We tried out the class today and we really enjoyed it.The only reason we may not come back is because of the distance. I would recommend. The kids loved it.It feels like a real gym where they can learn so great MMA skills. Ty for having us ❤️ I also like how they don’t have these ridiculous contracts. Kids, people can change their mind and that should be ok.

Best gym ever. Lots of experience coaches, friendly environment, everyone always helping people get better in class. The owner is so nice. I love his personal classes. I been to many gym. I can finaly call this one my home gym. So many people to train with.

I have been active in martial arts since I was a child. I started training in muay thai, jiu jitsu, and mixed martial arts in 2009. I have trained at world class gyms and 2 gyms that won gym of the year. This place is great. Feels like a family, no judgement, and alot of people who are humble and willing to work hard. Anyone who says something negative about this gym is ignorant, period. Luis, the owner, is a great person and really took care of me upon signing up. After taking a hiatus from training and competing professionally, I was at a low point in my life, and knew that I needed to get back into training. Luis welcomed me with open arms. Although since getting back into training I havent been as consistent as I would like (twin toddlers), now that my kids will be in daycare I will be attending almost daily. The instructors are great. People are mistaken if they think great coaches have to have alot of pro fights or pro experience. These guys are very technical, have a passion for the sport and martial arts, and enjoy teaching. Plus, they have a class that focuses only on clinching, which is hard to find yet so important and crucial to both muay thai and mma. As soon as my boys turn 4 they will be attending the kids classes right away. Everyone here is humble and willing to put in work, two vital aspects to having a great team. If you are looking for a gym, give this place a chance and you will not be let down.

After multiple visits to different gyms uprising truly treat you as family and it has been a great experience for my son. I have watched him transform and he loves it. They offer multiple programs such as wrestling, kick boxing, for all ages and the trainers are very knowledgeable in their expertise. I highly recommend

My kids used to go to a community center for judo, since covid happened the place is being closed. They were acting up, all day on virtual classes. Im so happy we found Uprising MMA. The coaches are awesome and also challenging! The owner Luis always friendly and helpful...My kids really needed it to do something, they look forward every day to come here!

My two six year olds love it here, we go 3-5 times a week. They are learning fast, getting great exercise and look forward to going. The facilities are inviting, fun and always clean. The teachers are friendly, knowledgeable and patient and understanding with all age and skill levels.

I love this place... theyve treated me like family since day one. Amazing coaches here that actually care, clean environment, great workouts that will really push you, perfect for any age or fitness level, very reasonable prices. If there was a Pound for pound ranking for Gyms this place would be champion.Excellent Jiu jitsu and judo instruction paired with the same standards in striking and strength and conditioning. I have been in the valley for over 15 years and I believe this place is the absolute best for children and adults alike all for a value that you cant find anywhere else. There is a tremendous team/family atmosphere here that you can feel from the moment you walk in. My daughter absolutely loves the programs here and taking your children will also inspire you to step in to the open armed environment for your own goals. If I could give it 6 starts I would.

Ive been going to Uprising MMA since it opened back in 2015. The coaches and gym members are AWESOME!! They push each other to get better day in, day out. If you want great quality training come over to Uprising MMA!!!

My 7yr old absolutely loves the kids striking and jiu jitsu classes. Atmosphere is family friendly and the couches are fantastic.

We live Uprising. Our son is 9 and participates in Judo, ju jitsu, wrestling and a few other classes. The instructors are great. Luis, the owner is always great with our questions or concerns.

It almost doesn’t make sense how this gym doesn’t get the publicity it deserves, from the passionate loving coaches, to the well thought out classes and discipline and team work ethic they emphasize; its a must for parents who are looking for something to get their kids focus and discipline up but also to bring some extra joy and meaning to their kids. Since day one of training here, my son has been a completely different character in the house, in school and overall day to day activities I notice a lot more drive and focus in him. Even for adults that just want that extra push in life or to just learn something new, this is the place for everyone beginners and strong athletes alike. 10 out of 5 stars. Love the staff, definitely look for Louis or Miguel for questions. Beautiful people from top to bottom.

My daughter comes to this gym, but I cant speak for her. I decided to join the gym. When deep inside I hate gyms. This is the first gym I feel very comfortable. With my surrounding and with the instructors. I did a month and left for medical issues and now Im back with the instructors knowing what I just came back from. They are very understanding about everyone is on different levels but getting everyone a great workout . Very family friendly. I do recommend this gym. Ive never felt so good in a gym until this one. Made great friends and bonds. All in one here at Uprising MMA. Yoga to sparring and some in between. You will not be let down.

I highly recommend this gym. I signed my young kids up and they love it . Miguel was very patient and friendly and made them feel welcome. It’s a very good environment for learning and fun.

Luis and his family have to put together an amazing MMA gym. The low price is unheard of, and there are no longterm contracts. Luis, Miguel and Jona are amazing trainers and the entire staff is very welcoming and friendly from the moment you walk in the door. There are ZERO cliques. I honestly cant say enough good things about this place.

I love this gym and I recommend it for all ages. All classes are great from the kids classes to beginner classes to all the other classes.

The best place Ive ever trained at. To me, respect and detail is the most important thing in a facility, and this place is absolutely all about it. The coaches, the fighters, the students are all genuinely good people, theres no front just to get you to join. They offer boxing, kickboxing, Muay Thai, wrestling, jiu jitsu, judo, and also yoga.Every class is taught by passionate top notch professionals. I cant say enough good things about this place, the staff and Coach Luis. Theyve always been nothing but great and welcoming to me and my family. Update!!! Ive been coming here for almost a year now and I have to say I love it! My intention was to only do Muay Thai and some boxing but Luis Hernandez (owner / boxing coach / kickboxing coach) talked me into trying Judo and Im glad I did. Judo is such a amazing discipline and let me just add that Jose Carricarte is a incredible Sensei! There is so much good energy coming out of the people, the gym, and the coaches, I always leave a better me then when I stepped in.

LOVE IT HERE! The entire staff are friendly and professional. Great Atmosphere and Energy.I love the fact that they are affiliated with other training centers so if my schedule conflicts with their times, I can go to another location. Im impressed with the instructors and the energy they put in. There was no pressure in purchasing the membership after the Free Trial.
