I called to ask if I could exchange a specific ink cartridge (Office Depot #106814) for the correct one (Office Depot #502934) since our company ordered the wrong one. Even though I did not have a receipt or order number, Eisha told me they could perform the exchange. I drove to the store, explained the situation and they told me they could help. About 15 minutes later I was told they could not exchange the item. Now we don’t have any ink to print critical paperwork and I wasted my time coming here! I would have thought they could work something out, especially after telling me it wouldn’t be a problem in the first place. Very disappointing.

Yesterday they took care of my fax. Today they said no we cant do that use self service. WHAT!! Just very irrating to not how know to work it. So I hope my fax went through.

Way better customer service than the one on the Southside! These people seem to actually know their job.

This store has the most friendly and helpful staff! I loved how easy it was to ship a large box fed ex, have some papers bound, and pick up a few office supplies easily and all in one trip.

Made several trips here last week on a work trip. They were able to work with me on some things they were out of. Open despite being under renovation. Manager on duty was very helpful, thank you.

Office Depot is a great place to buy office supplies. They have everything you could imagine, and then some. The selection is enormous, and the quality is first-rate. If you need office supplies and equipment, this is a great place to go. Give them a try, I think you will like them.

This location was just remodeled. It seems smaller, but more open.Everything is re-arranged. But, when I walked in the clerk was expedient in his greeting and in asking me what I was looking to find. He took me right to what I came to purchase. It seems like it is better organized than it was previously.It can be a little overpriced, but I do like to shop here for specialty office supplies. They also have great back-to-school sale for school supplies (and is less busy and crowded than the one-stop shop chains across the street).

Went in for supplies and to have an item laminated. Easy parking, clean store with excellent products, and helpful staff. Marjorie, one of the cashiers, is the best. She really knows the inventory, always accurate and speedy in check-out.

It was a great experence, I had gone there to get cartridges for my calculators! I met a young man who immediately made my shopping experience fun. He walked me thru the steps and when I got home in no time had 2 machines operational. Compliments to the young salesman/mgr, I was impressed and Ill shop there more!!

The young man who help me (African American with tattoos) was phenomenal. I asked him if he was management he replied no. He definitely should be!

Recently remodeled store--slightly smaller now but very clean and well organized. Staff was very friendly and helpful.
