Called and spoke to Luis about getting started towards a private license. He spent a genuine 20 minutes on the phone explaining to me everything I needed to get started and answering all of the many questions I had regarding my personal situation. Not once did he try to sell me anything and even directed me to information on how to choose the correct flight school. An exceptional ambassador to the aviation world and should definitely be on everyones consideration list for a flight school.

Great flight school! After much research for a place to get my private pilot license in Las Vegas, it came down to Yelp reviews for me. I set up a check ride and instantly knew I wanted to fly with Flyright aviation. I have throughly enjoyed the experience. Luis (owner) makes flying fun and natural. I would recommend him and his school to anyone looking to get into flying. He is very flexible with scheduling and that was a huge help as I work full time. The school has multiple planes to train on. His other instructors are very helpful as well. Prices seem very fair. This is not a giant flight school where you can get tossed from instructor to instructor. This school has a family feel, very friendly, and it makes the experience much more enjoyable in my opinion. I look forward to continuing to my IFR training with Luis at Flyright aviation. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

Great instructors w/ 4 acft

I did my discovery/intro flight on Saturday at Flyright. My instructor was Ibrahim. From the moment I arrived, everyone was very polite and we moved out to the airplane immediately. Ibrahim walked me through the entire pre-flight check, taught me lots of good information, and allowed me to do a great deal on the flight.He was very kind, patient and understanding, and I really felt comfortable with him the entire time. The flight was something I wanted to do my whole life, and now I can check the experience off of my list. It was very positive, very exciting, and I am glad everything worked out.

I highly recommend this flight school based on my experience. Luis is an AMAZING INSTRUCTOR. He is a brilliant pilot combined with intuitive knowledge of how people learn. I respect this flight instructor because of his experience and mentoring technique. He improved my pilot skills and abilities. He explained instrument holding procedures and crosswind landings simply, demonstrated them professionally, then taught me in the aircraft with ease and patience. Flyright helped me accomplish my flight instructor instrument rating. I have so much respect for this school. I wish more flight instruction followed his patient example and had the experience to offer that this school does.

Great rates and excellent service. I worked with Luis on the simulator for my IFR currency and he puts you right at ease and the training is accelerated. Highly recommended!

Dedicated people, an excellent community of like-minded aviators, and a great environment for learning to fly. Instructors and airplanes have been consistently available since my start date. The basic trainers are 1977-78 Cessna 172s with G430s and traditional 6-pack gauges, and are extremely well maintained. They offer part 61 or 141 for the private pilot course and continue part 61 with instrument, and multi-engine ratings. Commercial, CFI, and CFII certificates as well.

Luis switched me to a brand new instructor the morning I arrived. New instructor lacks experience. No syllabus, no briefings. Lack of an area to self study. Horrible restroom. Beware.
