Hello. My name us Sandra and my grandson attends this daycare. This is the 2nd daycare that he attends. The 1st one he attended, well he was always sick. After being here, almost a year now, he has flourished and looks forward to go to school. He has really enjoyed the babies and the staff. The staff goes far and beyond to make him and myself comfortable and safe. The staff all work together and run a tight ship. I would totally recommend anyone to bring in their babies and know that the will he taken care of. Ms. Danielle is totally awesome and we love all of them dearly.keep up the great work and may God bless each and everyone for all of their hard work. Cuz if not for them, we couldnt do Our jobs. My kids have been going to this daycare since they were infants. I highly recommend this place to others, we love it and I will not send my kids any other place. My daughter is now in school and the pre-k program they have here helped her so much. My son has a allergy to certain foods and milk, i love how they make sure he doesn’t eat them and always are on top of it when need more of the foods he does eat or when i need to take him more of his milk. The teachers are amazing and work so well with him. The director is also AMAZING and is always is sure to tell me when his therapist have been by to visit with him, or just simply tell me how he has been that day. If you are looking for a family base, loving, caring facility I recommend you try this place.

We have been taking our daughter here for a little over a year, and we have been really pleased! They really try to communicate with us about how our daughter is doing behaviorally and academically. The staff knows us by name, and I can tell that they really love my daughter, and she really loves them. There are many times when my daughter isnt ready to leave when I get there to pick her up and that speaks VOLUMES. I love the fact that they have been so encouraging through the potty training process. Also, they let me take my son there when school is out, and he always loves it too. We are thankful for My Little Playhouse!

My Little Playhouse on Bates is AMAZING! My infant has been there for a couple months now and he already has learned so much! The fact that he throws his arms out to his teacher every morning lets me know hes well taken care of. Theyre all so awesome there. The director goes above and beyond!

My grandkids come to this daycare facility and they love it! The staff is friendly and always right there when you need them. They take care of all the children as if they were their own. I wouldnt trade for any other daycare! The director Danielle is AMAZING!

My grand daughters have been attending My Little Playhouse on Bates for a month now and i can honestly say I made the right decision in choosing this daycare for them. The staff are a godsend and I have peace of mind knowing my babies are very well taken care of. Danielle the director is amazing she answeres all of my questions and goes above and beyond not just for my babies but all of the babies and kids that attend the daycare. All of her staff even her kitchen staff have a passion for caring for everyones babies and it shows. It warms my heart that when I drop off my babies they are excited and ready to see their teachers and friends when we pull up to daycare in the mornings and this really sets me a ease throughout the day knowing they are in great hands. Anyone who is needing to place their babies or kids in daycare should definitely give My Little Playhouse on Bates a chance.

Danielle is super awesome! Teaches the kids lots of stuff. I was scared to let my grandkids go to daycare, but she made the transition for us & the kids so smooth. She keeps my daughter updated on the kids 24/7. Thank you Danielle!

My children have been attending this daycare for 4 years now. I highly recommend to all my family and friends. We love it and I cant even imagine them going to any other daycare. My son has attended from toddler care thru the pre-k program and my now 2 year old daughter has has been going since she was an infant. The part owner Theresa, director Danielle, and all staff have grown to be like family to us. We love it here!👍

I gave them a five star because they have ALWAYS kept my kids safe in picking them up from school. They have thought my boys how to control their anger if someone upsets them. And the staff always has a good spirit .

My kids have gone here for going on two years. I was always terrified of daycares with my oldest, but Danielle, the director of the daycare, made everything SO GREAT! My daughter is now in an older school, but is possibly getting bumped up next year to Kindergarten all because Danielle took & still takes time to teach my daughter & all the kids. My daughter goes there for the holidays & doesn’t get off track at all. Rosie was/is my sons teacher & I couldn’t be happier. They keep me updated with the kids, always notify me of sicknesses going around & if my kids are showing any signs of being sick.

I am so much more than impressed with the loving care that my child Zephaniah has received at my little play house. My child is one that is not easily won over nor am I as far as where I will let him go or not go for that matter. Zeph has shown me himself that the decision we have made was the right one his home room teacher mrs rosie has won his heart and the director of the place Mrs. Daniel is second to none always on top of every situation letting momma and daddy know if something isnt right or out of the ordinary. that is what i know separates this team from the rest of them they sincerely care. thank you kindly to the staff for all your love all of you my baby loves to eat so we will not for get our lunch lady too!

This daycare doesnt deserve even one star. I would not recommend this daycare to anyone. The daycare is very poorly managed. The staf is very rude once all parents are gone, some of the teachers just yell at the kids and sit on their phones all day. The daycare highers anyone that doesnt have a legit criminal background because they need the help even if the people seem sketchy. The daycare is always understaffed and when people called they would say we were not hiring. Parents have gone up to the daycare to notify them that they have left children under the age of 2 left alone outside and the teacher said they didnt notice any missing. Many of the teachers pick favorites and if your child is not one of them they will get neglected. Parents have complained of payment arrangements not being able to be made because of the manager always being gone. The manager also never mentioned the fact that the daycare got $100 a month for needs of the daycare and instead used it for herself and the daycare would run out of necessities. They dont have accurate charts of children with allergies and may end up giving them the wrong meals if the teacher isnt aware because they make the meals almost the exact same. The facility is hardly ever deep cleaned the floors have been black from dirt and food that has not been mopped for days. The ratios of the children have been off during nap time which is dangerous for many reasons. The main reason being that they put the one year olds in the infant room. This may not seem like a big deal but when you have a 1 month old baby in a room with 13 other babies and some of them are almost two they can hurt the child because they can climb, run, bite and push. The baby was in the swing and several toddlers would go and mess with the swing and even try to get in and the teacher was sitting on the floor letting it happen just yelling at them to stop. The owners of the facility didnt help on the days they were really needed because they were going on vacation and didnt want to be late. For anyone who reads this please please stay away from this daycare. If the owners dont help when they are needed that says so much about the company. There are many things this Facility will not show you but this is what happens when you leave. No child deserves to be treated in such manner and without the parents knowing.

Its funny that everytime one of these girls gets fired there is always a bad post soon after.Ive had my daughter who is 3 now at this daycare for two years now.The place is always clean and teachers are easy to talk to.Anytime that a issue has come up it didnt take long to rectify.The curriculum that is tought is top notch.My child brings projects home daily almost and shows me constantly new things that she learned.Ive always keeped up with all ratings and reviews of places i frequent the most. And have noticed a pattern of descruntal employees trying to slander this place.For the real parents wanting to know the truth.This is the daycare ive felt the best about.Im a father of 4 so ive gotten plenty of practice.I as a personal rule always pay attention to how people who bad talk these places never mention there children goin there which gives them away.This place is the best, teachers are great.Kids always look happy and i have zero reserves when dropping my daughter off.

Google and Facebook them before you enroll your children.... they made the headline news and you will see pictures and video of what happens while you leave your child in their care
