I always have a pleasant experience when shopping at, family dollar.

Staff was friendly and helpful. They help me find what I was looking for and I was able to in and out real quickly.

Lots of products shelves r stocked well

This is my 2nd favorite store i almost daily purchase things at. The staff is polite and knowledgeable, but it isnt a Biglots though. 📈

They have handicap parking not too far from the front door. They always have what Im looking for very inexpensive like $1

I love FD stores. This particular store is under New management and has really improved in cleanliness. They have good bargains &great selection.

1- I tried to contact customer service by phone and was on hold for a very long time. Call was never answered2- Seems to me that all the employees get hired on a basis that if they smoke they’re hired. They are always outside smoking.3- There’s an item that I’d like to buy a large quantity of but they say they can only order 4 of them at a time. THEN because the employees at the 2 stores that I shop at are constantly outside smoking when they don’t have any customers the shelves don’t get stocked therefore the item I need to purchase takes months to get restocked.I’ve given my phone number to both stores almost 2 1/2 months ago and they told me they’d call me when they find the item amongst all of the boxes in the back. I’ve been called only one time and have stopped nearly 10 times at each store. Unexceptionable

Went in for 1 item, came out with 2 bags. Very good selection and prices really good.

It was ok store seemed to be picked over. Sort of messy carts of boxes in the isles like they needed to stock the shelves but either dont have time to, or dont want to.

My husband went there earlier and he put a bag down on the counter from another store and it was taken by someone else so I call the store and I said now what? She replied theres nothing we can do and I said what about the cameras? She replied I cant look at them. So I am not going back there no more!! Very bad experience.

Expect ignorance from some workers who do not know how to socialize with customers that shop at the store that provides a job for them.
