Great place for beginners to learn the basics of wrestling. Knowledgeable staff that ensure all the grapplers know the moves that are instructed on.

Coach Hardell and the rest of the amazing volunteers that run OWA are doing great things for the boys and girls in OKC. They foster inclusion and push each athlete to be better. With options for all levels this is the the place to start and the place to grow as a wrestler.
