Tironook Wrestling is a great program for wrestlers of all skills ages. Youth wrestlers will find a fun and positive environment where they will hone their skills and become a more technical wrestler. The coaching staff focuses on constant improvement, hard work, positive feedback, and a balanced life. They believe every wrestler has different needs and its their job to identify those needs and implement a development plan. This program is about developing the entire athlete, they are teaching more than winning, they are mentoring and helping to develop better people. The sport of wrestling is much more than wins and losses, this program is a holistic approach and I highly recommend it.

Very thankful to Tyrone and Jill for this place! I joined the TASC ( Training, Agility, Strength, and Conditioning) class and am so glad I did! I feel so much better. I didnt realize the lack of energy, weakness in physical activity, or how I needed to improve my attitude mentally towards myself..before I started this class. I appreciate the time given, support showed, and most of all, encouragement to push farther each day! Thank you!!
