I have been a local dance director for 20 years. I have sent many of my students to SDC, and every one of them has improved technically, as well as in self-confidence. Kellie Jandt is a professional with years of experience. Her studio teams, (and her previous high school teams that she left to focus on her studio), have always been enormously successful under her leadership. She is a great mom, and that passion for kids shines in her passion for her studio and the kids that fill it.

I have been an employee of several dance studios, and this is by far my favorite. I’ve worked here for 2 years now. The students are actually willing to learn, the communication is great, and the studio is always kept clean. Kellie, the owner, is one of the most caring bosses I have ever worked for. Love this studio!

My kids have been going to SDC for five years. My three are in after school care, company dance a d technique classes. Great prices and we all LOVE the teachers. They love the kids that go there and it feels like family. Would not want to go anywhere else.

Great studio always clean and orderly when in with my son. Has done a good job adjusting to the times with Corona. My son loves the hip hop and tumbling classes he takes.

Both of my kids started at SDC in After School Care many years ago. My Son moved on when he got to Middle School, but My Daughter has continued to stay for these last many years! She loves that she can participate in both the Competition Cheer Team and Dance Company here. The owner also does everything she can to work around School Team schedules and events. The Instructors and Coaches CARE about the kids and work to foster a loving environment. We have formed life-long friendships and My daughter has learned the value of working hard for what she wants in a team environment.SDC is a family. Very very poor communication, got rid of their best coach now my child is refusing to come back. Their after school care vans are running down, my child has a better chance of walking. At one point of on the vans AC was broken, and the doors wouldn’t open talk about a fire hazard. They replaced it with an even worse van that died at random times. The owner is all about the money and refused to close when an employee got covid and never properly cleaned or hired anytime of professional cleaning service. Would not recommend take your kids to Texas Storm, we are so much happier at Texas Storm!!

Mom of student here! I’ve been letting my daughter take classes here for years and I’ve never had a problem. But as of late I’ve noticed my daughters favorite coach has been out and that she doesn’t want to participate if she’s not there. I asked Kellie Jandt where my daughters coach was and she told me that she had quit because of her “conflicting school schedule”. Mind you, I have my daughters coaches number so I asked her myself, and I was surprised to find out that her classes had been canceled due to her getting COVID-19, and that she did NOT want to spread it or risk my child or anybody else’s AGAINST Kellie’s wishes. I also found out from other employees that she DOES NOT shut down the studio for sanitization days like the government REQUIRES. I’d leave no stars if possible, please take your babies out of this studio, who knows who else could have this and spread it to our children. And to my daughters coach, thank you for being considerate of others.

Love this place! The dance experience this place has with its instructors is impressive! They also have after school programs where they will even pick up kids from school for you. Great atmosphere for kids!

Very unprofessional! Never answers the phones. An employee of Kellie, the owner, had COVID and she did even bother to shut down to clean at all.
