Would like to thank the young lady who works there name Gabby. She went beyond her duties to help me get funeral programs for my family during our time of sorrow. She was a blessing i needed that day, when so many other things went wrong. I would like to thank Office Depot for hiring this young lady.

Asked business service dept guy to bind the book, he was asking me instead how to do it. He said he wont b able to do it. Bad attitudeI went to pinhook office depot, they did it in 10 minutes.

Very disappointed with the quality of the printing services and banners. Always very sloppily done and low quality results.

Tom at Office Depot was absolutely stellar. Answered all our questions and if he didn’t know he went and found out. He helped us load our furniture and when we realized it didn’t fit he even gave us string to tie our hatch down. Super grateful for him. He definitely deserves a raise!!

If you get Michael in the copy and print shop, you will get great service. Anyone else will treat you and all others as if you’re a burden on their time. A simple print job that had been done within minutes by Michael was an impossible task for the lady filling in for him.

TODAY FEBRUARY 5,2019 I WAS IN THE STORE JUST TO HAVE 3 SMALLPIECES OF PAPER LAMINATED THE TIME WAS 6.05PMAND BIANCA JAMES TOLD ME SHE HAD TO CHARGE ME TO TRIM MY 3 LITTLE PIECES OF PAPER I HAVE NEVER PAID A PENNY AT ANY OFFICE DEPOT TO HAVE ANYTHING CUT SHE WAS VERY UNPROFESSIONAL WITH ME AND CUSTOMERS IN THE STORE I WILL NOT GO BACK INTO THIS OFFICE DEPOT EVER AND BIANCA NEEDS A NEW JOB AND A NEW HAIRSTYLE WITH THAT JERRY CURL OLD SCHOOL HAIR STYLE IAM SURE IF I WAS WHITE SHE WOULD HAVE NEVER DID THIS BECAUSE SHE WOULD BE TERMINATED ON THE SPOT SHE NEEDS MORE TRAINING THE MANAGER BRAD SAYS THIS IS A TRAINING STORE AND THEY DO THINGS DIFFERENT THAN OTHER STORES THIS IS THE WORST OFFICE DEPOT IN THE WORLD BEWARE OF THIS PIT BULL BIANCA

Would not say this is a great office depot, but its certainly decent.I have shopped here for the convenience of things and office supplies as needed. Additionally, I do enjoy the online option to print a document and pick up in store.So far this has been very satisfactory, however I have had to wait on occasion (three people in front of me took ~15mins). The first time I went the person behind the desk made sure I checked to see that everything had printed fine, and I did not receive this same concern consistently. The following two times they just handed over my items.Overall an alright store in a decent location.

Always has great customer service. I called to ask what printer I needed to purchase because my current printer would not connect to my laptop. The man working in the computer department helped me download an APP that would make my printer compatible with my current devices instead of having to buy a new printer! He sacrificed a sale to genuinely help me out and save me money. This place has all of my office supply business from now on. Thank you!

There are things there that I wasnt expecting and been looking for. Just pass and look for yourself bc you will be surprised what have. Now Im in love with this place.

Tried to get a book binded but they didnt have the proper size, almost charged us 70 dollars for a 7 dollar project. Friendly service, outrageous quote. Ended up going to Fed Ex for the right job and money.

Poor service. System has problem looking for receipt on member service. Have to call 800# and wait for 24 for request to send a copy of receipt to email.

The staff members are helpful, but the business center is so slow. It took me 45 min to move through a short line of 3 ppl to get my project printed and laminated.

I go here because I can get in and out quickly.

Staff was not helpful or knowledgeable about the product I needed although you did not carry it in your store you sold it online but I went with another company online because their website was helpful and also you could call and get information on the products that they sell
