My son was going to a before and after program at his school and it was just not working out. The director always had something negative to say. Since switching my son to Eagle Harbor KinderCare, his attitude has improved, the communication is amazing, he asks to stay later to engage in their activities. Thank you to his teachers, Ms. Faye and Ms. Tina for accepting him with open arms!

All of my grandchildren attend KinderCare. They learn so much and make the transition to school easy. KinderCare is home away from home.Gammy highly recommends KC.

My daughter was in VPK here and enjoyed it very much. I felt like she looked forward to it everyday. I appreciated the app and the pictures sent to me daily. Ms. Faye the director was awesome. She’s very enthusiastic and makes you feel at home. My daughter’s teachers were very sweet as well! Unfortunately, because of Covid her school year ended early. I would however recommend this daycare/preschool if you are looking!

My child has been in the two year old classroom for a few months. She comes how full of knowledge and it’s beautiful to see! The facility is VERY clean and the staff is welcoming and energetic. They truly made me feel confident in putting my child in their school.

Great daycare center, the staff is very friendly and compassionate, I feel like this place is truly like a second home for my child and feel completely comfortable with KinderCare and all the staff during these troubling times. They check the kids temperatures when they come in for the day and I always see them cleaning when I pick her up in the afternoon.

Not a bad place overall from what I saw during the tour. The director of the facility has nice energy and the teachers were helpful. However, I was really bummed to see the state of the 2 year old class pets being near death today(betta fish). I feel the concept was awesome as fish offer a calm visual and even an interactive one concerning animals and how to care for them. Plus a kid friendly/themed tank ( like a cute monster, Frozen, etc) would really add to the room and for sure make future visiting parents/kids smile.

Kindercare at Eagle Harbor is a wonderful childcare facility. Mrs. Larnell, in the Infant room, is the best! I absolutely love her! I know my baby is in THE BEST HANDS when she is there! The management team has been very responsive when any issues have arisen. I have complete confidence in the facility to keep my children safe and help them grow in a safe and nurturing environment. I also absolutely love the app that allows me to monitor my kids through the day! The pictures of my children are awesome and I love seeing what they are doing and eating throughout the day! The current precautionary measures being taken give me complete peace of mind that my kids will be safe while still having fun. Thank you Kindercare! My family looks forward to many years at this school!

KinderCare is AMAZING! Its a great feeling knowing my daughter who started at age 3 (now 4) loves to go to school. Her teachers have always been so wonderful with concerns I have had and have been so patient with my daughter during these times. I work at the military Child Development Center and this was only going to be temporary care until she could get in at my job.... I have removed her from the wait list because I am so happy with her going to KinderCare. My 6yr old had to go there during the summer and still asks to go back to see her old teachers and says she cant wait for this summer to go back.

My daughter used to attend daycare at a different center in Jacksonville when she was a toddler- it was a horrible experience. I was hesitant about putting her in another learning center for VPK but felt so good about enrolling her at this center after touring the center and meeting with the center directors. I would 10/10 recommend this center to anyone looking for a place to send their child. The staff and teachers are so wonderful and kind; they even go out of their way to make my two year old feel special when we come to pick up my daughter. I’m actually kind of sad that my daughter won’t be attending KinderCare next year; the hands on learning they do here is so great, they have so many fun events to get the students and parents involved in school, and it is just such a great learning atmosphere. I fully attend on sending my 2 year old here when it’s his turn for VPK, we’ve just had the best experience with this KinderCare!

This center has changed my daughters outlook on learning for the better. I am so glad we stumbled upon Kindercare Eagle Harbor. The staff is helpful and very knowledgeable. The teachers take time to get to know tour child and how your child learns. I appreciate everyone at this center!

We love our daycare center so much! We started bringing our son here at 3 months and have always felt confident in the care he is receiving. Ms. Faye, Tina, Dionne, Tasha, Diane, Lornell, and Marissa always listen to us, and make us feel comfortable. As new parents, this is especially important to us. Thank you for providing such great care for our son when we can’t be with him! You can’t put a price on piece of mind.

We chose this center location in 2009 when I needed care for both my 2 year old and after school care. Since then we have attended their vpk program for 3 more of our children. The faculty are a combination of the greatest teachers and helpers that we have ever encountered. The facility is always clean and very welcoming! They have special programs that utilize art and music to help with the learning process that our children desperately need in order to have a complete, rounded education. We have never been happier with a care center and will continue to use them as long as we can.

I absolutely love this facility. After touring many daycares and giving up hope to finding a daycare that would ease all my parenting fears and worries I found Kindercare! Let me say that all of the staff and providers are extremely friendly and positive. I love them all and they take great care of my baby. My baby is so far advanced and I truly believe it is because of the positive learning environment at this facility. I highly recommend!

Great place, very clean and the staff is amazing!

My twin boys have been going to KinderCare since they were 8 weeks old. They learned so much throughout each classroom as they hit each and every milestone. The teachers have been great and center management has always been there to answer questions and solve problems quickly. My boys are now almost to the point of aging out of the schoolage room. They have always loved summers at KC because of all the awesome field trips they get to go on each week!! KinderCare has become an extra family for us!!

My son is in vpk and my 5 month old is with the infants. The teachers and staff are very kind and handle every situation with the children in mind. My son loves Ms. Susan, who reads to his class, and Ms. Falynns kindness does wonders for him . thanks yall. Keep it up!

We love kindercare! All the staff is great, you can tell the director Ms Faye and assistant director Ms Tina really care about the kids and making sure every child has the best day he/she can! They do so many wonderful activities with them that as a new mom I would never think of! My son started with them at 8 weeks old and will be there for many years to come.

I fell in love with this facility before I had the opportunity to visit. I was stationed in VA at the time and from my initial call, in my search for a daycare, I instantly got that warm and fuzzy from the infant teacher. My oldest has grown in this kindercare for 5yrs and my youngest for 3yrs. From infant to VPK, the educational curriculum has been well above average. The staff is very personable and its clearly obvious they do not come to work to earn a paycheck... They genuinely love all their kids. The staffs relationship with the parents is nothing short of wonderful. Parents and students matter and I wish I couldve stayed long enough for my 3yr old to complete her early education.

I absolutely love KinderCare. I have been researching daycares for quite sometime before starting my job and i have to say this is by far the best one ive toured and had experience with. My daughter who is 2 years old has never been in daycare or really even away from me and she is doing great going here. She cried for the first couple days when being dropped off but the teacher Mrs. Sable has taken extra steps in making sure my daughter is comforted. When i go to pick up my daughter after work she is always so happy playing with the other kids and having a great time. I would highly recommend this daycare!!

For anyone that loves and cherished the well being of children, Kindercare is that second parent that loves and cherishes your child the same. As the parent of 3 boys, all that attended Kindercare at the same time, there was no difference in the love, caring and level of service and commitment that was shown to each one of my children. My kids were ages 7, 3 and 1 when first attending Kindercare. My 3 and 1 year old had never been left in another persons care. Knowing this Kindercare made sure that a bond of trust was made between my kids and their teachers. Also the level of education that Kindercare provides cannot be matched with any other faculty in the area. That means a lot to me. Kindercare will always be my first and only recommendation for childcare.

This place has teachers that are impatient. They talk to parents as if they are children. This is a great place if you would like to be constantly nagged by women that think they know everything which they dont.

Kindercare is like a 2nd home for my family ! The management & staff never fails to greet us with a warm smile and always goes above and beyond for my 2 children. My daughter started in ms.michelles 3s class only knowing her colors and some numbers & a year later I am so proud to say that she is now blending letter sounds & can even tell me greetings in Spanish ! My son loves this attending during the summer & has a blast on all the field trips ! Time is always well spent here at Eagle Harbor Pkwy Kindercare

My first kindercare experience. It was great. I hate I had to PCS to Ca. Ms. Donna, Ms Michelle, Falynn, Ms Sandra, Ms Tina and I cannot forget Ms Faye was the best. I do not think i will find a kindercare on west coast to compare. Love and miss them all. ~Barlow/Jessie Family

6 days into kindercare, I gave them linen, they never used it. Gave them diaper ointment, never used it. They dont always test the formula after heating it. And in 8 hours my baby got a diaper rash which included a blister on his scrotum! I withdrew him after 6 days and they refuse to reembuirse me for registration fees. I even tried to speak with the regional director about the matter, they didnt seem to care to much. Also, they put my sons diaper on so tight it left a red indention on his belly.

I can not say enough good things about this center! My son attended for VPK with Ms Tiffany and was SO EXCITED each day to go! He loved it so much we actually kept him their after VPK was over! Once he moved on to Elementary School I enrolled my 2 year old and I cant rave enough about her teachers! Ms. Sabel and Ms. Jackie have brought out such a light in my shy little one! And in addition to that she is learning colors, letters, numbers, etc - we hear her playing with her toys at home counting (correctly) saying colors of items and even singing her abcs :)

I absolutely love this daycare !!!! my daughters been to a couple different day cares that I hated so Id take her to another which there was always something going on or wrong with the other that I didnt like and when I found kinder care I was relieved because not only is it clean the teachers are amazing !!!! Great staff great daycare all I can say is kinder care is amazing !!!! I cant not tell you how much I love this place and so does my daughter
