Loved going here and was sad when my daughter left to go to elementary school!!! Very nice and professional.

We started my daughter here in late July after being on the waiting list for over 4 months. We only lasted here with my daughter for 2 weeks. The room that the infants are in is extremely cold so every time we picked her up she was basically freezing. On top of this, they do not follow the feed schedules that you give them no matter how many times you tell them or how clear you make it. The icing on the cake was when we picked up our daughter one day and she had been fed only one bottle and no baby food. We had dropped her off at 6:15 in the morning and picked her up at 5:30 pm. They gave her one bottle at 9:15 which she drank and then tried to give her a bottle at 12:15 which apparently she only took 2 oz. She was not offered lunch and she was not offered another bottle that entire day. When we arrived she was very fussy and immediately took two bottles within an hour and ate an entire serving of baby food. We had a very long talk with the staff the following day and they apologized saying it was not there fault but that they were sorry. That day we started looking for another daycare for our child. When I picked her up the following day, they had fed her bottles at the correct time but never offered baby food as we clearly had written out her feed schedule yet again. This daycare is incompetent and seems only to care about the money you are paying them. They are currently still trying to charge us each week even though we stopped attending, notifying them immediately and let them know that we would be submitting a grievance with the BBB for child neglect. Do not waste your time here, it took one hard day of looking and some luck, but we found another daycare that is much more focused on the children they serve and not as much on the bottom line.

I have never dealt with a more incompetent child care center owner in my life!! The daycare owner, is absolutely the WORSE individual I have ever had the chance of coming into contact with. When the hemilich maneauver was performed on a child there she made justification as to why the minimum standards regarding child endangerment policies were not followed, as dictated by TX minimum child-care facility standards.There was also an instance when an individual picked up my son, and this person was not on file to pick up my child, and was never questioned by any staff. They just let this situation occur, and thank goodness I was able to look into this situation as what if vs. the alternative.When I inquired about policies and procedures moving forward, she completely took defense and showed no empathy or remorse for the faults that occurred. Fortunately, there are some great individuals that work there, but the owner ruins this atmosphere for all involved. Take your money else where and allow child care facilities to take care of your priceless loved ones, by individuals that follow the minimum children endangerment policies as mandated by the state of Texas.

Theft by check of over $500 is a felony...
