We have brought all of our kids to this center. The staff has been amazing, they are friendly and the children genuinely enjoy being at the center. The staff at Early Learning Centers of Lubbock really take the time to work with them. The center is small and that is what I like best about it, the staff all know my children and the small class sizes really help the children get focused attention.

The staff is great and they really work with my child. He has learned so much, in just the few months he has been there, it is wonderful to see him learn so much, so fast!

I’ve never had a bad experience at any learning center until now. Michelle the director of carver is so rude and unprofessional. They have left my nephew in a soaking dirty diaper several times and when my sister confronted them she said they can’t change his pamper because he is 3 years old.! I called her to let her know I was going to stop by to pick up the handbook she started yelling at me telling me she’s not giving me nothing because I’m not his mother so I asked her for the number to the licensing and she said find it yourself and hung up on me. I called back several times and no answer. I’m so upset that anyone who works around young children would act this way. Very very unprofessional and changes need to be made!
