I have been getting my haircut here three times straight already and not just satisfied but very happy with the results and excited as well with the haircut . Great customer service and they really do the haircut that will look great with your face, and also do the exact haircut you want. They are students and based on the results, they are like professional hairstylist already! I thank the girl in red hair (name starts with M？) she was really very nice and tried to make sure if i was okay and if needed further adjustments and all. Very friendly staffs !

The first time I came in it was pleasant and welcoming. I was told to come back the following week early to fill out some paper work and that there was an African- American woman instructor who might be able to help with my hair that day. Great! I thought.When I showed up bright and early they were completely unorganized and rude to me. They acted like they had no idea what I was talking about. No one could turn on the computer and after sitting for 20 mins or so my named was called only to be loudly told by an instructor that they could not do the two things I wanted in the same day. NOT TRUE! Even one of the students chimes in to try to explain to her instructor that it was possible to get a Brazilian blowout and color, but not a perm and color.After that I figured it was best to leave before I even got anything done to my hair. I was really looking forward to trying this place out but I left upset and disappointed.

Ive been going to SBA for haircuts & facials since the day they opened. Sometimes you have to wait awhile. Best to make an appointment in advance.

Worst customer service do not go here, not even for a simple trim. The guy running the place is very rude and does not know what he is talking about. Very argumentative with customers for no reason! He made my 9 year old daughter cry!
