Had an interview here . The door had a note on it stating that if you don’t have a code to the door to call the number on the paper. I called the number, she picked up at 1:37 & my interview was at 1:30 and I completely understood the not answering part because it’s a daycare I get that. The part that bothered me was how she answered the phone. I simply stated that I was here for an interview & that I couldn’t get in so I called the number and she was so rude to me. No matter how mad you get everybody knows you can’t project that off onto other people especially in a childcare center. Smh I hope you guys get it together honestly.

I would give this place a zero if I could. I worked here for one day and it was literally the worse daycare I have ever worked for. Very unorganized place, came in my first day and was throw into a room by myself with no regulation on how things was ran. Have been calling the daycare because they still DID NOT pay me for the day that I worked. The center has major licensing concerns that needs to be addressed. I wouldn’t even bring my dogs here to be watched.

My son has been going there for a couple months now, I can honestly say this is the first daycare Ive found that true cares about about taking care of your children and their safety. The teachers are awesome and caring. The director takes the time out to discuss how your child is adjusting to the center and is willing to help out any way possible. Id definitely recommend this daycare to anyone looking for childcare.

The owner was very unprofessional. I was simply just asking for information for my son to go the another daycare in a different county. She never sent me the information I asked for I had to call multiple times. And then had the nerve to get hostile with me on the phone and said she’ll do it when she can get to it and hung up in my face with an attitude. And when I called back she shut me down quick and wouldn’t let me explain and hung up in my face again . I would suggest you not bring your child there if you don’t won’t to be treated unruly. 🙅🏽‍♀️

My daughter loves it here. I am not average mom and I tend to be over bearing sometimes. But this place is awsome. If I have an concern or problem I Voice it and its taken care of. HIGHLY recommended it to any mom looking for a safe, fun, clean facility.

Both my boys 1 year old and 3 years old go here for since feb. they both love it. my 1 year old knows so many words now he speaks them clearly. my 3 year old is finally getting his numbers down. i recommend taking your kids here

Never had so many issues with a daycare center until recently. Being in the military, we are held to a higher standard. There should be no exception when it comes to the care of a child. I was NEVER informed about minor injuries/mishaps with my son. Did NOT inform me about the fact they were having issues with him during nap time until he came home with NO SOCKS! Then, waited until the next day to have me come in because they were having issues with him not listening and was NOT informed of what happened the day before until I dropped him off. How is a parent suppose to correct the behavior when Were not notified WHEN ITS OCCURING? Plus, I also mentioned several times before hand that you must be firm and to stop nurturing him. Hes 3, Im a single mother in the military.... The lack of communication and respect is inexcusable and unacceptable.

These people are rude, disrespectful, and should be shut down!! They do not follow DCF standard code at all!! The director should have her license taken away, she does not know how to run a daycare. Saying I didn’t pay when I did, being overcharged, my kids being tought horrifying things that is being repeated to this day, and not actually learning anything in the VPK class. This facility is always dirty, not enough teachers available to assist, and the director just sits in her office while the teachers are doing the best they can with what their given. This place has no care for children just money. If you ask a question to the director, she will be extremely disrespectful and immediately be rude to you right away!! My children’s things always turned up missing or even given away to other students including diapers and wipes I provided daily because my son would just “run out”. If I knew how to properly get this reported I would in a heartbeat along with the other parents that unenrolled their children due to the same problems I had. I truly hope this daycare gets shut down. It is downright terrible

Well besides the tape on the front door near the lock because shes too cheap to have it repaired, or the roach I killed by the door to the infant room, their is rarely if ever 2 people there in the morning like their is supposed to be. Not opening on time, my son could be here 7 hours and some how go through 10 Pampers and still managed to come home with someone else pamper with their kids initials and his baby wipes always coming up missing. His bottle or sippy cup being put away wet so it just grew mildew which is why I took them home daily because they would smell. They clean in the morning and its half done saw the same sippy cups rings onto of a toy shelf for almost 2 months, somehow the chick in charge just kept missing thjngs like this. They dont clean until right before kids are being dropped off or as they are being dropped off. Multiple times had to say something about right at drop off putting my son in a dirty high chair and putting a tray with food and juice from the day before still on it and placing him in the hall because again only 1 person their who would be trying to get breakfast ready. Coming in to find a 3 yr old girl by herself in the infant room because once again only 1 person their in the morning not 2 and she was getting breakfast ready. A few times came in to find one person with 5, 1 yr olds and 3 infants under their care with no help, once the lady in charge was too busy hanging out in the office with her friends to bother to go help the worker who not only obviously needed help but had too many children in her care by herself. The curriculum is there for show they dont actually teach any of it at least not to the younger ones, most likely because again 1 person too many kids. Never given a callander, 4x given a daily report not every day at pick up like required. Dirty, the whole place just smells like its not cleaned because its not. My favorite on Halloween looking down the hall because a lady got loud only to see her in just a bra just outside the classroom where the kids inside could still see her because that was the best place to change her shirt. The lady in charge acts like she cares but she doesnt, cant say she doesnt see the constant mess or too many children per person lack of teaching, lack of hygiene. The fact that my son came home sick almost every week antibiotics needed 3x in 2 months alone says they dont pay attention or clean. For a place that is watched by cameras all day sure is a whole lot being missed by the chick in charge.....

The worst daycare my child has attended. I do advise that you read my whole review before considering letting you’re child go here. We had recently got stationed in Jacksonville and I thought I chose a good daycare for my child, but I quickly noticed I made a mistake. The first week that my child was attending, I decided to stop in and check on her to make sure she was okay. As I went to peek through her classroom door, Latasha, which is the owner, proceeded to tell me that they don’t allow parents to do that, which was very odd to me..considering that was MY child. Every daycare that I heard of or toured had an open door policy for parents to be able to check on their child, but against my good judgement, I brushed it off. My daughter was 1 years old at the time, about to turn 2, and EVERY time I went to pick her up, my child was strapped in a high chair by the front door. I wasn’t paying $165 a week for my child to be strapped down.. Also, on the daily report sheets (that you’re supposed to receive everyday, but I only got about twice a week) I noticed that the amount of pull-ups that I would put in her diaper bag weren’t matching up with what was on the report. One morning when I dropped her off, I made sure to count the amount of pull-ups I bought with her that day and looked at the amount of times that she was changed on the daily report sheet when I picked her up. One pull-up was missing out of 7 I put in her bag that morning, which would explain why my child was getting CONSTANT rashes. Also explains why her pull-up was always full when I picked her up. She had only been changed once that day. I dropped her off every morning at 6:30 am and would pick her up between 5:00 and 5:30 pm, so that was COMPLETELY unacceptable. Another issue that came about was when Latasha gave my daughters teacher a paper to hand me stating that I would have to pick my child up earlier than what I was. I work in the medical field which means that I work looong hours. I made this very clear from the beginning and it wasnt an issue then, but all of sudden became and issue. The final straw was when my parents were in town visiting and when they went to pick her up, they said she was in her classroom with no socks and no shoes on. My father said he face was FILTHY and looked like it hadn’t been wiped all morning. Probably explains why they don’t want you peeking in the classrooms during the day. That was the final straw for me. I withdrew my child from Kids World Academy without a phone call or anything. She is in a MUCH better daycare now and she’s actually learning while being there. The cost is a whole lot more, but you definitely get what you pay for, and it is 100% worth it. There are many more issues that occurred while my child attended this daycare, but those are just a few. I DO NOT recommend this daycare.

My baby brother went there and those big kids bullyed him the whole time and we told the teacher and they did nothing those kids are brats and know my brother is in a better school little preschool it is the best school so far amazing

I love the kids who come to the day care. They keep me laughin!!!!!!

This a really great daycare my donut has been attending since vpk. I have never had any problems with the staff. they are really great and sweet with my kids. This daycare is very good my girl has been attending for 3 years and never had any problems are very friendly.
