I love the team at Ocaquatics Tropical! Everything is smooth and the experience is amazing from signing up to the actual classes. My daughter immediately took a liking to Daniela. Lately, she has been fussy/the crying child in class. Everyone is so patient and fantastic with her. All the instructors are so caring and do everything they can to make children comfortable in the pool. My daughter may cry in the pool but as soon as she gets out she talks about how much she likes everyone at Ocaquatics! We will certainly keep taking her there because we know it is a safe place for her to learn an incredibly valuable life skill.

Danny, the front desk employee, he listened carefully to our needs! And also very clear to explain how to register and pay tuition fees!The other staff and coaches are caring and patient with the students. This is really a very good swimming school.

This are the best swimming lessons for your kids. The staff is amazing and knowledgeable. They take care of the kids like if they were their own and you will feel safe putting them in the water. We have been coming here for almost a year and it’s the best investment for our child.

I live in Coral Gables and I prefer coming to this location instead of the one in my area because of the parking. Mu son is 3 years old and this is the 3rd time I enrolled him with Ocaquatics.First time was in this location when he was 6 months old. Second time decided to give it a try to the newest location in Coral gables but even though is very nice and closer to me the parking can be a little challenging so this time around I wanted to try Tropical location and its been great.The teachers are very friendly and know how to make your kids comfortable. I tried doing the clases at home thinking it was more convenient with 2 different schools but honestly didn’t work out. Im happy to be back with Ocaquatics and my son is enjoying the class and improving a lot.

Love this place! We’ve been taking our son here since 1 year old (he’s now almost 5) and are extremely pleased with his progress and the great team at Ocaquatics. I absolutely love Ocaquatics. The staff is very nice and polite. As soon as you walk in and out the staff makes sure they open the door for you. I take my eight month old baby with Ms. Daniela for over two months now and she has been nothing but a sweetheart, patient and very professional. My son loves her and her 30 minute class. Would definitely keep coming to his swimming class.

Weve been taking our son here since he was about 7/8 months old. They have a few locations, but we have been just to one other besides the one at Tropical Park and I have to say I dont want be at any other ever again. The personnel is the most polite, attentive and nice. They make you feel welcome from the moment you walk in to when they open the door for you and say bye to you and your kids. They take the time to greet every child by name even. The same goes for the instructors, they are dedicated and very patient, even when dealing with crying toddlers. THEY. ARE. PERFECT!

Great swimming place for little ones.My son is 4, will be 5 this December and, he started at ocaquatics summer 2020.Since his first day here He is always looking forward to his swimming lesson.I tried private instructors before, and although he learned some basics, he never enjoyed it, he would cry the whole lesson.I’ve also been at other swimming schools with my other ones when they were little, but Ocaquatics teachers and system is by far the one I think kids enjoy the most while learning how to swimm. I like their consistency and the way they keep track of every kid’s progress.I’m sure the children do not feel that it is a swimming lesson but that someone is just going to play with them in the water. You can see it in their faces when they’re lining up waiting for their class to be called in, they are all jumping and excited to go in.I really like the Tropical location, the facility is kind of big and is very well kept. Particularly the restrooms and floors. They really make an effort and try to keep the floors by the wet door as dry as they can, they mop/dry pretty often that zone.That been said, what I like the most about Tropical is just how friendly and caring all the staff is. After just a few weeks they remembered my son’s name, particularly Ms. Odalys greets him with a big smile and that makes him feel special and welcomed. Then there’s the Coaches, they are just awesome!! Ms. Rosa, always tries to fix his schedule when he ups a level, Mr. Mario was his idol for level 2, Ms Diana, Ms Julie, Ms Daniela all of them have been so very good and so patient even in my son’s worst days.Thanks Ocaquatics Tropical location.

I love this place for the training they have given my older daughter and soon my youngest. I am giving them a 2 star rating solely based on the fact they are still requiring mask while in the water event after CDC (while in a pool) and State mask updates. I hope they realize soon how unnecessary and dangerous this choice is.

I’m very disappointing about how this big places wants to take Your money out of your pocket. My son had missed 3 classes in may because he develop a bad allergy and pool was of the the recommendation to avoid until he gets better. I call today to arranged the make up classes and I was told that I had to pay for one of those make ups? It’s not for the money but we already paid in advance for the classes. Don’t believe the makes up are free. And if you are looking for you Childrens o learn how to swim find a different place. Because this place takes up to 4 children for 30 mins and the waiting between each child to do a lap is around 6-8 mins so in total you kid is doing 3 activities in 30 mins. In total you are going for 8-10 mins class.Better to pay 2 more dollars if what they charge to have a one-to-one for 30 fully 30 mins. Instead of 25 for 10 mins. Make your math. Not recomendable.

Amazing staff and very welcoming. The indoor pool amenities follows strict social distancing guidelines, only allowing 3 students per teacher, wearing masks at all times. The environment is very nurturing for children. Ive been bring my child here for about a month now and shes learning more and more each time. I recommend Ocaquatics to anyone who want their child to learn how to swim early! 3 months and up!

Great experience, my son is only 16 month and he love the place . Teachers are great place super clean and prepare for the social distancing . I recommend this school 100% and all the staff is super nice . and Daniela is great .

To say that this place is awesome is an understatement. My daughter looks forward to her swimming classes with Mr. Chris and Ms. Liz with the same enthusiasm as if we were going to Disney. We had an evaluation for my child to be able to sign him up for swimming lessons and make sure he will be in the best level and the experience was amazing.Seems like they are pretty booked for summer but I have to say that I had the best customer service experience ever with Angeli. Besides that I have a tricky schedule and I want my son swimming twice a week she was ALWAYS helpful, courteous, and knowledgeable with a lot of patience considering that I called three times asking for her. Super friendly staff.So far so good! I’m super excited about the classes.

We love Ocaquatics swim school and all the professional staff, they are so awesome and really care that the swimmers learn and continue to advance. Our daughters have both been going to the school since September 2018 and have improved tremendously. They always look forward to their weekly class and my husband and I also enjoy being there and watching them learn and grow into strong swimmers. The ambiance is very friendly and always welcoming. One of the best businesses in all of South Florida. Their swimming curriculum is well planned and safety focused. The entire staff is incredibly kind, helpful and professional. The staff truly seem to love working there and it shows. I started my son at 14 months and I can say the classes have not only made him more comfortable in the water but a more confident and outgoing kid overall. Also, they offer so many class times making it easier to work into our busy schedules. The OCAQUATICS swim class is the highlight of our week and look forward to working with them for years to come. :)

Amazing place. I couldn’t even imagine that simple swimming classes could be that much fun. I started with my baby boy when he was 8 months old. By his 2 he knew how to jump, swim and to not be afraid of water.Now he is like a fish and I am looking forward to see him swimming like a a big boy:)!The teachers are wonderful. They are not “pushy”, super caring and fun. Then play with kids to make them laugh first and then if the child feels like trying something new the teachers lead him along with the parent. I love this school and recommend everyone who wants their children not just to learn how to swim but also to enjoy a big family full of love and care!!!!!

Andrea has been having a rough transition to superbaby. between her two trials and first class she cried the whole time twice. both times you guys pulled staff out of nowhere to attend to her. i honestly thought well have to get her out and go home but you guys stuck by her.and Mrs Diana?..i think.... checks in with me constantly. making sure I am comfortable, what can she do to understand andrea better to make things awesome for her. all while simultaneously overseeing the whole pool? and she is genuinely concerned but sooooo positive.andrea has been swimming with you 2/3 of her life and weve always been happy and loved the instructors, but when you hit some Rough Waters (pun intended) you truly get to see how well run the pool is, the customer service, and overall excellence. Im a new mom, we havent had too much experience with how i manage my child out in the world w others. but i find it really gratifying to find places out there i feel TRULY put in 110% just because its whats good for the kids.

Want a swim school that your children will beg you to go to this is your place. My girls 6.5 and 3 years old have been coming to this school for the past 2/3 years. They love Ocaquatics and look forward to their lesson all week long. From the moment you walk in you are warmly greeted by a smiling face that makes you feel part of the Ocafamily!! You can tell the instructors love what they do the kids always have a great time and learn so much during their lessons. Being an indoor pool makes it so that you don’t have to miss a lesson due to rain which is a great advantage! Just had an evaluation for my two kids to be able to sign them up for swimming lessons and make sure that they are assigned to the right learning group.The experience was amazing and the staff were courteous, professional and inviting .. not to mention that they worked so well with the kids to make them feel comfortable and at ease.We have our first classes on Monday in the evening (after work) and seems like they’re pretty booked for that time period, but we ended up each child with their own day and lesson. We also had the option of having them on the same day but different tones of the day.I’m sure this is a struggle with availability and with families that have two children.Seems like a Best, friendly and welcoming place so can understand the demand and full schedule.Hoping the kids enjoy their lessons and learn as much as they can do that they can be safe in the water this summer. If you have children please make sure to teach them how to swim or bring them here to have the professionals teach them while having fun!!

The best swimming school by far! My oldest daughter started with Ocaquatics with no swimming skills when she was 2 years old and within a year she was able to swim independently; after some time off she went back and in less than 11 months she graduated from the full Ocaquatics program and is now swimming competitively (couldnt have asked for more!). My youngest is now 7 and Ive been taking her for a little over a year now, shes already level 6 learning all strokes like her sister and loving it!! Theyve both connected really well with all instructors but I do have to say Ms. Diana from Tropical made the connection extra special. This is place Ill always remember even after both of my daughters graduate and Im sure they will too.Highly recommended, great facility, very helpful & caring staff and the kids love it!

We are extremely happy with Ocaquatics!!!!!! My two sons have been swimming with them for 5 years now and theyve learned a whole lot within the first few months. My little one started when he was about a year and now swims like a fish! And my oldest is in level 6 and hes ready to move on to the swim team. The dedication of the whole staff, including the office employees who always welcome you with a smile as soon as you open the door, the instructors and the owner is amazing!!! They all make you feel as if you were part of a big family! All the swimming instructors are top notch professionals and they show a high level of professionalism and respect among each other. I love that!!!!!. We couldnt be more grateful for all theyve done for our kids!. My son has been going to Ocaquatics ever since he turned 2 yrs old, hell be 4 in July. He has learned so much and its been at a pace that is comfortable for him. Hes never felt any type of fear because the instructors know how far to push him. We hope to continue taking him to swimming classes for as long as he wishes. Every person here is genuinely caring. We have always been greeted with a smile and desire to help us any way they can.

My daughter who is 3 joined and in less than a year..with less than 1 a week she is already swimming. My 9 year old had to join (tuning up his skills while I wait for the little one) by default..and also enjoys it. They beg to go.

My son is enrolled in this school 4 years ago, and we both been receiving excellent personal treatment . The staff is very conscious about teaching special need children and they are extremely professional. The pool complies with the rules and regulation of the city and the health department. The pool is indoor which is more convenient because children doesnt have to miss classes due to winter or raining days. The price is really fair, they offer private and group classes as well.

I have been taking my 18 month old daughter here for 2 months. Im always greeted when I enter and I feel its a very welcoming atmosphere. My daughter was not a fan of having water on her face or being submerged for that matter but she has grown to enjoy her class and learn with Daniella.

So far so good! Absolutely nothing to complain about. All instructors are great, my kids love it, they progress nicely almost with every class.The office staff is very accommodating, although sometimes getting the class scheduled at the time you need is challenging, especially on the weekends.

Very well organized operation. Kids are in and out of the water quickly. Classes are low volume per instructor which allows better rapport with the kids. Parent friendly and prices are reasonable for the location.

We have had two children go through the Ocaquatics program. One is currently Level 4 and the other is a Super Baby. Both love the class, their teachers and have learned so much in the time they have been in the program. Living in South Florida it is essential to make sure that they have good water safety skills and are good swimmers and the staff here makes it fun to do both. The entire staff is extremely friendly and welcoming. We love Ocaquatics!

Swim instructors are FABULOUS! They gained my childs confidence quickly and made learning FUN! They move at a very comfortable pace where no one feels pressured. I would highly recommend this facility.

My family moved to Miami about 3 yrs ago and my son at the time was 2 and had no natural fear of swimming which scared his mother and myself. We got him a private lesson for a week and then our swim instructor stated that Ocaquatics would be great for him. A few of my co-workers also have their kids registered there. Now fast forward 3 yrs later we purchased our 1st home with a pool and now I dont have to worry about my son swimming in the pool. He loves his classes and all the staff. The tuition is very affordable. I have referred a few other families to take their kids there and they love it as much as we do. I couldnt imagine taking my child anywhere else

I love this swimming school, my 4-year-old daughter is fascinated by she never wants to go when class ends, they are very professional, my daughter is learning a lot, everything is very clean, the people who teach the children are very sweet with They and very patient, there is something that I like very much and that is that they do not waste time or money, because as soon as they see that your son can level up they pass you up right away they do not leave you El Niño at the same level to catch your money, I recommend it 100% I am a good pick for my daughters things and I would give this school a 10 if there were any.Updated 06/16/21I have been taking my daughter for 1 year and a half and still stuck at 3 level, there are already 3 children in group classes, previously the COVID crisis began they had a Child per class and we progress more, but now with three children per class I feel that it doesnt work.
