My cousin was enrolled here and the staff was so friendly and helpful. The office helped with all of the questions that needed to be answered and got back to us at a timely matter when we couldnt talk to them right away. The daycare is very nice and they give you access to your child 24/7, they even have cameras that we can watch from home on our phones. They have really events year round around the fall time. They also do yearly summer activities which my cousin loved.

My son has been going to Childtime since he was 3 and he is now 6 years old. I love everything about this center! The new director is so patient and great with the kids and parents. She show compassion and every time I go for drop off or pick up I get nothing but GOOOD vibes!! My son asks to go to daycare everyday after school because of how much he enjoys learning and doing the fun activities that the teachers have planned out for the children. I love the whole office staff! Larryce is great and loves my child and every other child as if they were hers. I couldnt be more happy with this center. It has been amazing seeing the center transform into the great center it is!! Everybody is professional and understanding. Keep up the good work Childtime!!! Just to be clear, I did not get terminated, I “resigned my position,” as she said herself, because of the lack of professionalism the PREVIOUS Director RHONDA POINTER provided. There’s a reason why she is the previous director now, all the parents I have spoken to can vouch for me and tell you that THEY have had THE WORST EXPERIENCE with her ever since the previous director before her left. Do not take you children here. They are very petty themselves and very unprofessional and her coming for me like that just shows her TRUE character. I’m trying to inform y’all what’s going on with this daycare and they want to bash me for doing so. Very UNPROFESSIONAL in my opinion. I am a parent and I have a right to express how my experience was. Do better please and thank you 😊Since you’re in my business, I actually do have a way better job, in case that was supposed to be an insult lol 😂 and “I left the daycare willingly, unlike you” LOL reread the first line honey, quit trying to make me look bad on google, but it’s cool tho, whatever makes you go to sleep at night. 😉 No parents liked you that’s why a lot of them left 🤷🏻‍♀️

Sarah Ibarra was terminated SEVERAL MONTHS ago for numerous reasons and then after the fact continued to bring her children. the fact that she made this is laughable. The school is full of wonderful staff, who work hard and love treat the children as their own. My daughter went to this location and had a blast the director Rebecca is hardworking and diligent as most of the staff members. I think its sad that we run to the internet when things dont go our way...Please grow up and stop using google to be petty. Great center and even better staff!I left the company willingly unlike you, have a blessed day sugar. Find something to do with your time other than bash daycares on online…maybe get a job ❤️

My kids have been going there since Sep 2019, and man can I say that this daycare has gone from professional to unprofessional in just a small amount of time. It is not like how it used to be. I come from an ex-employee and parent POV. I had to take my kids out due to the disrespect from the NEW director. She kept threatening to take my kids out and they had done NOTHING wrong, if you know my kids, you know they rarely misbehave. And when you try to communicate with the teachers they want to say that they feel, “uncomfortable,” when asking about MY OWN CHILD. How does that make any sense? When drop off/ pick up comes around they don’t have a warm welcome and it’s like kids HATE being there. But yeah no, I changed Daycares and This new daycare gives me the same good vibes that childtime USED to have. Come on Childtime. Do better, not only for yourselves, but for the kids.

This Daycare is very unprofessional. Kids are not monitored closely at all. The children are too much for the teachers to handle. During nap time kids are not always visible at all times to teachers as there are tables, chairs, and book shelves and kids are laying on beds behind these objects which is a safety concern if you ask me. I have seen kids run into restrooms unsupervised, the teacher just sits on floor not even acknowledge the child as the child enters the restroom. Child leaves door open when child enters restroom, child comes out of restroom and hands probably have not even been washed, thus causing contamination to everything touched from this point. I am very concerned for kids safety. On today I see a teacher in the toddler room throw a blanket over a restless toddlers head after what looked like she was trying to hold him down. This is unacceptable, what if the toddler would have fallen on another toddler or fell and hurt himself. (Safety Concern) The kids are napping and the teacher for the classroom is coloring. So what is the teachers suppose to be doing while the toddlers are napping? Surely not coloring. These classes have no kind of structure. The kids over power the the teachers. The kids are sometimes running around while the teacher is chasing them around. This should not be happening in a daycare period. The teachers needs to have more structure and control of the class. If the teachers are unable to control the class room they do not need to be in the class with these toddlers. If these parents wanted baby sitters they would send their children to a baby sitter and pay a babysitter price not send their children to a child care that is suppose to have a curriculum, structure and prepare their children for pre-k and kinder. This daycare needs to be evaluated and possibly assigned new teachers ASAP. As 1 teacher was in the class room, visible leaves class room and no teacher is visible for at least 3 full minutes, long enough for anything to happen at any given time for a student, Then a teacher comes from what appears the bathroom, not the same teacher. Then in PreK view 1 a child continues to throw a jacket up in the air and the teacher sits on the chair on her cell phone, allowing the child to do what she wants during nap time. The trash can is over flowing and a pile of boxes Why are the teachers wearing mask if the mask are under their chins??? I could go on and on, but honestly at this point it seems like the only thing that will get this day care in tip top shape is if the state is called, oh and i almost forgot to mention if a child gets injured you have to ask them what happened to your child, which a parent should be notified of an incident when it happens.

This place is amazing, I was very wary about having them at day care. Tried some daycares and was very disappointed. But this place changed my mind. As a overly protective father. I’m very pleased with this place and it’s staff and the structure. Whoever owns child time needs to give major appreciation to director Mrs Loriee, Mary, Mrs Jackie,Rebeckaa, Chasity, Brianna, Noore. And I know I’m missing a few other names. But those teachers really stand out. Trusting, loyalty, friendly, caring, most importantly integrity is defined with skills they bring to my kids. I know I wouldn’t handle baby sitting or watching 20 to 30 kids. When my kids come home and tell me they had fun and they’re full and not hungry, and they had fun with there friends and activities. I want to thank this place and wish every single person feels the love I give this daycare . Staff has lack of compassion for children. Would rather interrupt parent at work than problem solve with child. The staff is under qualified to care for children and would benefit from a few child development courses.I picked up my son and he had a scrape and knot on his forehead. When I asked the teacher & director what happened they said they didnt know. I asked my son he said he fell off the swing. The director asked him why he didnt tell anyone he fell on his head. Thats not a proper response to ask a 4 year old, you should be questioning your staff why they didnt see this incident occur when theyre supposed to be watching the kids on the play ground. Thank God my son hadnt lost consciousness, who knows how long it could have been before they noticed.Over priced childcare with mediocre service. On the positive side its located in an ideal area, very close to highways and shopping centers.

My kids have been at Childtime for what feels like forever. I have NEVER had any issues with structure or availability of managers. Unfortunately I work long hours and my kids arrive early and stay late. When I drop off I see at least one manager and the cook and when I pick up there is 2-3 managers. And the managers are great too. Very nice ladies. Besides drop off and pick up times, in the last year my child was more than a handful and my husband and I both had to pop in and check on him. I never witnessed any ratio issues or class structure issues. Ever! And let me add that my kids have went from infants through schoolers so clearly Ive had the opportunity to witness them all. Like anything dealing with children, it isnt perfect. You will occasionally see boogers or someone crying, but is that not kids anywhere? It does not constitute the whole school. The school is known for being like home. Its super friendly there. Im much more impressed with the response of the teacher to the crying child or the boogers nose than the thought that there shouldnt be boogers or tears. Let me also add that my kids in all the time they have been there have not had more than a common cold or strep throat, so the center is clearly well kept. If it werent maybe they would be more versed in recognizing illnesses. I would tell anyone looking for care to bring their kiddo here. They have done right by us! Thank you Childtime!

I absolutely love this Daycare I am one of the long term parents who have had 2 kids and has never switch or stopped going for one second. After my second was born. There was management change and ever since then the daycare has done a complete 360 from the inside out. It is day and night since 2008 to now. I am proud to call them family.. I have seen many families come and go as well as staff. But thats to be expected just like your own place of employment. There are veteran employees as well as young new employees. I could go on and on about the great work they do. I continue to see this establishment grow for the better.

Ive personally had my children at this center for two years and I can honestly say I am overjoyed with the care here. All of the teachers are wonderful as well as the management. I have an infant there and Ive also had my 6 year old in the fours and schooler program there. Every staff member there takes good care of their students and show a genuine interest in their jobs. They arent there to just work and it shows through the classroom interactions as well as the curriculum. I myself have worked at other centers and believe me others only care about money for the corporation nothing more. They have cameras that you are able to see as soon as you walk through the door and your own personal door code for extra security. All updates about your children are sent through tablets straight to your phone to keep you informed. Ive seen most of these ladies come out of their own pockets to throw birthday parties for students in their classrooms and not many will do that, they treat you like family. Ms. Susana makes all the children smile and happy anytime shes there they all love her and even cry when shes had to leave. Which is a plus in my book knowing your child has a fond liking of their teacher, its a great representation of the care your child receives. Ms Larryce also goes over and beyond making sure she meets all of your needs I could write a long list about the centers employees I have nothing but great things to say about every teacher there. He can often be a handful.Morning drop off is always difficult for him (even after over a year), but she goes above and beyond to soothe him. When I pick up in the evening he is always excites to tell me about his day with his Ana. I also have to say she is the most proactive to send parent updates through out the day. As a working mother you miss out on a lot of time with your child, getting random picture updates whe I am at work throughout the day always makes the day 10x better.Thank you Susana, Mr. Eric, ans LaRie for all that you do! To start with a few pros, there are cameras in all classrooms though the director did state they werent live. It added a sense of security. The security of the front door is also there, with every parent having their own personalized pin. The facility inside seemed to be kept as well.Of course the bad always outweighs the good. To start I typically dropped my daughter off every morning between 7:50 and 8 am. THERE IS MEVER ANYONE IN THE FRONT OFFICE AT THESE TIMES. There has also been instances where I dropped my daughter off at 8:30 am and still not a soul in the front office. As things will only get worse. My daughter contracted the Hands Mouth and Feet Virus on her 2nd day of attendance. She didnt show symptoms until her 3rd day. Its expected for your kids to get sick in daycare. Her contracting the virus wasnt the problem for me. My problem was that when I 1st noticed the lesions on her hands I noticed them immediately after we got home same day. I called the daycare to inform them. I even sent the director pictures. At this time we chalked it up as a possible bug bite. To add, my daughter never had the virus before so I didnt know what it was. The next day the facility called to say she had more on her feet and on her bottom. At this point I scheduled a last minute visit to her doctors. Before my daughter was seen by her doctor the nurse informed me of what it was. She also informed that daycare workers should be familiar with the virus and the looks and symptoms of the virus. The fact that NO ONE, her classroom teachers or even the director could identify what it was was out of this world to me.As her 2nd week approached I let go of the questions I had regarding the ignorance the facility had of common children viruses. Several days through out her 2nd week I would come to pick my child up and there would be 1 teacher in a class of about 25 kids. While she was changing diapers kids were running crazy with snotty noses. WITH NO DIRECTION AT ALL. This I also let go and have them another try for week 3.My final straw and final sign to run was when I picked her up day 2 of her 3rd week and walked into a calm and quiet class with 1 teacher on her cell phone on social media and the other teacher in a corner while a school aged after school program child held the 2nd teachers cell phone up entertains the kids with cartoons. In conclusion there was no structured learning as they say they have and the student to teacher ratio was ALWAYS OFF. Dont waste your money or time!!!! Theyre overly paid sitters.

Childtime is a terrible place for children with caring parents. The administrator Larie is unprofessional and runs the daycare like a circus. My daughter attended for 6 weeks. The last straw was when I picked my daughter up and she was literally soaking wet, had a rash from head to toe and wearing someone elses clothes! Nobody ever contacted me to bring clothes or to notify me of my childs condition. When inquiring about why my daughter was in this condition, I was told that another teacher came from outside to stop my child and another child from climbing out of the window causing my daughter to miss gettimg her diaper change!Safety is not a priority at this daycare. I was told by the teacher Susanna, that she was sweeping and talking to another parent which prevented her from stopping the children from climbing to the window. Any parent that has a child in day care knows that this is unacceptable. My daughter was moved after this to another class and still was not cleaned before I picked her up. The one year old teacher Susanna is very young and emotionally immature. She has no business dealing with children, as she seems to have cognitive difficulties herself. No one in their right mind would tell a parent that she was too busy sweeping and talking to prevent children from climbing out of the window. In the six weeks we were enrolled, there were several different teachers. The turnover is extremely high even for a daycare. At one point, the cook was in the classroom taking care of the children! They do not do anything educational or fun for the children. There are no special events like other day cares. Childtime is just a holding place for children. The facility is filthy and there are several safety hazards. Enroll with caution! Most of the teachers who are there do not have their own children enrolled. This should have been my first sign. The daycare that I have my daughter enrolled in now is vastly different. It is clean and my daughter loves it. They hosted a big easter event this week and had a book fair with storytime from the local theater group. It is clean and I have never walked in and saw children fighting and running wild like it was at Childtime. I wish I had disenrolled my child much earlier instead of allowing her to remain in a filthy facilty with inept staff for six weeks.

The Director LaRie Lindsey she doesnt do a thing about it either, so dont bother on complaining. Not friendly at all. It seems like they hired McDonalds and Wal-Mart employees. The dont write incidint reports unless you ask questions why your child has a knot/bruise on the side of the face. If you go pick your child up and he or she is being hit or the one hitting they say they like to play rough, LOL! (what a perfect excuse not to bother with them). They also dont return calls. Disgusting food as well. Im so glad Im able to take my kid out of this ugly place and into a way better daycare that will take the time to teach her and correct her also that focuses on the children and not gossip. Thank you for reading. Hope this helps.
