Our daughter attended Kids R Kids from the first day they opened in 2020. She learned so much, had such a great time and loved going to school every single day. The teachers are loving and caring, and they keep the place very clean. She is now moved on to elementary school and we wish they had a kindergarten program but unfortunately they do not having the staffing.Not sure where all these negative reviews came fromBut it seems like a witch hunt being that they are posted by multiple people around the same time frame. Maybe people are collaborating with others that don’t even have children attending there.

We really love taking our baby here! Suite 100 teachers are the best and have taken such good care of our little boy since he was 6 weeks! The front office staff is amazing too as they have worked with us numerous times and are always understanding and caring! Overall I would recommend this daycare to any of my friends and family!!

Update: Paula did call me and we worked out the issues. I still feel they can improve on communication and organization.They changed their hours with minimal notice but did not reduce rates. Their staff tested positive for covid and then required your child quarantine for two weeks due to potential exposure from their staff; but they did not offer any refund. Majority of their field trips were cancelled even though part of the fees were for field trips.Their staff also isn’t allowed to make decisions and the owner Paula is the only one who can respond, but she will never return calls or emails.

RIP to your reputation, but you’re digging your own grave. Stand up & do what’s right for the sake of that sweet baby boy.

If I could give 0 stars I would. This place needs to be shut down and I will be contacting corporate. This place has multiple accusations of assault of children, and one has for sure been caught on camera by a parent and the owner is refusing to work with police reports. This place is sick. I hope the parents here speak up and LEAVE.

STAY AWAY! a staff member was caught on video abusing a student & yet the directors of Kids R Kids refuse to cooperate with police & still employs said person. They do not care about your children and care more about protecting themselves and an abuser. If I could give 0 stars I would.

This is NOT the place you want to take and leave your child. This daycare is trying to cover up abuse happening inside of the facility. They should be shut down! DO NOT BRING YOUR CHILDREN HERE!!!!

We remember scrambling to find a daycare after our original option fell through and our son was already 2 months old (I had to go back to work at 3 months). Somebody mentioned a new place had just opened in town and we were soon on a tour with Elise. Needless to say, it wasn’t long after our son started with Kids R Kids that we knew this was where we belonged. From the loving care he receives from EVERYONE, the sweetest and most kind teachers, the curriculum, the art projects, the pictures and most importantly all of the advice given to this first-time mom, we couldn’t imagine trusting anyone else with our son. 2020 has been quite the year, but they show up every day with a smile on their face and a positive attitude to take care of and teach our children.Our son has been there just over 5 months now and we count our lucky stars we found Kids R Kids.

They abuse children there.

The most unprofessional, poor managed, lack of compassion “daycare” center I have ever seen. My 3 yr old son was here for only 1 day, keep in mind this was his first dime EVER attending a childcare center ever. When I received a call from the director with her “concerns” for his well being stating that he puts “small” object in his mouth and packs them in like a chipmunk and then runs around the room, climbing on furniture. That he has a “sensory” delay and she believes we need to hire someone from the outside to come in and work with him on top of the high tuition they are already charging me. So I asked that they work with him and give him a chance to at least adjust to him new environment and that the behavior she is describing was hard for me to picture cause he doesn’t do any of this at home, also had watched there cameras daily and didn’t she the actions she was describing. So that night when my husband went to pick up my son the owner informed my husband that he son was “special needs” and do to an accident he went they extensive therapy and she would recommend a place for us to get him in. We then received and email that night for a “ autistic play center” I was initially cursed like this school who knew me 3yr old for all of 1 day was putting a diagnosis on my child ??? What no ma’am your not, that next morning I went in and had a LENGTHY convo with the assistant director, and told them that they over step boundaries and needed to give him the ample time a child needs to adjust and then we would revisit this, she agreed and told me she would pass this on. I then received a call from director at 10 am stating that she did not try to diagnosis my son with anything that she just wanted to help us how she knew to, and that she does know about child development and that his behaviors are a sensory delay but that she still need time to help him adjust. So my husband decided that he was gonna make a surprise visit pop in and she how “self destructing” our son was been he stay for about 30 min before lunch and called and told me that the classroom it self was everywhere and the teacher is not good with managing any of the kids, which we often witness on the cameras while watching the kids are ALL OVER THE PLACE every one of them. Not even a hr latter i receive a call from the director telling me they don’t have to ratio to provide my son with the level of care he needs so they would be refunding my week tuition and if dad could come get him after nap. This place is no where I would EVER send any child of my, or recommend to anyone these people are delusional for what they expect from a 3 yr old. HORRIBLE PLACE STAY FAR AWAY !!!

They were worth the wait. This brand new childcare center provides spectacular care. The entire staff is warm and nurturing. From Ms Paula, Elise,Katrina, Mariah, Emree, Che and Toni my daughters love attending their pre-k and after school programs. So much so that they run to greet their teachers in the morning with joy and excitement for what the days holds. The peace of mind that I ave knowing my girls are in good hands is priceless!
