. If you succeed, they are happy with you.- Facility is large and modern. Good area for parents, grandparents, or the next class to wait or observe.- Self defense is taught, to be able to deal with a variety of situations.

My sons lesson with Master Cam was both memorable and fun! He had the opportunity to try many skills and use lots of equipment, while getting a great workout. My son even broke a board! Master Cams ability to instruct and relate to kids is amazing and special. Anyone can tell that Master Cam has experience and genuine enthusiasm when it comes to Taekwondo and teaching kids. We cant wait until our baby is old enough to try out this great facility, too!

I have not worked directly with Master Cam in his Taekwondo Academy, but know him as an individual, and can attest to his love of his craft and his passion for working with children. Master Cam says his work is not work at all - that its his calling and I believe that. Hes a great leader and I believe that children of all ages would benefit from working with him.

Master Cameron is a fantastic teacher. His passion for Taekwondo is contagious, and he brings out the best in every athlete. You wont find anyone in the area as committed as committed and supportive as he is. I would recommend everyone to try one of his classes!

One of THE best Taekwondo schools in Parker, and the greater Denver area, and indeed the state of Colorado. Especially for competitive Taekwondo training. Master Cam is dedicated, talented and totally committed to improving the skills, capability and mindset through training at the school as well as joint training sessions with other competitive schools. Our son competed at the AAU Nationals thanks to the training at KC TKD.Although it is a competition focused school, it is a fun, family oriented school for the entire family.I would highly recommend this school.

This place is wonderful. Master Cam is great with the kids! My son has been going for over a year and just earned his purple belt. He is now afraid to do anything wrong around the house for fear of disappointing Master Cam. Thanks for being a great example and for giving me another tool in my parenting arsenal!

I was blown away by the professionalism and structure of Kim and Cams Taekwondo Academy! Before leaving the Academy Master Cam told me I had to break a thick pine board! I had never done anything like this before and really was unsure about if I could break it or not. Master Cam though reassured me that I could do it! So I mustered up the courage and over came my fear and I DID IT! I broke through the pine board! I really like over coming my fears and Master Cam and Steph were instrumental in facilitating me to over come my fear of breaking a board!Overall I can definitely say I am better person from going to Kim and Cams Taekwondo Academy!Thank you Master Cam and Steph!! I will be back!

Master Cam is a wonderful teacher of Tae Kwon Do, particularly for kids. Our six year old son has been a student for several months now, and always looks forward to Tae Kwon Do class. Master Cam is patient, concerned for his students, and does a fantastic job sharing the tenets and skills of Tae Kwon Do. We would highly recommend KCTKD!!
