Our children have attended the palace for well over 5 years and we highly recommend this location. The staff have become a part of our family and we could not be more thankful for them in helping raise our babies. Our kids have fallen in love with each and everyone of their teachers and have made many memories that will last a life time here.

LOVE the staff!! My child has been going here since she was two and have never had an issue! If anything they have loved, played, embraced, taught and cared for her like their own. I would definitely recommend The Palace Academy to anyone :)

No stars for me I work here, and would not recommend it at all!! Lana is the best thing in that place!!!

If I could give no stars I would. This place is awful! My mother saw a teacher yanking her by the arm roughly on the monitors in the front which couldve dislocated her arm, I saw a teacher humiliating and embarrassing her class as I walked by and then reported it to the head director, and then when my husband came to pick my child up, he was soaked in pee down to his ankles which embarrassed him and made me furious while breaking my heart! The only good teacher there is Sharon. She treats the kids with love and patience while wanting nothing but the best for them. All the others are awful from what Ive witnessed myself!! Dont take your children there and risk something bad happening to them. Things like this cause embarrassment and could cause emotional damage and insecurities with those precious children. Im livid. They know dang well my child is not potty trained. And the woman who was watching the class, Cheryl, is the one that wasnt caring for the class or my child. I even put extra pull ups in his cubby hole!! Not only that, but I confronted Cheryl and she said, I didnt know he wasnt potty trained, but I take my class to go to the bathroom. What a complete moron!! Its neglect and pure laziness. Theres no excuse. This place needs a new staff or needs to be shut down because clearly the head director, in my opinion, doesnt do much about about any bad situation. Im getting my money refunded and filed a report!! This place will mistreat and neglect your children if theyre not with Sharon. Its not worth it!! I even pay extra a month because hes not potty trained!! What a worthless facility!

LOVE LOVE LOVE this place!! Ms. Tandy and Ms. NAY NAY and Ms. Ashton & Everyone else are SOOO SWEET!!! Our boys adore the teachers, and they really are a great caring facility! :-)

I love this place. My kids go, I went, and I bet my grandchildren will go here as well. Great teachers.

If you love your children DO NOT use this facility!!! They scream and talk down to the children... I DO NOT recommend this place.
