Great experience, the instructors are great my kids love them and the best of all, they are swimming. The owner and her daughter are amazing very serviceable

This isnt just a place for kids, but does coach adults too. We are 2 adults who received an amazing coaching experience at this place. Coaches Bella and Alexi were amazing in working with us, while Yazmin(owner) treated us like family and worked closely in helping us with our swimming.Per my good experience, I recommend this place.

Unfortunately I did not have a pleasant experience at Born 2 Swim at all. My son was there for months and months. While he showed some improvement in the beginning, he eventually stopped showing any progress. I believe they were also expensive for 15 minute sessions and part of that time they would give my son toys to play with in the water, which was a waste of time, in my opinion. I also think it made him not want to practice when he knew there were toys to play with instead. The owner tried to convince me to just keep him in, that my son was a little stubborn and eventually he would get it. However, my friend recommended another swim school, where they guarantee your child leaves with basic survival skills and so far they have been wonderful! My advice is to do your research when picking a swim school and if your child is not showing progress, switch him or her to another business where they may thrive.RESPONSE TO YAZMIN: Batchelor is my maiden name. Professional staff, flexible scheduling and rescheduling. Our 19 month old daughter took the basic survival course and thanks to them in 4 weeks she now can maintain floating and more...highly recommended place!

This is one of those hard to find places in Miami-Dade County. Born 2 Swim is unique and accommodating to the needs of the customers. Highly recommend for all swimming activities in a year around setting.

Communication with the academy has been impossible. And every time they answer me they take my data to call me back and they never do. In 15 days they have been to call me 4 times. If they do not have the capacity to respond then they should say that there are no quotas or if they do not attend online say that it is only personal. Terrible customer service.

I mean that I had already assumed that my son would never swim. He had a trauma with the water, in fact he could not wash his head when bathing. I went through several swimming schools and paid a lot of money and never saw progress. We came to this school on the recommendation of a friend and I can say that THANKS my son has been in for 6 sessions and is already sinking his head, he learned to float and is in the process of swimming alone and turning to float. SUPER PROFESSIONAL, CLEAN, TIDY, THE TEACHERS ARE SUPER SWEET AND KIND. I thank you so much for everything you have done for the advancement of my two children! I RECOMMEND IT WITH MY EYES CLOSED!
