They keep removing my review on their social media!!Today I was fired because another employee that works in the baby room by the name of Q’myjia Davis hit me with a baby crib on Thursday (06/04) (I’m 8 months pregnant) because she didn’t want me playing with one of the babies. The director watched it happened. So with me retaliating I get put under investigation and fired by the new district manager Kayla while the other employee still attended work. I wouldn’t even want my baby around that creep. The director Tiki Mitchell sags around the facility without a care in the world for any child that attends the facility. When kids are being dropped off and once the parent leaves, she’s either dragging them by their arms or pushing them upside the head to make them walk faster. She did this to my own child as well. She doesn’t even like the children and you can tell by her demeanor. She’s very rude and They don’t want us interacting or talking with our parents because they know if our parents ask about their babies and want to know something we are going to tell them what they want to know. About a week or so ago, the baby room was out of ratio. Tiki sat a INFANT who can’t sit up alone on the floor and the baby fell over causing her to burst her lip. The parent was NOT notified. Since our previous director and asst left, this place has been going to shreds. They have the wrong people as management. From the district manager to the director to the new asst. Something needs to be done. The new asst, Victoria Flowers is a rude as well. It’s her attitude & mouth for me. She wants the director position so bad and Tiki is slowly giving it to her. She swaddles around every day like a duck pregnant with a duck thinking everything is going to go her way. She thinks she’s supposed to sit at a desk all day. Someone should of told her, at 191 ain’t nothing sweet and you gone WORK. I think it’s because she’s so spoiled at home, she thinks at work we were going to do the same. Right idea, wrong facility!! I see why her previous facility is glad she’s gone. She’s so unprofessional and tries to get disrespectful with her employees. She’s young and needs management on how to be an Assistant director. The management is just sour. They don’t care about the children at all!!!

This daycare has gone down hill. When my son first started there it was great, the previous director Mrs. Allmon was amazing. The staff were very professional and had a genuine love and care for the kids . Now my son cries EVERY morning. He has stated that his teacher hits him ( which I addressed it with the new director, to only now find out that the same teacher was only suspended for hitting another child). When I told them I was potty training my son they would still put pull ups on him and then said if he wears underwear he will just sit on the potty all day.Tgey even sent him home with a pull-up under his underwear. The director is not very inviting and gives off very bad vibes. My son has come home with ringworms on more than one occasion. I am to the point now that I will be taking him out of daycare until I can find him another one.. Please Bring back the old director Mrs . Allmon.

This location is the best school. I have recommended this location to several friends who also love it. The staff is professional and takes care of the kids very well. They update the childs activities throughout the day on an app and the front door is secure with a code. Children must be signed in and out on a computer each day. They are very reliable and the place feels secure. My kids love it here.

My child has been attending Childcare Network on Kanis for over a year now. During this pandemic, they have been open, communicative, and understanding. They have kept parents up to date on changes in pick up and drop off. They have kept my child’s class schedule consistent as if nothing is happening. Even before the pandemic, I wouldn’t have chosen any other place; but at this time, if you are needing childcare because your facility closed, choose them! They are enrolling! They are welcoming, and they will accommodate your needs!

If you are a parent who wants to have that peace of mind and assurance when you drop your children off at daycare, then look no further because this place has it! Ms. Takema is a great director, very professional and informative and I can tell this young lady cares about her employees, parents, and most importantly the children. Ms. Tess is an amazing teacher, my daughter excelled so much under her and I am so grateful that my daughter got to experience such an amazing quality of learning. Ms. Nikki is also a great teacher very patient and kind to all even when she isnt speaking to me, I can tell she has a good heart. Childcare Network on Kanis has become part of my family. My daughter started with the school--yes I consider it a school-- when she was only 10 weeks old. Shes my first and only child, so I was absolutely terrified to leave her with anyone, much less strangers. The teachers and staff have demonstrated that they LOVE my child and are truly excited to see her each morning. She loves all of staff right back. In fact, some of her first words were names of her teachers. And all of her teachers, past/present/substitute, greet her by name when she walks in the front door.Shes now almost 2 and still loves going to school. There is no perfect daycare/school, but this place is perfect for us. No, they dont always have time to talk with me in the front office or answer my calls/emails right away-- because they are busy taking care of my child and all of the other children entrusted to them. Yes, teachers are sometimes tired and frustrated, like all of us, but they take the responsibility of caring for children to heart and put that responsibility first. From the director to the food prep staff, each person has shown us nothing but kindness. I highly recommend this location to friends.

My daughter has been with Childcare Network on Kanis for 3 years now. The teachers and staff have been instrumental in my childs development which means a great deal to me because she is super shy. They were also very supportive of my choice to nurse my child as a baby. I would come during my lunch break to nurse my baby in a private room designated for nursing mothers which made it less stressful while transitioning back to work. I would recommend Childcare Network on Kanis if youre looking for more than just a daycare.

And that is because we were looking for a place where we could find people in whom we could rely on. In fact, since our very first visit, we realized that the people at Childcare Network were a staff of professionals committed to care of children with high standards and also with love.Besides, we have found that they are teaching our son a great curriculum, they are giving him good food every day, and the facilities are outstanding. I love this place along with my son! From the secured door in the front to the organized rooms and lastly to the teachers and caregivers that are there every day. I especially love Mrs Alexander who in one year taught my son how to write his name, his alphabet, counting to 100, all his colors, and just over prepared him for kindergarten. Along with academic achievement she incorporated personal skills like washing hands before eating and after using the restroom, sharing skills and playing nice with others. I could not be more grateful to have chosen this location for his first and only day care.

Childcare Network is not a daycare... it is a school! It is a wonderful engaging environment for my children to stay safe and feel loved while I am at work. I have been very pleased with the center and ALL staff members. I am an educator myself and I understand what it takes to run a classroom and each classroom at Childcare Network is fully equipped to engage children in learning each and every day. I have two children currently at the center; a three year old and a seven month old, and each and every day I can leave them and know that they are in GREAT care. My three year old is able to write her name, knows all her alphabet, and can count to 20 already, you dont see that being taught at a daycare everyday. I love that the staff is always professional and always great about communicating what my children are doing in their classrooms. The directors are wonderful and are always helpful whether it be allowing me to call on my lunch break to check in or answer any questions I may have. I am often asked what daycare does your child attend. My answer is always, the school Childcare Network on Kanis, its not like any daycare you have ever seen.

I recently moved to the Little Rock area from a different state. I had no clue who to trust with my youngest child. After visiting numerous childcare facilities, I was less than satisfied by them and convinced I was going to have to stay at home. When I found Childcare Network #191 I fell in love immediately. We were greeted in the parking lot by the director and felt at home from the minute we walked in the door. I was so impressed with this school that I even pushed my start date at my new job a week later because classes were full and we were on a waiting list. I knew that I couldnt go anywhere else. I havent had a single doubt since he started there. Each and every teacher is loving and professional - even to the children that arent assigned to their class. I have noticed a drastic change in my son just in the few months he has been attending there. I could not have asked for a better place to send my child. There arent enough words to describe what Childcare Network #191 has meant to our family. It has been almost six years since we dropped off our first born at 3 months as nervous new parents, and during that time we enrolled our 2nd child without question. We completed the entire program from infancy through Pre-K with our first child and Preschool with our 2nd. Due to work related circumstances, we sadly had to change schools for our preschooler. I would have loved to put my daughter through the Pre-K program because it is top notch! My son is excelling in his first year of Kindergarten both socially and academically, and we owe it all to his wonderful teachers. The director and assistant director are always readily available and keep day to day operations running very smoothly. The environment they provide for your children is safe, secure, educational, and fun. The classroom programs are very structured with engaging curriculum throughout the day that my children really enjoyed. We loved participating in all of the special activities, programs and parties. Communication is open and excellent, with frequent notifications and emails that keep the parents up to date on all school announcements or issues. Both of my children have formed long lasting bonds with all staff, who by now truly feel like family, and beg to visit - which we plan to do regularly! The director down to the infant teachers are all amazing superwomen that will nurture and love on your children as if they were their own. We had an appointment, so they definitely expected us, but that same level of service and cleanliness has not diminished. My husband and I both work so it was imperative that we found a clean facility with staff we completely trusted. Teachers take time to really know the students. Teachers that my son never had would greet him in the hallway and ask for hugs. 😊In fact, his teachers were instrumental in most of his big milestones e.g. walking, feeding himself, and potty training. Like the previous reviewer, some of my son’s first words were teachers’ names. I never had a single qualm about my son’s welfare or happiness, which were paramount. Jaydens teachers are so sweet and he has developed tremendously since being there, Since being enrolled Jayden has begun walking, talking up a storm and developed great social skills, and he is only 10 months old! The teachers follow his scedule and keep me posted on all his activities. He took his first steps and they described the entire situation and even knew the exact time.
