One of my favorite Dollar Tree locations in Bergen County. Theyre usually stocked on all of the items I need, including pet food, nail cosmetics, teacher supplies, and certain groceries. The parking lot can get congested because its narrow.

Excellent place for school.items and personal items, need items that we have run 🏃‍♂️ 😀 short of before shopping day.

I went in looking for balloons saying a specific thing and they had it! The baloon guy was very patient and quick. $2 plus tax! Cant beat that with a stick!

Very helpful staff. They have a lot of items to choose from. The aisles are a bit unorganized and a lot of stock is in boxes on the floor open, rather than on the shelves.

The girl at the register just seemed like she needed more training. And didnt even seperate or wrap my glass items and they broke in the car. I didnt bother going back in

The best dollar tree around!

A few yrs ago this particular dollar tree in Hackensack was a mess. There was no organization. Merchandise was on the floor and out of place. It was a total disarray. For this reason I stop shopping there. Today I wad in the area and decided to pay them a visit. I was shocked and impressed to see this store had a 100% turnaround. All merchandise was in order, there was nothing on the floor. I just had to comment to one of the team members, how I was so impressed by the turnaround. She smiled and thank me. She started that they are working hard to make it better and work and it certainly has.

Lots of $1 holiday decorations. Staff is very pleasant and addressed and politely asked a customer to please mask-up. Parking lot is difficult to maneuver.

All peoples very cooperative. This store is very good.

Well the cashier very nice but most times I did not founded what Im looking for.

Its 9:01am Thursday 9/9 lights on. Pepsi waiting to get in DOORS LOCKED.BAD DAY AND POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE😡

Everything was fine until I got to the elderly cashier. She was wearing her mask way below her nose. I told her that and she said she was not going to wear it properly and that the plastic shield was the protection. I willl be calling the health department about this incident. Why wouldnt the cashier want to protect herself and her customers?? It just doesnt make any sense.

Store is well organized and maintained. Staff is busy but friendly and helpful. Manager on duty was prompt when addressing line and assigning more cashiers while we waited in line. Thank you.

Manager did not mediate social distancing. Stood there while a another customer was on top of me. Watched us going back and forth. Poor management

Limited inventory, but decent prices on what they do have

Picked up a few items earlier today at this Dollar Tree. The young black man who rang up my items, though Id been perfectly polite, gave me (a white man) two prolonged, disdainful stares with cruel, dead eyes. I contacted the manager shortly after by phone. Though not particularly sympathetic, she said shed speak with him. If it happens again, I will be filing a formal complaint.

A great location. They always have what I need here. Theres a new girl working here and shes very helpful. Shes such a gem, Barbara I believe her name is. I have felt a bit displeased with the customer service at this location in the past, but now Ill have to keep runnin back !

Fast in and out no line ..When I was there.

This had to be the messiest Dollar Tree I have ever been in! Things were strewn all over the floor of every aisle, and employees walking around seemed to have no care or attempt to want to clean any of it up! I try not to complain about these things normally, but I am using a walker recovering from surgeries this year until I can go back to my normal crutch. So the aisles being that cluttered impeded my walking ability majorly. So for that I would have awarded one star....That all being said, the 2nd stars were awarded based on the cashiers up front. They were friendly and courteous. It was enough of an impression to make me give this review a bit of a bump.I hope though that management reads this, or that better yet, a regional or corporate manager reads this. Because I have shopped at dozens of Dollar Tree locations in various towns and even various states and have never seen one as horribly maintained as this. I understand customers can be messy and take things off shelves. But it is the employees jobs to PUT THEM BACK AND CLEAN UP. If the store is messy, people are not going to want to shop there.

They have new workers and management the place looks great shelves are stocked and full with the things i need and then some. Food that i would spend 3 to 4 dollars on i found them their for a dollar and seven cents. Great place go check it out, you will be glad you did

I enjoy shopping here, and always buy more than I came for. It can be a little messy but thats on the customers. The staff were trying to keep it neat.

Update 2/1/19: THEY HAVE MICE. GROSS.Went last week to get a few craft things and noticed an odd smell and odd beeping (sort of like when a smoke detector battery is dying.) Noticed all the food aisles have no product on the bottom shelves. No real surprise since Dollar Tree corporate is stupid and didnt check that this store is in a major flood zone. Then I saw.... It. A mouse. Goodbye forever.July 2018: So many bare and empty shelves. I was looking for fake flowers.. the few they had out are damaged. 1 employee, a manager, was the cashier while 2 other employees just hung out.... is this location going to be closing? It sure looks that way.Mid-Sept 2018: no shock here.. went for gift wrap and the majority of the store is super empty. I guess this location is going out of business and will be closed by the end of the year.

Everything is a dollar unlike other dollar stores where the prices vary. Service is slow usually only one register open. The price is right tho and makes it worth the wait.

Gotta love this place if look at what you have there are a bunch of name brand things for a buck abuck what can u get for a buck before u know it u have spent 25 dollars.but u saved 40

It’s always dirty and disorganized and what they sell it’s very bad quality it’s not worthy to buy things there.The parking space it’s always dirty it’s a big store that needs to be managed better and they have to invest more money in order to get more clients.If the owner doesn’t invest he is never going to get good clients and he will go bankrupt.
